6 months on it still thinking about how much of a shock that kiss must’ve been to Aziraphale.

The way Crowley steers his cooperation around really gave Aziraphale no warning at all. I was thinking about the development of their body language and it’s interesting to me so have an analysis under the cut.

Crowleys body language doesn’t change all that much over the course of their history. After their initial meetings as angels then in Eden, Crowleys already leaning in, orbiting and slinking around in quite a comfortable, familiar way. He tends to angle his body towards Aziraphale and stands quite close to him. He shows no sign of being fearful or uncomfortable. He quite happily moves in and around Aziraphales personal space without a care in the world even when they hardly knew each other yet.

Aziraphale however starts out looking guarded and unsure. He often stands facing forward while talking to Crowley sideways.

As we go through history Aziraphale becomes more comfortable. He opens up, starts to angle his body more towards Crowley, stops guarding with his hands and moves into Crowleys space on his own. And he starts to initiate physical contact where it’s not even necessary.

But the only times I can think of Crowley initiating physical contact before the kiss are ones that could easily be written off as just friendly or something else like

The wall push (which was aggressive)

The magic shop handshake is practical for sealing the deal

The handhold for the swap (mutual initiation, also practical we assume)

Sitting on the arm of the chair and kinda sorta leaning on Aziraphale when Muriel turns up

Crowley also tends to reject Aziraphales touch by removing himself from it like in the 1800’s, dodging with some roundabout footwork or leaning away. With moments like the pub or the shoulder touch he doesn’t have much of a visible reaction. Granted his eyes are hidden but Aziraphale probably thinks he just doesn’t like being touched. And yes, Neil said they like holding hands, but do they know the other likes holding hands?

And I can hear you say ok then why does Crowley always put himself within touching distance if he don’t wanna be touched? Yeah, he does, but from Aziraphales perspective Crowley has always done this. He’s always been standing close or leaning in. It’s just how he is. Aziraphale is the one who’s changed. He’s become walking megaphone just blasting ‘please hold my hand before I discorporate on the spot pleasepleaselpleaseplease…’

Aziraphale is clearly a physical touch being. He reaches for Crowley in the most stressful or emotionally charged moments. And I think he has been holding back (we can see that on his face) but there’s times where he seems to stop himself mid motion from touching Crowley. Such as after Gabriels appearance and Az is trying to keep Crowley calm

When Crowley says he’s going to take the humans out

And when Crowley goes to take Maggie and Nina out of the bookstore when Heaven and Hell are there. There is a safety element here as it’d be unwise for him to show his affection with Heaven or Hell around but Aziraphales first instinct is to reach for him. But Crowley just gets out of the way like he does it all the time. It’s another dance they do, Aziraphale pursues with physical affection, Crowley avoids. And Aziraphale doesn’t want to cross boundaries he’s perceiving Crowley to be putting up around physical affection so he’s holding it back.

And I think all that is part of the reason Aziraphale looks angry after the kiss. He’s possibly thinking (among many other things) that Crowley has rejected or ignored his physical affection all this time, making Aziraphale think he didn’t want it when he did. And that would be a painful thing to realise when you thought you yearned alone.

So I don’t blame Aziraphale for being upset when he gets this sudden enormous dose of physical contact out of the blue. He had no warning. On the contrary, Crowleys been acting like a big, prickly, demonic cactus. And it would’ve been endlessly confusing to be kissed after years believing the want for even the lightest of touches wasn’t reciprocated.

will just lay on top of you without warning when he's feeling attention-starved and maybe crush your bones

he's cute though so don't say anything about it

but he has like a really high body temperature by default so with the hot weather in texas you might start overheating

he's used to it but it might take you a while to not start baking when he hugs you

really wants to be physically affectionate but will let you go if you ask

if he's asleep you're done for though

also likes being little spoon and big spoon, depends on what you want or his mood

the shoulders on this man

he's absolutely huge, a unit, if you will

great for lying on top of/using as a pillow

he's a little cooler so you aren't gonna start melting whenever you guys cuddle

he has an iron grip on you though so don't expect to be leaving in a reasonable time

unless he has to go do something in which case he will begrudgingly let you go

i'd say a solid 9/10 cuddler and maybe a 9.5 if you don't mind staying in place for a while

B-Bed: what's the sleeping situation like? Are there regular sleeping arrangements - does anyone like to sleep alone?

Quetz is a very physically affectionate lady who is also quite muscular and quite strong.

Ereshkigal is an extremely petite and touch starved girl.

It took all of three days before Quetz was using the two of you as human sized teddy bears. This has led to the semi-amusing situation of Quetz not being able to sleep without the two of you around.

D-Dates: What do dates look like? Who usually plans them, or is it a group affair?

Erishkigal plans the more extravagant dates, the ones where all of you would have to get all pretty and dressed up nice, she also picks out the clothes for those, but she does have a preference for the dates Quetz plans due to the simplicity and intimacy of them.

A nice picnic under the stars lit by lanterns, a day at the park, a cold winter day spent snuggled up under blankets, these are the dates Quetz has with you all.

H-Hobbies: Does anyone share any hobbies/passions? how do they include the rest of their partners in them?

Quetz is really into luchador wrestling and while she knows she can’t use those moves on the two of you, she can definitely talk excitedly about them, infodumping everything she knows in almost one sitting which Ereshkigal is quite fond of.

Ereshkigal on the other hand, dabbles in streaming and up until her most recent spat with her rival Osakabehime, no one even knew she was dating anyone. Alas, the bat had a way of getting under Ereshkigal’s skin like no other and so one thing lead to another and now over two million people know that Ereshkigal, one of if not the most adorkable streamer in the world, is dating not just one, but two people at once who are also dating each other. That being said, she does truly love it when the two of you make cages with her or take her mountain climbing.

K-Knowing: Who can read their partners like a book? Is there anyone who’s got their walls up, even around their partners?

Ereshkigal is, surprisingly enough, extremely good at knowing what is up with either of you at any moment with only a single glance. Unfortunately, she was the one who had her walls up starting out and it took a while for the both of you to get her to let them down completely.

M-Memories: Is anyone more on the sentimental side?

Ereshkigal is perhaps the most sentimental person you could meet. She has seen the lives and deaths of countless humans and she values each one of them and the lesson she learned from them. That lesson being this.

Love, true love, is always something worth remembering.

N-Nights: What’s the nighttime routine like when they’re all together?

Quite honestly, whenever Ereshkigal gets tired she kinda just… wraps herself up in the covers like a burrito. Shortly following this, a sleeping Quetz then grabs the Ereshkigal Burrito and you and holds the two of you close like her life depended on it.

R-Romantic: is anyone a bit of a sap for their partners?

Quetz is perhaps the most obviously affectionate with the two of you, not being afraid to tell you both how she feels or show it.

On the other hand, Ereshkigal is more… subtle in her affection, showing it through acts such as making a favorite dinner after a long day or simply being there for either of you when you need it.

S-Sharing: is there anyone who’s particularly territorial of their partners?

Quetz can be… rather viscous when it comes to the two of you but she’ll let the offending party live if they apologize.

There is no such guarantee with Ereshkigal, she may not often show it, but she is the goddess of the dead and up until quite recently, she was a rather brutal ruler.

Y-Yearn: who misses their partners the easiest (ie, calls them to hear their voices when all they’ve done is run to the grocery store)?

