shitty jobs that I think the poets would work as teenagers/young adults
neil - olive garden waiter. he gets hit on at least once an hour by girls his age. he gets really frustrated because what the hell about me screams that I am into women?
todd - either barnes and noble bookseller or starbucks barista. he nearly cries at least once during his shift. also I do know the mcdonald's jokes and I think they are funny so I feel they deserve an honorable mention.
charlie - charlie would do paid internship that his father set up for him through network stuff. he wants to be a businessman. perhaps a high up at mcdonald's. he spends most of his time at work not working because he can afford to do that.
meeks - planetarium docent. meeks actually got really lucky when it came to getting a job. he knew he wanted something STEM related, and he was lucky enough to get a spot at the planetarium summer program, where they later hired him part time.
pitts - museum gift shop. pitts knew he wanted to be near STEM stuff as well, and his local museum was incredibly desperate for employees which allowed him to secure a job at the gift shop.
knox - knox works at a shoe store. im thinking nike or footlocker, no in between
cameron - chick-fil-a. he swears that he's doing it just for college scholarship that they offer but everyone is skeptical of this.
chris - she does gymnastics, and offered to help teach the young kids in her free time. this volunteering eventually turned into an actual job offer to teach classes part time.
ginny - retail worker. I feel like she'd manage to get a job either at hollister or hot topic, no in between. if she worked at hollister, she would hide in the back because holy shit why are people so mean. if she worked at hot topic, she would sit on her phone and occasionally help a preteen that is shaking apart with fear get a specific size of a Bring Me the Horizon shirt.
