Phil still had his sword out, pointing it at them, at her. His little girl. The others in a semicircle around them, trapping the two of them against a wall. He would not let them take her. He would not lose his huevo, not again. Phil took a small step towards them, and Charlie lifted his own weapon higher, shielding his little girl with his own body. Phil’s eyes where pleading, but Charlie wouldn’t listen to them. “Charlie, please mate, that’s not your daughter. You have to know that’s not JuanaFlippa.” Charlie saw as she put down a sign just to his right, and began frantically scribbling on it, but he did not wait for her to finish her own pleading. “I know.” There were several gasps from the crowd, both shocked and angry, but he paid them no mind. “I know, but you’re wrong.” His little girl stopped writing and looked up at him, confusion clear on her face. “dad please it’s me” could be read on the sign, in the strange way this huevo wrote. “She may not be Flippa. But she is my daughter.”

so you mean to tell me juanaflippa fucking died and then slime went on a rampage and THEN they had a court trial and both mariana and slime got sent to jail and now juanaflippa is alive?

red team purgatory day one

half of red team isn't here, nobody knows how to actually PLAY MINECRAFT, and the only person remotely good at pvp here is philza. Carre carries everyone and is off doing his own thing. Even IF the other half of the team is there, the only person i can accurately gauge the ability of is WILBUR, and i have zero faith in his skills lol. Everyone is realizing how much they're going to have to stream, and some will have to change their schedules in order to play effectively. Charlie doesn't stream for 5 hours, but he has to be here for all of this, and it becomes VERY CLEAR, VERY QUICKLY, WHY HE DOESN'T. His voice is dead and he is unravelling at the seams. He hates it here more than anyone. only half of his breakdown is a joke. They're drying. Cellbit and Slime had ENOUGH and just beat each other with sticks. They're devolving and screaming about how much they hate this and they're manic and their arms feel numb and tingly and badboyhalo keeps killing them and they keep dying and life hates them. Jaiden told badboyhalo to kill himself. In a fit of rage they declared that they no longer care about the eggs and they'd rather just go home. They're planning on logging in on Monday only to build a house and start Egg Island Survival LetsPlay where they make an Emerald Empire and only respond in Villiager Hrmms. now they're sing/screaming as their base burns around them, and i can't tell what they're supposed to be singing but they kept repeating "say something I'm giving up on you" and someone started playing the Living TombStone FNAF song. Phil got a globe and gifted everyone a fidget toy to spin and they're just sitting and spinning. Baghera just realized that Phil already had all the saplings they need and she wasted her time, so Phil took off his armor so the two can could fight. Baghera lost even though she had a diamond sword, so Phil just let her kill him so she can be happy. Corpses scatter across their yard. They're killing each other. I started typing this with 20 minutes left and I'm witnessing the longest fucking 20 minutes of my life how is there still 7-whatever minutes left??? CELLBIT JUST CONFESSED TO THE MURDERS AND THEY'RE CONFESSING TO THEIR SINS NOW???? I CAN'T TELL IF CHARLIE'S CONFESSION ABOUT JUANAFLIPPA AND THE CODE IS CANON???? Charlie suggests a cannibalism arc and everyone wants to go absolutely FERAL and cellbit it trying to act normal about that idea and kinda fails at it. And it all ends with everyone being banned to enforce the 5-hour rule. We're Free...for today. And despite this, they don't want to change teams and they're actually looking forward to suffering with friends :) ...nevermind they're planning on selling wilbur to get a better advantage.

I just remembered a detail about yesterday's stream.

When q!Bad was talking about losing two birds with q!Jaiden, he mentioned he farmed something they were dropping immediately after hearing that q!Foolish immediately took out the animals discovery book and went to look if the Soul Vaultur dropped something important, we could see cc!foolish circle the 'Soul Heart' mentioned in the book with his mouse cursor.

I just love how even if he's not sure if it'll be relevant or useful q!foolish is so attentive to everything people talk about.

Even when cc!Foolish goes afk, if people are discussing lore he'll pay attention and even chime in when he's back, like he did when he heard q!Bad and q!Bagi talks about how the codes were affecting q!Étoiles and q!Slime in a way that made it physically noticeable and noted that it was weird that q!Bad was also becoming blue.

q!Foolish remember little details about everyone, eggs and Islanders and notice right away when they behave differently just like he did when q!Tina started acting on the fence towards him, he asked yesterday to 'juanaflippa' if she knew how to speak Spanish or today when he noted how q!Cellbit sounded defeated after learning about his past.

Its not a want, it's a NEED. I need people to actually understand how q!Foolish intelligence lay in his patience and observation. He knows when to use the information he collected and isn't afraid of WAITING.

ive fuckingggg HAD IT . i am going to talk about gegg qsmp because idk why but charlie slimecicle made one of the best representations of age regression ive seen in media and i am NOT joking.

so i dont rlly post alot about the qsmp on my blog, thus i wouldn't be surprised if this post goes unnoticed or ignored by a vast majority of my friends & followers. for those of you who ARE reading this with no prior experience with the QSMP lemme just quickly summarize some much needed background knowledge.