Quetz, oddly enough, is the one to do this if she is separated from either of you by a great distance, this distance being about a 30 minute walk away from her. Though, for someone who is the type to get excited just like a puppy whenever one of her lovers returns, that is to be expected.

i got an ask about my harkonnen paul au and i wrote a bunch more for it, but the post got hidden so im gonna repost it here

basically, i was just delving deeper into paul’s relationship with each of the harkonnens

starting with feyd, paul and feyd’s relationship is honestly really cute. they start of as best friends in the childish way where they literally can’t function without each other. oftentimes when Paul is training with the Reverend Mother, Feyd will sit outside the door and wait until they’re done. as they get older, they lose the freedom with which they express their affection. although paul still follows on his heels, feyd begins to shy away, fearing that their friendship makes him look weak. he’s still incredibly possessive of paul though, insisting that they only spar together, getting jealous when paul talks to anyone else, and this possessiveness is reassuring to Paul, it’s the only way he knows that Feyd still likes him. eventually feyd matures, takes a step back, and realizes “dang, Paul is kinda hot”. and paul, who’s been dreaming of this for years, takes it in stride working to rebuild the physical proximity they had when they were younger. soon they’re back to their old routine, sleeping in each other’s beds, sparring daily, letting touches linger for more than a few seconds. it isn’t until Paul comes to Feyd after having a nightmare that they finally kiss

as for the baron, he is completely enamored with paul, the way that he exists in realms both masculine and feminine, his youthful demeanor, the ways he freezes up, trembles like a fawn. because of his affection for his grandson, the baron lets paul do whatever he wants and paul absolutely uses this to his advantage. the baron primes paul from a very young age to give him sexual favors, he frames it by telling paul he needs his help then later treating it as a transaction, something paul owed him “i’ve helped you so much, can’t you do this for me?” as much as it scares paul, makes him feel sick, the reverend mother prepared him for this and he knows it’s a necessary evil. he also knows that the baron is obligated to keep him alive and well and is willing to hold that over his head if need be, purposefully putting himself in danger until the baron folds and gives him what he wants

and finally rabban, paul doesn’t have much of a relationship with rabban, they’re interactions are clipped and stilted, but cordial enough. most of the time rabban just argues with feyd and paul does his best to stay out of it. rabban’s feelings towards paul are complicated, he generally views paul as intelligent and severely underestimated, he doesn’t really trust paul despite him being pretty universally loved. he envies the sway paul has over the baron, but at the same time he recognizes that paul is just doing what he can to survive, and even feels some level of pity for him when he shows up to breakfast with glassy eyes and shaky legs

FSR Rambles 9, i have no funny title

Just two dudes being gay

This is more goofy dialogue based on the VIZ English translation. (I have never read the fan translation and don't have a ton of drive too lmao I'd rather just read the Japanese one when I'm big brained enough deadass.) Where it's weirdly specific death mountain is for Vio specifically.

Like huh. I just find that interesting.

This is especially interesting to me because of how Shadow words "You're truly one of us" AFTER Vio pretends to kill Green.

Either way, Shadow's having a grand ol time showing Vio around.

Shadow Link's in love. Let him be in love, I'm sure it won't bite him in the ass-

Because I always wondered how Vio knew that was even there and FSR is just me adding context where it's not necessary and gay scenes because I enjoy that kind of thing.

Like I get we don't NEED to know how Vio knows this info but like...By golly i'm a weirdo for those kinds of things and I'd LIKE to know...

I just like, that he keeps sitting on Vio's lap while explaining this shit. It's funny. He's so unsubtle about his crush on Vio.

Vio either doesn't care or is into it too lmao whichever you decide it's funny.

Vio continues to uh, say things he REALLY doesn't need too for the plan.

Vio's crippling loneliness is biting HIM in the ass now.

For some reason recounting what his home town looks like sends Shadow into a fit of laughter.

So Shadow's weird fit here was mainly caused by Vio just being nice to him. Shadow is used to being treated like shit and Vio's just talking to him like a person, he isn't pushing him away or making demands.

It's not as much what Vio IS doing, but what he ISN'T doing. He doesn't push him away when he hugs him or gets too close, He isn't overly critical of anything Shadow really does.

The lack of expectations, punishments ex.

And cause Vio's his friend-

More in the realm of what Vio DOES: He seems pretty happy, which is something Shadow himself noticed Vio was kinda miserable and lonely before. There's a certain aspect of pride there lol

"I can make you happy when they couldn't." as later pages show he's extremally jealous of Link and by proxy the four Link's relationship with each other.

Because Vio is just, there being generally nice it sows the seeds of doubt and betrayal towards Vaati in Shadow Link's mind.

Vaati isn't someone Shadow can trust or rely on, Vio IS at least he seems to be.

He doesn't have to TRY to get Vio's approval or minimal affection. He can hug Vio and get the physical affection he craves without seemingly strings being attached, as well as vent his feelings.

OF COURSE we know Vio's being two faced here but we're talking from Shadow's perspective in these moments. X'D

Of course on Vio's end: He's doing shit he really doesn't need to lmao which as we know in present day Vio does care for Shadow Link.

I'll say it again, the weird as heck exposition scene where Shadow reminds Vaati vio's on their team purely for the audience is weird and I'm not a fan of that kind of storytelling. X'D

But I worked with it rather than against it. I'm trying to stick to the source material buuuut diverged somewhere later down the line which will become apparent WHERE very soon.

Vaati is just being a whinny brat who wants stuff done "Now now now" hah.

So like, Big poe HAD to coordinate with these two right????

Big Poe KNEW Vio's name and Green's name so it's only logical he TALKED to Vio/Shadow Link right? More "Fill in the blanks" stuff lol.

Like we can imagine that's what happened without being told but like...I really like the idea of those scenes so I drew them hah.

Big Poe has no faith in Vio, because he's NEW and also a HERO.

Despite Vio wanting to work alone, he HAS to put some level of trust into Blue and Red here, which he is OBVIOUSLY hesitant to do.

Seriously we were robbed of SO much of Vio's inner turmoil and struggles with the mole plan.

He really just wishes they weren't even a factor here which shows how little he wants to engage with them. He's kinda running away from the other 3 in being with Shadow Link.

Evil plan party. We see this attempt on Blue and Red's lives in the manga so, I don't need to elaborate much.

Shadow making the fake stone sword was just smth I thought would be fun. He'd know what those swords look like well considering he stole Red's.

Vio's discomfort is understandable. I hate that shit too bud-

He can't really tell anyone anything considering if he's sus he is DEAD.

VIO TRUELY WAS THE IMPOSTER-

I'm sorry. I can't stop with the fucking Four Swords among us memes.

Not that he talks about how he feels much outside of NEEDING to be quiet anyway hah.

I like to think Shadow is the one that teleported Vio out of there. He's the only one we know of who's implied to have teleportation powers lol and we KNOW that was the real Vio and not Shadow in disguise...

More of Vio's mental struggles with the infiltration plan. He is stressed out to the MAX right now and only starts coping better overtime with smothering those feelings, realizing Shadow NOTICES and KEEPS noticing them he has to adapt.

Vio already struggles with the idea he's a bad person just for considering joining Shadow, he doesn't want the other 3's blood on his hands lmfao.

Shadow Link casually throws a temper tantrum after that shit goes bad.

Vio's hero instincts wants to make him feel better.

Vaati blaming his mistakes on Shadow Link wouldn't be out of character would it. X'D

He's just ranting his frustrations with this.

