I love it when I'm watching something and I'll see an animal and I'll be like "YOOO!!! I know someone on tumblr who's that animal! That's literally them!" It makes me feel like such a happy creature and idfk why lol

Hate it when my family is stomping or making loud noise when I’m in my room.
Do you need help making dinner? Did you drop something? Are you leading a fucking elephant through the house what’s going on

Do you have a content sheet about your ocs? They sound pretty cool but I've never heard of them kind of creatures
honestly im so unorganized i barely have anything coherent written down about them at all.
the closest i got to actually worldbuilding would be my sideblog @hexelidae but i’m planning on overhauling that entire thing because a lot of what i have there is outdated.
i do tend to post more oc-related content on my artblog, @sealeopardsupremacy, but none of it is particularly organized or cohesive unfortunately. i mostly just throw stuff on there when i have the time
as a rule of thumb, if they have six limbs instead of four they are a fantasy animal group called hexapods! the current members of this huge animal group are the hellcats, Lisaph and Geneph, and the sea leopards like Kali! i have concepts for other ones, such as a hexapodal dromeosaur that boasts a fully functional parietal eye to compensate for its poor binocular vision! there is also a larger species of hellcat, of which i only have one representative. his name is Civen :)
my other oc’s, like Henley, Kairoh, Megantereon, and Mach, are all based on real animals! the majority of them belong to the extinct machairodontinae sabercat subfamily! Henley and his family are the extant but endangered african wild dogs.
thank you for showing interest! it’s really encouraging to know that people like my ideas. this is motivating me to get the hexelidae blog up and running again. maybe that will be my project for the week :3

Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I'm about to call myself out for something that I don't really tell many people about because I'm afraid of being judged but here we go.
I really love body horror but, like, really REALLY specific versions of it that are super hard to find content for. I wanna consume the media but I can't find enough of it so in order to see more I have to make it myself but I don't feel capable of doing so. It's the worst.

maybe we're too much alike. / hm.. @ silas.. 👀feral kin..
The little cabin in the woods had slowly but surely become a semi-regular place for Silas to frequent. Like any wild animal, Silas frequented places where he knew that he had safe access to food. It was part of the reason why he always lingered around camp sites or Hackett's Quarry whenever he found himself back in the area.
But the cabin was definitely the one place where he had easy and genuinely safe access to food. When the man was staying there, at least.
The sound of Kurjak's voice had caused the creature to pause. Red eyes raising to peer up at him from where he was hunched over, head lowered, about to bite into a fish. One that he had definitely stolen from the cooler that the man at the other side of the tiny beach had with him. (Swiping some of the fishes that Kurjak caught felt a lot better than accepting the food that was simply left out for him, at least.)
With how long he had paused? It definitely seemed like the creature did not understand what the man had said.
Until a second later that he made a quiet, chittering sound in the back of his throat. Staring for a second longer as if to see Kurjak's reaction. Seemingly content with his own 'response', he finally lowered his head further and promptly bite the head of his fish off.
