hey! i'm opening commissions for writing and editing!

if you don't recognize my URL, i'm driflew and skelew on ao3. my most popular current work is the Lamplight AU on skelew, which is the account i’ve been using the most recently, but i've got quite a few works around. take a look at those links for examples of my work and the tone/content i'm best at!

💀 slots:

i've not done this before and am testing it out, so to start i'm only going to have three writing comm slots. if all goes well, i'll probably open them again once i finish, but i don't have a timeframe for how long this will take

i'll also do three editing slots, but those might refresh sooner

💀 price:

writing comms, the rate i'm thinking is 5 cents a word.

(that's $5 for 100 words, $25 for 500 words, and $50 for 1000 words)

editing comms, the rate i'm thinking is $5 for every 1000 words read

💀 what i'll write:

for fandoms, i'm definitely open to write for third life, one piece, and magnus archives. i'd be willing to hear out other fandoms i'm familiar with, like blue exorcist or certain webcomics, but might refuse if i'm not as familiar

for content, you can assume i'm willing to write something similar in content or tone to anything i've already posted. i'll write fluff, angst, character death, and i'd be willing to talk about some amounts of horror / gore, certain romance/ships

if you have questions about specifics about what i'll write, just ask!

💀 what i won't write:

poetry, nsfw (i just don't have the skillset for it), super heavy gore, ships i'm not into (as a general rule i'm not interested in incest or adult/minor)

....pretty sure this wont come up but im not writing any academic essays for you people either

i also reserve the right to just say no because i don't want to

hey gamers, this blog is a huge WIP (and i might change the URL... we'll see) but for a basic intro/pinned post...

my name is carson, im in my late 20's, im gay and objecto. im also trans and use he/it pronouns

my main blog is @clippy + my selfship blog is @ohgodimyearning... consider this blog to be a companion to the latter (most of my F/O's are objects)

i also have a locked NSFW twitter account with similar content that can be found here (you will need to send a follow req to it tho, sorry!) -- keep in mind that it 1) doubles as a vent account and 2) does have NSFW images

this will also be a general animism/POSIC+ blog, tho please keep in mind that i primarily view those things through a lens of being romantically and sexually interested in objects... that isnt to say i want to fuck every object i view as having a soul, but wanting to fuck objects has essentially made me... aware of it, i guess. (that and im autistic so i've always had weird hyper-empathy toward objects)

my literal first crush ever was on Herbie (the VW beetle) so i have a huge soft spot for cars, but i also like other vehicles/modes of transit, robots/computers, toys, roller coasters, and buildings

i also like objectheads and i know those arent inherently an objecto/posic thing, the main one i care about is Cl*ckboy, whose design helps me Process my feelings for the real life object he is based on

^ i will go more in depth about this sort of thing in the future (i think explaining my "journey" with this part of my sexuality will help others who are "questioning" -- i used to talk CONSTANTLY about wanting to kiss cars on main and i've had ppl tell me i helped them connect the dots so. lol) but i currently am fighting w my body for energy so dont expect it soon...

ANYWAY how old are your characters? heights? builds? basically what do they look like? how long does it take to warm up to each other? Is Ava taller than DeAngelo bc (and I don't want you to change the storyline in anyway just letting my mind run) if she is taller than him I think the part about him annoying her while following her home would include questions like "so like, whatdya eat? to get so tall I mean" "Man wish I was that tall, dya wear tall shoes or sum?" "How good exactly are your genetics?"

Are their personalities like; Ava takes a while to warm up to people but is really sassy and funny when you get to know her? DeAngelo really fuckin annoying when you first meet him (in kinda like a cocky way but not if that makes sense? like he seems like he's cocky but he's just annoyingly stupid?) but he's really sensitive and can get serious (like braydin bridges from Swolemates if yk it?)

How long have you been working on your book? where are you hoping to get it published? I hope it sells really well (not saying it wont i think it'll be a really good read) so it sells fast in Australia (i live here :cry:) and i can get me hands on it :)

Important update and issues

so with tumblr rolling out some new crappy update i am having some issues as it affects how i run my blog. here are a couple of the major issues.

the texting colors. every time i text or post now whether mobile or on computer i have to highlight the words MULTIPLE times. Thats gonna affect ALOT of things. Especially when im typing out characters i don't have emotes for and want to have a comprehensive understanding for who is speaking. ESPECIALLY for CHARA. and whats more annoying is that sometimes the option to color doesn't properly show up. I don't know how long this will last but i hope to god its not permanent.

this one is especially bad. I use a site to help compile my emote faces i got from fmsdraws into undertale text boxes. THE PROBLEM NOW IS that every time i try to hit copy and paste image. its not an image that shows up but a url link. THATS BAD. like REALLY BAD. I don't know what tumblr been smoking since i got back but i can not believe they would turn a copy image into a copy image address. Firs the videos now this. this is NOT good. Because i tested this on both mobile and computer aswell and they BOTH had the same issues.

this is gonna affect majorly on how i do this blog if tumblr doesn't fix this. Now you may all go "why not just download and upload them?" I did it on both and it works. but the issue is that this will affect timing more and cause me to deal with more constraints then i need when working on this blog. Thing is i absolutely hate that im not able to draw. Because if i could i wouldve turned this blog into a comic blog. But i sadly can't draw the way i want and have to rely on help from my gf and people i commission. Which makes me feel bad not cuz i can't do it but because i feel like i am causing these people problems. Which is why i stuck to it all text based. And i am super worried about these changes. I always worry that i may make the texts fuzzy when i upload them on mobile. And with how my computer is now navigating to get the images are harder now with the new updates. I honest to god feel like I'm being pushed back when trying to work on my blog and its depressing. I don't want to stop and i don't want to give up on my story. Hopefully these things will be fixed or i can find a work around. We will hopefully see.

Anyways sorry for the problems guys. Hopefully this won't take longer then it usually should. Will work on next post. But after that i will be on a bit of a break till i can figure things out. I am not stopping i wont stop. I just hope i can get used to this. if not then things will be alot slower then usual. Which i don't want. See you all soon. And stay determined.