Vio's emotional detachment from everything helping him see things objectively.

You might also read this as Vio talking to himself.

Shadow's grateful for the comfort at least hah.

Vio not so subtly thinking he's always right lmao.

Vio...You don't need to hold his hands to have this talk-

More seed sowing of Shadow Link's distrust and betrayal of Vaati we see in the manga.

Vio perks up at the mention of Zelda because they don't really know how she's doing rn...

Shadow's vague threat of "If she behaves I won't mistreat her" doesn't leave a lot of confidence in her safety, WE know she's okay but like...the four dinguses don't.

Shadow instantly gets pissed off from Vio getting distracted by his "I just need YOU to live" rant when Zelda's brought up.

Mans wants Vio's attention purely on him so much it's embarrassing.

Side note: he was gripping Vio's face pretty hard if Vio feels the need to like, touch it after. Shadow needs to learn what "Gentle" is-

Idk if this is truely a retcon or like, just the manga being goofy but the timeline of the Dark temple and Shadow going to harass Zelda is lowkey vague so I just went with it being before for this scene to work the way it does. Every fan story fucks with the goofy timeline in the manga, so am I lol. Gives us interesting shit at the expense of cannon which is what I care way more about blah blah blah i don't think anyone really cares that much lmfao.

Anyways, Shadow's jealous. Extremally jealous.

Since I've stated before Shadow has a crush on Zelda this should come to no surprise, but he's pissy at how close Link and her were.

And now he's upsetti spaghetti about Vio being attached to her.

You know: Cause he's the hero, loyal doggy good boy by design, forced by fate AND the gods to continue saving Hylia's OP human OC self insert lmfao.

(I love Zelda, the character and the series as a whole, but JEEZ is the lore confusing, convoluted and really REALLY silly when you spell it out how it is lmfao.)

Suffice to say: Vio cares about Zelda.

HAHA. IT'S WHAT LITERALLY HAPPENED TO HIM FOR 7 YEARS BECAUSE I'M CRUEL AS HELL.

*Loses Vio *Has to watch Link (By proxy Vio) be close to Zelda without him. Literally forced to watch because he's a SHADOW. *LOSES HIS FUCKING BODY/ABILITY TO SPEAK OR DO ANYTHING REALLY

Shadow Link suffers so much in this comic.

Shadow Link's jealousy continues.

He just wants what Link had.

His dad stand ins (Gannon and Vaati) abuse him, he has no princess with loving childhood memories attached, no team nobody he can trust, nothing.

In his perspective: Link had everything and lost it or threw it away via his own stupidity.

Of course that ticks him off.

Vio stop, you're getting emotionally invested-

Okay real talk about Vio for a moment:

I put forth the idea he doesn't really understand WHY he wants to help Shadow, he just DOES. And Vio goes off on impulse a lot because he can't fully trust his own feelings. (He just doesn't HAVE a lot of feelings so the ones he does have he tries to go with)

And then he'll justify whatever he ends up doing with logic and reason later.

Like, he could make up a LOT of excuses as to why he's being nice and comforting rn that don't loop back to "I like Shadow Link":

"I'm a hero I help people"

"For my own safety it's best for him to not be going ape shit"

but like...

those aren't the reasons lmao. Vio's actions speak louder than his words. The fact he's bothering at ALL shows how he really feels.

The fact he KEEPS doing unnecessary shit that shows he's starting to grow attached to Shadow Link shows how he really feels whether he knows it or not.

This mainly pertains to FSR only.

Hehe.

So Shadow calms down when he realizes that shit IS going well for him at least it appears to be and he IS getting everything he wants.

The hesitant hand hold is one of my favorite sets of panels rn. Agh.

Like he starts off just curling his finger around Vio's then full blown grabs his hand with more confidence.

I have a hard time articulating this but like:

Shadow Link WANTS to be close to Link. That's like, something this man wants SO BAD. But on some level he knows that isn't gonna happen so when VIO is accessible to him, he clings to that shit. Because Vio IS Link.

It's not only a victory over someone he simultaneously wants to be like and cannot stand, but is a sign Link in some way is FINALLY acknowledging him, which is smth we KNOW he wanted from the actual manga.

These points are expanded upon in pages I'm currently working on but agh. The reasons WHY he feels this way just made me grin like the grinch lmfao.

Lemmie translate Shadow's 1st line for ya: "I stalked you so I know your interests"

Lmao.

The Gerudo is meant to say "Ur gay if you can read this haha"

Obviously not what it'd say if this was a real book but what it says from an audience perspective doesn't matter since 99% of yall can't read it lmao.

Anyways, Shadow can read Hylian and Gerduo. Because, he's Gerudo lmao.

I'm only digging my heels in about that more and more cause of that text in Hyrule Historia. (EVERYONE USES THAT BOOK FOR WHAT THEY BELIVE AND IGNROE THE REST, I'LL DO THE SAME THING LMFAO)

The implication Shadow Link just...IS Gannondorf???? (His emotions anyway) just, utterly baffles me as a manga only reader lmfao. Like that's a layer of this queer kid I didn't expect. I always thought Gannon MADE Shadow Link but like didn't expect this bitch to LITERALLY make him out of himself.

Honesly that shit just makes a lot of sense considering Gannon puts Shadow Link on the same level as Vaati, but that just makes Shadow's gay ass feelings towards Vio and his betrayal of Gannon and Vaati just...HMMMMMMM??????

GANNON BRO WHAT'S WITH THE EMOTIONS YOU PUT INTO LINK'S SHADOW LMFAO??????

It's something I'll keep in mind while writing FSR going forward. (Edit: I certainly did and I COOKED)

I kinda on the path of "He's Link's Shadow + Dark magic from Gannon"

But with the book text it's making me consider making FSR Shadow:

"Link's Shadow + Gannon's emotions + Dark magic"

The ramifications of Shadow BEING a piece of Ganondorf just MMMMMMM that shit would be so fun to explore.

Bro is jealous of Link as we've previously touched on and he kinda let's that slip here. He WANTS to know more about Vio and by proxy Link too.

There's SO MANY things I wish we got expanded on in the manga:

HOW DO THE FOUR PEICES OF LINK FEEL????

What do they REMEMBER?

Green seems to remember EVERYTHING from Link's childhood at least, but what about the others??? Are their memories warped in some way?

Because here's smth to consider: WHY DO THEY ACT SO DIFFRENT IF THEY ALL HAVE THE EXACT SAME MEMORIES?

Like from a funny haha character dynamic angle: Yeah it's more fun to have 4 different personalities than 4 clones I understand that. But as I've stated: We don't like "Because writing that's why" as an answer here lmfao. Like yeah, that's THE REASON but it doesn't have to be the IN UNIVERSE one.

But from the actual like, lore perspective why did the sword rip Link in 4 pieces instead of just, making clones?

I discussed this with a pal but like if we look at it in terms of metaphor:

Link's a piece of paper that got ripped in 4 pieces.

Green got the most but he still isn't the full piece of paper.

Blue and Red got pretty even smaller pieces than Green

and Vio got the smallest peice.

Hense why he's so distinct from them. Honestly what Makes Vio so Unique as a Link to me is his LACK of Link traits or his ODD ways of showing off traits we associate with Link.

I want Vio to describe exactly how he remembers Link's memories later but he doesn't remember them like their HIS memories, it's like a third person perspective, he knows who he is, He's LINK but the more he thinks the more he realizes he's NOT Link.

It's a surreal experience that he doesn't like to think about much.

I feel like Shadow's never been faced with this kind of topic before, so he's just sitting there like "...WHAT?"

Like Vio dumped a LOT on him identity crisis wise.

Vio doesn't talk to the other 3 about these insecurities cause like:

Would that really be a productive conversation at this point? X'D All they've done is argue at this point in the manga. Blue and Red are the most on the same page at this point and Vio's been unable to really get back to them or discuss his mole plan Vio only knows Green Blue and Red are ALIVE cause of Shadow Link's tantrum earlier, on top of that: He is currently struggling on if he should even BOTHER regrouping with his team mates or if he should just do this entire thing by himself because he can't trust the others to do their part in defeating Vaati and "The darkness behind Vaati"

Vio's going THROUGH IT at the moment and cause of that just kinda dumps on Shadow Link a fraction of his problems. Which he quickly regrets doing in the next page.

He's literally stunned with himself at his own honesty for once. This wasn't something he planned to do.

This was the first time since he has become VIO that he opened up about his feelings and he quickly gets embarrassed about doing it.

Also not Shadow blatantly staring right at Vio's lips. I thought that was so funny while drawing it.

LOL.

The kiss is so hilarious because like, Shadow my dude wtf.

It's so out of left field.

I was debating on if I wanted Shadow Link and Vio to kiss before present day or not, but I think it was the right decision.

If you read their interactions at the start of FSR, they're a bit TOO comfortable with each other if we ONLY take their cannon manga interactions into account.

Also, this is my fan comic, I do what I want lmfao.

Art wise: didn't wanna make it extremally saucy or anything lmfao, just a quick confusing ass kiss.

It does it's job of completely blanking Vio's brain to the point the only thing he can really focus on is his own heart trying to rip it's way out of his chest hah.

Shadow you broke him-

Shadow's question of "Are you having second thoughts" can be read a few ways, a few I didn't intend to but they're all interesting.

Like, wtf is Shadow truly asking there is pretty vague XD

The intended one was that he was asking Vio if he regrets joining him because he's still attached to his teammates.

Which Vio gives his response for, while utterly panicking.

I do think it'd be funny if Link's first kiss was with Shadow lmfao, so that's a fun detail. Vio, who did you expect it to be with? X'D

He has realized at this point: Oh shit I might have taken a wrong turn here at some point.

And you might argue: Well okay if Vio has an "i fucked up" moment here it makes the one he has later in the OG manga not mean anything"

to that I say "HAH! NO U DUMBASS????" Vio's LOGICAL you see not emotional. Shadow VERBALLY stating he trusts Vio is a very different action to just, kissing him like this lmfao.

As Vio can't even really comprehend wtf Shadow was trying to DO in that moment.

And onto Shadow's emotions here: Bro kissed Vio no hesitation. (Bitch didn't even ask permission, jerk.)

Like, Vio "Sad" (More complex than that but let's roll with that for now)

He likes Vio, Vio tolerates him. Shadow's been getting bolder and bolder with how he shows affection towards Vio up until this point.

Vio hasn't told him off for any of it, so he just assumes it's fine lmao. Keep in mind, Vaati and Gannon make it DAMN WELL CLEAR when they're pissed off at something he does, so Shadow's perspective of boundaries and appropriate behavior is FUCKED.

Vio continues to wonder wtf he got himself into as Shadow continues to lack the sacred knowledge of personal space.

I always thought it was curious Vio continued his mole plan even AFTER the other 3 showed up. Bro felt he didn't do enough clearly.

Back on my TWEWY!VBS au bullshit

Featuring headcanons post-Game!!

Toya is less reserved and does things without a hint of shame to the embarrassment of the others

He randomly kisses his teammates (akito corner of mouth, kohane's fingers, an's cheeks) just to see them redden. He enjoys it immensely.

Hes still rlly kind and earnest and genuine but the game kinda fucked with him yanno he's adopted a yolo kinda mindset

Akito is more or less settled in his own skin. Hes had to get some help from others but ultimately he realizes that even without his passion/dream or talent, he is still a very good person and someone important to his team. Hes more of a live for the people you love kinda guy now

Hes still temperamental and moody but around his team he's less harsh and moreso just blunt

When hes embarrassed, he will find kohane first to bury his head in her hair, if he cant find her its an's shoulder, and when those two arent around toya's jacket it is. (Toya does most of the teasing to him, so more than likely akito's trying to hide from him)

An turns up the physical affection a lot. You will now see her hanging off toya and akito's shoulders, linking arms with kohane or just in general having an arm wrapped around their waists

Shes scared if she lets go of them theyll disappear haha abandonment issues go brrrrr

She likes changing up her hairstyle a lot, and lets kohane and akito mess with it. Kohane likes brushing an's hair a lot

Kohane goes nonverbal a lot bc she forgets she has her voice again

When it happens in a show she somehow finds a way to make sure the audience is still engaged haha. She might force herself to make sounds just to backup their song vocals, but this is rare. An akito and toya can tell when she cant speak so taking over her lines is seamless

Though toya once done goofed by doing his funky kohane voice like he does in the hollow song. He thought itd be funny....akito didnt talk to him for a day

All four of them get odd when ppl ask them about their incident and the one week hospitalization

Toya is the most normal, you ask him about it and he just goes quiet and doesnt want to talk about it. Its like attributed to a regular trauma response, bc to everyone else vbs DID nearly die so like.

Akito kinda avoids the issue. When ena corners him about it he shifts to his more polite persona except its jarring bc you can feel him glaring at you. Ena of course is confrontational so another fight breaks out between them

An gets super weird. She starts acting like Nagi -- it was never noticeable at first but the longer she did it ppl started to get concerned.

Kohane suddenly goes Akito Mode, getting all grumpy and huffy haha. Just dont ask about the game to her, it wont end well

Did i mention Joshua becomes Toya's music teacher? Harumichi goes bug eyed at this bc Joshua is kinda famous with classical musicians. That toya managed to ask him for lessons is insane. He starts thinking that toya is back on the classical music grind

Joshua shoots that down pretty quick and says hes a music teacher, not a classical only teacher. Hes got a condition for toya to come to him for lessons, and thats to continue his activities with VBS and succeed at them. Harumichi is stunned lmao

Kohane pesters Neku a lot, as more visually creative people. He helps her create a tag for VBS bc surprise graffitti artist kohane wheeee

She has An or Akito spot her a lot.

No one knows if VBS is dating or not and tbh neither do they, they just like being close.

Akito gets annoyed with some of the reaper uniforms and drags mizuki to help him redesign them (mizuki doesnt know about reapers lol)

An learns breakdancing! She puts a blush on her partners' faces everytime she makes a move, bc goddamn An is fucking gorgeous

They all take commissions and requests from shibuya to perform haha. Ken is surprised when some well known person goes into Weekend Garage to ask specifically for VBS

Ken somehow also becomes their manager. An has tried to tell him he doesnt have to, they can manage, but goddamnit Ken nearly lost his daughter and her friends (ppl he considers his own kids at this point) he really doesnt want to let them out of his sight

The SEKAI changes too. Its still a street sekai, but now there are more...people, kinda? Like in stage sekai theres an audience, the livehouses in Street Sekai have audiences too, which delight the vocaloids

Somehow there are also shops and stores containing the kids' interests

The changes are honestly due to the influences the twewy cast has on VBS. Their souls are unnaturally strong, so some part of their soul latches onto the VBS squad and sorta imprints on the sekai.

Its like fragment sekais but it anchors to the street sekai itself so it becomes stable

So now VBS goes exploring their sekai a lot. Kohane likes going to the rooftops, toya tours the livehouses, an and akito go through the stores

so the podcast playlist ran out at work earlier today and left me with just music and my thoughts while I continued packaging products on autopilot. Now over the last month or so I've done a lot in my day to day life to stop stagnating and settling for 'good enough' as far as like household and stuff is concerned, I finally upgraded my phone and phone plan after like five and ten years respectively, I bought new clothes that actually fit me instead of the holdovers from back in the day that I was still wearing, my kitchen now has an actual workspace bc I've rearranged my furniture and added some more - shoutouts to my mom who wanted the doors off of my ikea cupboards so she'd have a matching set for the ones I left at home (the kind I had wasn't in store anymore) bc her offering to drive me to Ikea to get replacements triggered a bit of a binge in rearranging my whole apartment and let me transport the new stuff home too. Visiting my brother made me cook more and eat healthier bc he showed me the burgers he's cooking up when he needs something fast but like, with standards.

anyways. rambling. point is that the whole thing got me thinking about other things in my life that I'm kinda 'eh good enough' on, and the big one there is my identity and my body. Me being cis is, at least at this point, a conscious choice born from indifference, the factory settings work well enough and it'd be effort to even start looking into what I'd have to do to change them. But at the same time, it doesn't feel super cis for my position to be "yeah I'd prolly trans my gender if given the chance but that sounds like I'd have to file shit and call people and bureaucracy would be involved. But I would. But the effort." like I'm remembering Ranma 1/2 from my childhood and think that'd be neat to be able to do, just switch genders at the drop of a literal bucket, I feel that's not a very cis thought.

so then about two weeks ago my workplace gave us access to some health benefits, because they're feeling bad about keeping the warehouse people a bit out of the loop and removed from the office people, and also they're having trouble finding new people and really don't want any of us to quit, or something along those lines. Point is I have better health insurance now, based on a calender year budget, so I basically have an above average budget for the second half of this year now and I wanna make use of that, because it's a use-it-or-lose-it kinda deal. Now I don't know if I can use that for any gender affirming stuff, but I might.

The problem that remains is that I still couldn't care less for going through the whole rigamaroll of a social transition, but like. staying on-paper cis and continuing to use my given name to avoid all those complications, legally still being the same person and just looking different (might need a new ID if I go that far lol) doing whatever the fuck I want with my body in the meantime without it ever affecting my legal identity because it's not a deadname if I'm still just using it, it doesn't actually give me dysphoria, and they can't force me to change my name just because I have boobs, might be what I want? And then maybe I can consider a legal gender and/or name change from there?

idk on one hand it sounds like something I'd want to do but on the other hand I also feel it's not like, committed enough? like both on a practical level where I need a doctor to help me transition physically while still using the same (male) name, and on an ideological level where it feels like appropriation in a way to just want the body and the appearance but skipping over the whole paperwork thing because I can't be arsed while for a lot of people changing name and officially recognized identity is a just as if not more important aspect of transitioning.

genuinely can't tell on my own if that standpoint is a valid one, if I'm right to be hesitant for that reason or if that's an exclusionist brainworm take, would appreciate feedback and second opinions on that part especially

either way I am going to look into using my newfound health benefits for getting my facial hair lasered first and foremost because even if I stay physically 100% male that shit is annoying, I don't care for how it looks on me, I feel messy when it's there and can't be assed to shave it regularily. Avoiding effort is a key part of my identity either way whether I'm Cis+ or Legally Cis For Tax Reasons

Shes a tiefling with an unknown ancestor (referencing the teifling wiki"The term "tiefling" was first applied to all humans whose ancestry included any evil extraplanar being of the Lower Planes, such as a demon, devil, evil deity or other unknown entity.")

Favorite weapon? she does prize any particular weapon since tends to just use what she has around

Style of combat? shes a gladiator so shes switches between barbarian and monk

Most prized possession? a broken steel collar

Deepest desire? a freedom that can never be taken from her

Guilty pleasure? how badly she wants to be protected for once

Best-kept secret? why she hates the tower

Greatest strength?he ability to adapt to situations, observational skill

Fatal flaw?she panics in small rooms, she will eat the goddamn walls to get out

Favorite scent? wet grass, mud, campfires. these things make her feel free

Pet peeve? being touched without permission, rolan gets away with it though. he always has and it never occurred to him that this was unique at all until he watching someone get body slammed for putting a hand on her shoulder. it may have taken awhile but lae'zel and Astarion also have the 'right' to touch as they see fit since they have never done this without purpose.

Bad habit? she has a staring problem.

Hidden talent? sculpture and construction. she has a very intense focus and twitchy hands so sometimes when she finds clay in the soil there will be little idols all over. Astarion almost cried when she showed him a sculpting of his face. the way she saw him. she touches clay and other malleable items as if she was blind, just feeling her way through and they come out with moderately high accuracy.

Leisure activity? gardening, swimming and sleeping, she feels like shes unreasonably heavy so she likes floating around in ponds and rivers

Favorite drink? anything sweet, she lives sweet drinks so a good sweet mead will leave her konked out since she drinks for taste not purpose

Comfort food?pot roast and baked potatoes! she also like when theregrilled vegetables

Favorite person(s)? Rolan, lae'zel, astarion. Dwylla laezel and astarion talk to each other so much, passing information mid battle that they have virtually developed their own language that's just for them.

Favored display of affection?physical touch, words of affirmation and gifts. she will never admit any of it. she just wont hit you. her big tail kinda does whatever when shes relaxed, so you can tell if she likes you by where it curls on down days. usually it stays high up behind lae'zel or Astarion, because she wants to guard them, with rolan it tends to lay low and curl around wherever he is, standing or sitting. he pretends not to notice.

Fondest childhood memory? the day she figured out her teeth where strong enough to break brick, she attempted her first escape and felt grass underfoot. what a beautiful thing to have whipped away

Anything else you’d like to share?she doesn't actually have any tattoos and her teeth aren't actually black, she wears make up and uses a mouth guard it scares people// she also added unnecessary stress to the joints of armor so it creaks when she moves a certain way. she knows certain sounds trigger the fight or flight response and the more people run the less she has to kill and they up her rep talking about scary she is.

♧Some Mr. Osomatsu Headcanons Pt. 2!"♧

Some more of these cause they're a blast to do~

• Out of all the brothers, Osomatsu, Jyushimatsu, and Karamatsu give the best hugs.

• Osomatsu because, as I mentioned before, this man has the potential to be genuinely nice and comforting when he actually tries, and the same applies to his hugs. When he is being genuine, his big brother energy also takes a massive spike. He's not the kind to act sappy or heartfelt, so he'll be running his mouth, throwing out teases and making jokes, but his hugs are very warm and full-bodied with just the right amount of squeeze.

"What, you done already? Nah, c'mere."

Is the type to hold on after the hug should have ended and fall backward, taking his huggie with him cause he thinks it's funny. But before that part, it's actually really nice!

• Jyushimatsu may be a little strange but he's undeniably a ball of joy as well and is the huggiest out of all the brothers. He's a pounce hugger too, so prepare to be jumped. Squeezes tightly and doesn't like to let go. Will koala cling to your torso or back and physically shimmie around your body to avoid being pulled off. You'll probably need help from one (or multiple) of the others to remove him, but it's still kinda sweet.

• Karamatsu likes to play Mr. Cool Guy but in reality, he's very nervous when it comes to physical affection. Offers hugs freely but gets flustered if someone takes his offer and wholeheartedly hugs him back. He'll try to keep playing it cool but has to try his hardest to hide the blush that will encompass his face. Kara lives for attention of any kind but in a much less shallow way than he may make it seem. He just wants to feel loved, so little things like that get to him.

His hugs are tight, firm, and very safe feeling. They also tend to linger for a while, so you may need to remind him to let go. He's one of the strongest of the brothers (besides Jyushimatsu, but he's a special case) so if he happens to get carried away, he might lift the person he's hugging off the ground for just a second.

His brothers rarely hug him, so when he finds someone that doesn't mind his hugs, he'll try to find any excuse to slip one into any interaction. For example:

"You dropped your hotdog? Truly a pity. Come, find solace in my arms!"

"Y/n, it has been too long!"

"It's been like a week?"

"Far too long indeed! Let us commemorate our reunion with a grand embrace!"

• None of the brothers can cook very well, but Ichimatsu is probably the most capable out of all of them since he knows how to make a few simple things. He isn't nearly confident enough to let himself cook for or in front of other people, but he does so for himself sometimes when he's home alone.

• He actually started learning how because he saw someone make cat-shaped onigiri in a magazine once and had to try it himself. That's what he's best at, but he also knows how to make miso soup, okayu, and can put together a pretty cute bento box if he's feeling up to it. He also tries new recipes once in a while, provided they have a kitty-related twist that makes him want to put in the effort.

• It's not a lot, and certainly not all that impressive, but compared to his brothers it's a little something.

• I like the idea that Oso is the first of his brothers to actually get his driver's license. He doesn't have a car yet and won't anytime soon, but he puts in the time and passes his test with flying colors without much of a reason besides he just decided he wanted to do it.

• He keeps it a secret from his brothers and parents until he actually passes the exam and then brings his physical license home to show it off to no end.

• More than offended that he of all people would go ahead and do something so grown-up, Choromatsu and Karamatsu decide as the next oldest they need to as well. So this creates a domino effect, with Karamatsu deciding to take motorcycle lessons, much to the excruciation of his brothers, and Choromatsu desperately trying to catch up and get his driver's license so Oso can't hold it over him anymore.

•Surprising everyone, Karamatsu actually does manage to (just barely) pass his test and get his motorcycle license on his first try.

• Meanwhile, Choromatsu is still retrying and failing his driver's exam to this day. The poor guy is well studied and knows everything he needs to, but actually getting behind a wheel makes him so nervous that he inevitably messes up. So it looks like Oso's gonna be able to hold it over him for a while.

• The latter three are much less ambitious, since it's not like any of them even have a car to drive if they were to pass, and Totty says that their little brother privileges give them the right to be driven around by everyone else anyways.

Yes I have! Another great episode. I'm borderline offended by how much people infantilize Shiv Roy. Let her be a disastrous asshole!!!!

Shiv has so many of the traits we see with problematic~ male characters (including her brothers and father). She's cold to the touch and has a hard time expressing love, she's possessive of the partner she loves while also not wanting to be openly and fully loving, she stabs her loved ones in the back, she acts quickly without thinking her moves through, she's very smart but not as smart she thinks she is (and I think a lot of that is less an intellect thing and more an experience thing--because she was never trained the way Kendall was, which isn't her fault, she's trying to skip the line as if she's spent years learning the ropes, and as unfair as it is, that's just not how it works).

But because Shiv is a woman, I think people want to assign this victimhood thing that the show explores in terms of examining the sexism she faces, while at the same time not acknowledging that Shiv is a misogynist who peddles in misogyny. Let's be fuckin' real here--it's all the wall. Shiv has no female friends we see onscreen, no deep female relationships... Her giving token "let's keep Karolina and Gerri on board" lip service doesn't count, because she'll also silence assault survivors when it suits her and teams up with a man who... whatever his relationship with Ebba actually is, it's not appropriate and Shiv KNOWS THIS. And it's no surprise, because Shiv's main female influence (her mother) is absent and cold, and otherwise she's spent her life competing with her brothers and desperate for her father's affection.

The thing is, you can say that Tom has done bad things to Shiv and vice versa without erasing what the other party has done. Tom fucked Shiv over and has said some really cruel things to her... If not things that are, like, entirely incorrect (I mean, would Shiv be a good parent as she is right now? Let's be serious, look me in the eye and say the woman we see now should have kids lol). Tom used Shiv to climb the social and professional ladder, something I don't think Shiv was unaware of when she married him because she's an intelligent woman, he spent hours dithering over how to please Logan on his birthday in the pilot, and people have literally joked about it onscreen.

But we also watched.... how many seasons? Of Shiv straight up emotionally abusing Tom? What would everyone say if Tom cheated on Shiv and invited his lover to the wedding before copping to the affair and then suggesting an open marriage? What would they say if Shiv spent so much time freaking out over going to prison, while Tom just sorta went *shrug* and even joked about it? (Mind you, Tom was never even told by Shiv, as far as we know, that she begged Logan to choose Kendall as the "blood sacrifice" over Tom.) What if Tom was about to fuck Shiv, physically on the brink of doing so, and went "btdubs, I don't love you and you're nothing". (That scene, as much as I love it and as much as Shiv tried to play it off as being kinky... while never negotiating the supposed play lol............. would read VERY differently to a lot of people with the roles reversed, imo.)

So basically, I think Tom and Shiv are terrible people. They're also toxically in love and can give each other things neither one gets from anyone else. Shiv is a hot billionaire; she could have virtually any man she wants. She's with Tom because there is a level of transparent emotional connection I don't think she's found elsewhere, even through the pain. He gives her the validation she wanted from her father, which is why she can't quite let him go and is so distraught whenever the threat of it being taken away is real. I think Tom really does love her--but she also values the fact that he is a social climber, and she can give him a level of status, a physical commodity, that nobody else can really give him. (Or... very few can. Notice how threatened she was by him being seen with Naomi Pierce, one of the only other women who can give him all that.) I think she also sees a level of a funhouse version of what her life could've been in Tom. Her saying "Your mom loves me more than she loves you"... Well, girl. At least Tom's mom loves him on some level, lol. Shiv's mom doesn't love her, and she knows it.

And Tom of course loves all Shiv can give him, and I think Tom's natural ability to become whatever he needs to be in the moment suits him very well. He can be the catty corporate dude, Shiv's plus one, seductive???? (HE WAS WEARIN' THAT PUSSY OUT IN THIS EP???) He also does probably have a minor degradation kink. Nowhere near what Roman is dealing with, but a little treat. But I also think that when her vulnerability slips through, it's like a high to him because it's something no one else gets.

So yeah, they're everything to me and I need people to stop clutching their pearls and recognize that everyone sucks and it's great.

Hi! Uhhm I was wondering if I could ask for a BSD matchup?? I've never done any requests or stuff like this before but I've seen some other people do this and wanted to try so uhh yeah ofc it's alright with you don't wanna do this!!

Feel free to talk about thte first half of that ask I sent, the one about Michael giving up Trevor's ID. I love your analyses! I've only recently started playing and have no one to gush over it with so my asks can be a little scrambled.

That split second decision to tell Trevor to run goes through my head so often lmao. The plan was to kill Trevor and send Brad to jail and it was going to be quick so Michael wouldn't have to think too hard about it in the moment. Kill Trevor first so it's too late to change his mind. I'm sure that was Michael's idea, too.

He's got a sick obsession with Trevor in a way. He likes the way Trevor almost worships him, and he hates it too. He's the physical manifestation of every night of fun he's had, every bad decision he's made. A constant reminder of who Michael Townley really is. Somewhere along the way that stopped being a good thing in his eyes. He knows a part of him will always want Trevor around in one way or another, and a fresh start doesn't include that. If he kills Trevor, there's no temptation to go back. Not to mention the fact that Trevor has been wearing Michael thin for years now. He's a liability in a lot of ways.

There’s this implication throughout the game that before Michael met Amanda, all his attention was zeroed in on Trevor and their partnership. However that's interpreted is up to the audience I suppose, but it's clear that Trevor, this man who has been deprived of affection his whole childhood, finally felt he was the center of someone's universe. He's Michael Townley's best friend, and nothing could be more important than that. So when Michael starts splitting his time between Trevor and his family, Trevor gets jealous. He acts out in small ways to bring Michael's attention back to him. And it works, but it chips away at their friendship every time. The longer it goes on, the more Michael distances himself. The more Michael distances, the worse Trevor's outbursts. It's this unending cycle that leads to resentment, and Michael couldn't handle it any more. I think he's fully aware of how he messed Trevor up, but he also doesn't view it as his problem, because he has his family to think about.

Anyway, back to the Ludendorff heist. The sheer amount of planning that had to go into the Ludendorff heist on Michael and Dave's part for it to go down the way they wanted is crazy to me. He really sold them out completely just to get a head start lmao. Then you've got the logistics of the day itself. Dave is the only member of the FIB that’s a part this, and that it's kinda hush hush so they've got to plan it in a way that a single sniper can get it done. They didn't count on the entire police department showing up and creating chaos,, or Brad ruining the shot.

Michael is deadset on the plan, shown in the little comments he makes to Trevor throughout the heist. (Trevor, talking about the money in the vault: "Oh...There's enough here for us all to enjoy!/Who said North Yankton was a dead end. There's enough here to keep us all entertained." Michael: "Depends on how you look at it." and Trevor when he kills the security guard holding Michael Hostage: "There'll be time for grieving later." Michael: "Yeah, you got that right.") He's fully prepared for a future without Trevor in it. He's excited about it to some extent. Ready for it to be over and done with.

But little things keep going wrong on this heist. Way more cops than Michael anticipated, the driver getting shot, Trevor and Brad constantly worrying about the helicopter and suggesting alternate escapes, and getting hit by the train all kind of compile and make an already stressed out Michael frazzled and jumpy. So when Davey takes the shot and Brad walks in front of the bullet, there isn't much time to think.

Every little doubt Michael may have had jumps to the forefront of his mind in a split second. He can't look at the situation with a "Whatever happens, happens" view anymore because it all went to shit. Now he does have to think about Trevor dying. It's been prolonged. If Davey doesn't do it, the cops will. So he puts on a good show of dying, without a single drop of blood escaping his kevlar vest, and tells Trevor to run. It's his final gift to someone he still reluctantly cares about. And he's gotta be believable too, he can't ask Trevor to stay around to get shot and finalize the plan, because he knows Trevor would see right through it. So he does the only thing he can do to sell the story, and dramatically pretends to die.

Did he flinch when Trevor wailed his name in agony? Hearing his voice crack when he begged the officers to kill him instead? Does it even matter if he did?

Like you said, Trevor has nothing after this point. Michael sold him out completely (and why not? He expected Trevor to die, he wouldn't need that money lmao). He has no savings, he has no family, he has nothing but a history of addiction and self loathing to fall back on. And I dont think any of this occurs to Michael even once. He did his good deed, and saved his best friend from bleeding out in the snow. Whatever happens to Trevor from that point on, is Trevor’s problem.

Then you’ve got Trevor’s side of things. He watched the only person who’s ever cared about him bleed out in the snow. Seemingly out of nowhere, too. There was no way of knowing someone would be waiting behind that building to off them. So Trevor runs away because it’s all he can do. He cant stay still for long because the feds are after him, and he can’t visit Michael’s grave for the same reason. (I’m sure he does once things die down. But to not be able to go to the funeral on top of that would be rough) He’s got nothing but memories and heartache.

It’s so funny to me that Trevor likely moved to San Andreas to escape Michael’s ghost. North Yankton would be full of reminders. Gas stations they robbed, motels they stayed at, maybe even a park he took Tracey and Jimmy to. The cold weather itself would be a harsh reminder. So he moves to the sunny state where he’ll at least never have to feel those days on his skin. Where he’s close to an idealized version of Michael, but not the ghost. The bright shiny Vinewood sign mere miles away from him, a small reminder of the world Michael was obsessed with. Close enough to remind, but not close enough to hurt. Not realizing that Michael is there too, trying to escape Trevor’s ghost as well.

This blog serves as a place to share and catalogue my favorite 'foods' (waifus and F/Os mainly). My tastes are pretty basic, but I do posses a bias for some very specific ones. As I'm no doubt sure my 'chef' will bombard and fill it with the '#camelots food' signal.

Consume responsibly, or else it'll lead to rotting of the brain. Selection may update with time.

What kinds of food will you find here? Well...

Fate Grand Order: Jeanne d' Arc (Alter) and Ishtar These two are something else. They encapsulate my taste/type pretty well. Ishtar being entertaining and her tsun moments are surprisingly adorable, and Jalter being incredibly interesting narratively with her character growth and development, combined with her tough exterior, yet soft interior.

There isn't much else to say about these two. Other than that these are my favorite type of tsunderes, and also the trope being done correctly and not overblown.

But there's also one more... Tamamo vitch Koyanskaya Is she evil? Yes. Is she sadistic? Also yes. Is she a bitch? Yes again. Does she have any redeeming qualities? None whatsoever. Would this even be a healthy or even reasonably smart decision? Not at all. But I hate that I can't hate her, and it still has me confused. But I also don't dilute myself with any of that 'I can fix her' crap. I know what I'm getting into, and I know what I want. Fortunately, we're both on the same page in that regard. This is all just business to her anyways so...

Azur Lane: Friedrich, Bismarck, and Golden Hind What else really needs to be said? Just look at those three. Those three would definitely be good company in whatever scenario. Friedrich and Golden Hind melt my guard, because when it comes to kryptonite, none is stronger to me than physical and intimate affection. And those two ooze (literally in Hind's case) physical and intimate. Bismarck meanwhile has a special kind of charm I always appreciate. Strong and independent, but still willing to learn and adapt, even to others. And even loving under the right circumstances, eager to learn alongside her chosen.

Honkai Star Rail: Kafka The mystery, the allure, her demeanor, her voice. The fact you can't always tell what's going on in her head. She pushes all the buttons in all the right ways. She always keeps you on your toes, and I'm always up to let my luck decide. Hey, I never said I was a smart guy. How is it possible that being by her side seems like the safest, yet also most perilous place in the universe? Red may not be my favorite color, but it is when Kafka's around.

Genshin Impact: Mona Megistus What's there to say that hasn't already been said? Girl's charismatic and charming as all hell. The fact she's so dedicated and determined in her work, and how she refuses to profit off of it despite the fact she's loaded as it is also shows her pride and dignity. Yet she never oversteps her boundaries.

Hypnosis Mic: Ichijiku Kadenokoji I don't even know where to begin with her. Like...how do I explain? Well first off how she's written, and the little drops we get to why and how she is the way she is. I'm always up for a 'loyal second in command who slowly starts to question the morality of what their doing'. I'll be honest, she at first seemed like one of those 'bad bitch' kinda deals. Stomp me to the curb for ever making that mistake please. Now I know better. Plus a certain someone put it in my head that she'd be the 'they asked for no pickles!' kinda girlfriend/wife.

Another is one who technically doesn't exist (at least not to the broader public eye). In fact, she's a character belonging to a dear friend @thelakeofnimue. And that's: Evelin I've made a whole essay about why I love this character in the past privately among our circle. To put it short, Evelin is a bundle of surprises who seems like one thing one moment, yet can surprise you with something else the next. But without it being jarring or out of nowhere. You can generally get what she's about, but her inner workings always keep you guessing. Typically a stoic cat lover who loves solitude, she seems like an ice queen to most who meet her, and they'd be right. Others would say she's trigger happy with her sword...and they'd also be right. Few who get to know her deeper would say she's surprisingly gentle and caring, at the very least open to any who give her a chance, and she'll offer the same courtesy to you...and they'd also be right.

The only wrong interpretation is that she's any one given thing. She's in fact many things. Surprisingly complex when you give her a chance. And to me, she's mastered the 'stoic charm' type of character, where all she must do is simply talk and I'm on my knees. Stick around long enough, and you too may be lost in her deep violet eyes.

speaking of utopia (has not been speaking of utopia for 2 months)

along with lee somehow apparently being the fan favourite sexyman why are ppl determined to ship wilson/lee like u can do whatever u want but it just seems a shame bc one of many things i liked in the show is how they straight up shut down the idea that wilson and lee would have a snarky, give-and-take type relationship LIKE lee physically came out of his meeting w wilson worse off and so he doesn't consider them even in that sense and like yeah clearly he'd rather it hadn't happened but he doesn't seem to have been mentally affected by the violence done to him itself. he's not scared of wilson in fact he can't even conceive of that concept. and even while wilson finds himself in a more favoured/powerful position lee considers himself completely superior to him. and it goes without saying that lee wants revenge and also beyond that lee would hurt wilson just for fun whereas wilson wouldn't hurt anyone for fun. meanwhile the thing is wilson is traumatized by lee torturing him. he probably considers himself a better sort of person than lee but beyond his basic moral standing he also doesn't consider lee totally beneath him because yknow he's terrified of lee and probably always will be and yknow they both know lee has that power over him. and we know wilson wants to kill lee bc he's an awful person and as a sort of retroactive+proactive self defense which he does as soon as he becomes hardened enough to be able to go through with it.

And so there's this scene where they're u could say bantering in the car and wilson goes 'knowledge is never useless' and lee goes 'wasn't much use when i got my spoon out was it' and wilson just goes quiet. he could remind lee that he 'knew' how to get out of handcuffs and use lee's own gun to shoot him but he doesn't because they're not just talking anymore. wilson is reliving his trauma and fucking petrified. and paul ready gives a really great line delivery here, it's kinda chill and laid back, like u can hear just how secure and superior he feels bringing this topic up even though wilson nearly killed him, but u can also hear him taking real pleasure in knowing that he's hurt wilson, permanently, physically and emotionally, and that's something he'll have no matter what wilson does. like what a perfect moment and again nothing Wrong w writing their relationship a different way but like . the show already started u off somewhere Cooler

CHARACTER TRIVIA GAME !

instructions: describe 10 random headcanons about your muse of choice that will rarely ever have the chance to naturally come up in threads. Go wild, go random, go meta! repost, do not reblog!

1) hades is a film snob. he loves really old films, black and white ones, and will make everyone else around him suffer. but he likes newer things too, and he has a little notebook where he documents his thoughts and opinions on any new film he watches. this guy could be a film critic if he wanted to, but he just does it for fun.

2) hades was the one to defeat iapetus in combat (imo), and the wounds he suffered during the fight were pretty extreme. he definitely didn’t think he was walking away from that one (but a series of fortunate and unfortunate events gave him the edge he needed).

3) hades is disgustingly wealthy, not just as the god of gems, but as a really prolific businessman in the mortal realm. he’s old money rich, and has never had to bat an eye at the cost of anything, ever. he definitely has a skewed view of how money works and i won’t deny that. he’s extremely privileged in that way and it often shows. however, he’s also pretty generous with his wealth, and doesn’t hoard it (as best as he can). he donates extensively, because while he is rich, he’s also the god of the dead, and he sees so much pain and suffering enter his realm that could easily be fixed, and so he does what he can without completely upsetting the nature of the world humans created.

4) he and hera are extremely alike. despite how much he tried to be like zeus or poseidon or kratos in his youth, hera was easily the biggest influence on him. they took the twin thing a little too far and just became clones imo. he adores her completely and despite being the older one, looks up to her a lot.

5) i sorta have this headcanon that immortal bodies aren’t very easy to perform surgeries on / particularly the cosmetic kind, because their bodies heal so quickly. and because hades wasn’t about to spend all his time and energy on consciously shapeshifting his body every day, his journey w/ top surgery was actually a long time coming / also kinda uncomfortable. now that he’s finally been able to achieve it though, he’s so much happier n he looks GREAT

6) the underworld takes a lot of large tolls on the body, and even though hades is its ruler and is better equipped than most, he still feels the affects. living in a place of pretty constant darkness and no sun means he’s really sensitive to sunlight. he needs sunglasses or its almost painful, and even his immortal skin will burn to a crisp if he’s out in the sun a second too long without copious amounts of sunscreen. the underworld is also very cold, so hades does not handle heat well either, and he will become cranky if he gets too warm. he’s literally a vampire idk

7) hades is not a very athletic person. he’s physically fit and is quite agile and fast, but he’s not the kind of person to just hop in and play a round of basketball or take a ski trip. the only sports he ever watches are the olympics, and that’s only out of nostalgia. if hades is getting physical, its only as a last resort, and its usually in a fight.

8) hades runs the underworld a little less like a kingdom and more like a business. because his subjects are dead, there’s not really a lot of back and forth they can do, so he has tasks for them (which sometimes just means wander around) and he pays people well to keep them in check. the various regions of the underworld are more like sectors of his operation, with different people delegated to remain in charge. the maintenance of the underworld is done for the few gods who do reside down there, and not for the dead. his real job is to intervene when those beneath him are unable to do the job on their own, and just making sure things run smoothly. the product? a world free of wandering souls and peace among the dead.

9) there are a number of things hades has discovered since getting sober, and all of them are part of what i’m referring to as his metamorphosis. he’s learning just how big his sweet tooth is (and also just how big his appetite is / how much better food is). he’s using his time to have more fun, with his appearance, with his hobbies, and with his family. his sex drive is higher and sex feels better. he’s more physically fit because he spends more time taking care of his body. he still has a long way to go, but he’s found a lot of little joys he’d long since lost sight of and its really good for him.

10) hades decided to fight in the gigantomachy of his own accord. i think he shocked a lot of people by showing up at all, but this was what he knew. no matter how estranged he might have become with his family, nor how great a mystery he was to the younger generation, fighting alongside his siblings was all he had known for most of his life and there was no way he was going to sit out another fight.