(Quackity Voice) The QSMP Is The Worlds First Multi-lingual Minecraft Server; it hosts a wide variety of twitch streamers who speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. the beginning plotline of the server (which is where Gegg came into existence) follows the various players as they are grouped into pairs to care for a dragon egg. The main ones that will be talked about today are Tilin, Quackity's egg, and Juanaflippa, Slimecicle & ElMariana's egg. The eggs are, of course, played by anonymous admins, who have given these eggs their own unique personalitys despite only communicating through signs and emotes. The players have quickly imprinted on their respective eggs, as expected, and have gone on to view these eggs as their own children. The rules were simple - each egg had two lives and two lives ONLY. each day the eggs have tasks for the streamers to complete ON STREAM or else the egg could die of starvation & neglect (points at Trump, Maximus & DanTDM's egg).

i will be referring to Slimecicles character in the QSMP as Charlie or Slime for better coherency. from now on i will be referring to the characters, not the streamers.

Slimecicle and Mariana were not the best parents to Juanaflippa, but it was clear that they truly and deeply cared for their daughter. They supported her transition and, especially in Slimes case, did everything they could to make sure their daughter was safe. Juanaflippa had lost her second life due to an accident, which caused Slime to loose his shit and go on a murderous rampage to try and get the literal Minecraft Jesus Christ of Nazareth to come back and revive his daughter (she came back after a court case. long story.)

Basically Juanaflippa was loved, and she loved her parents back- but there was someone else she cared for the most in the whole wide world

Tilin, who Slime offered to take care of once her father had to log off game. There was another accident, and Tilin was caught in the crossfire between Charlie and a few mobs at night. She was on her second life, meaning that Charlie had officially ended his daughters best friend right infront of her eyes. Distraught and ashamed, Charlie ran off into self-isolation and left Juanaflippa in the care of Mariana and their friend Roier. During his "Eggxile" while he was trying to find a way to bring back Tilin, Charlie learnt that Mariana killed Juanaflippa AGAIN. Instead of going on another tirade Charlie just lost it.

He's now carrying the deaths of two children on his mind, isolating himself from what little friends he had on the main island. During his initial stay on the island there were only English and Spanish players, but when the French and Brazilian players arrived he still spent a majority of his time in isolation. Charlie wasn't apart of a good chunk of the main island lore for a long, long time, and pretty soon it began to feel like he was completely, and utterly, alone. He attended a wedding and a few parties, but it was visible how outcasted he was from all the new events and connections. He had regular breakdowns and pretty soon began to believe that Juanaflippa wasn't dead, she was just... somewhere else. He was gonna get her back. He did it once, he'll do it again. Fuck, he couldn't even bring himself to attend her own funeral, and even when he was allowed one final goodbye with his dead daughter Charlie still refused to accept the fact that Juanaflippa was never gonna come back home. He built a campfire on the beach of his Eggxile house with three chairs- one for him, one for his wife (who hadn't logged on in months), and one for Flippa.

TL;DR q!slime is going the fuck through it.

Later on Quackity decided to get Charlie in on a plan to try and steal from other peoples houses. They both lost their families, so it seemed only fair to Quackity that they ruin other people's lives as well. Basically Charlie had to pretend to be Quackity's NEW egg so that he can get close with the other eggs and fuck shit up.

Charlie liked it. Charlie... REALLY liked it, actually. His egg name was Gegg, and without knowing it he began to age regress.

Im calling Gegg a form of Age Regression because not only is Charlie mentally AND physically becoming a child, but through Gegg Charlie is allowed the freedom to escape his grief and explore what it means to be a "child" who was loved unconditionally. On the last Gegg stream Slime referred to the little goopy guy as something that lives inside of him. Gegg takes over him and he just looses himself in the act. He's not just playing a character called Gegg, he IS Gegg.

In the very first stream as Gegg he expressed his desire to learn what having a family was like- a common reason most people have for regressing. When "regressed" to this state Charlie/Gegg is constantly acting as a young child and actually enjoys it! He LOVED being Gegg! Even if it got too far in the end, Gegg was allowed to be open about his wants & emotions. Charlie was pushed back into the lives of the other players and fully reconnected with several people again for the first time since his self-imposed isolation. He gained new friends, too, once Gegg was introduced to the Brazilian and French players.

In turn the players never made any effort to expose Charlie's regression. while at the beginning there was some distrust & confusion over Charlie's sudden egg act it never went farther then a few subtle jokes at Geggs "true" identity (commenting on his backflips, which is something Charlie was known for). Aside from Wilbur, everybody treated Gegg as any other egg-child. He was cared for, his tasks would be completed on occasion, and the French+Brazilian players ESPECIALLY loved him! They supported Charlie's regression since at this point they began to realize how much shit he has been through since the deaths of Tilin and Flippa. Not only that, but the eggs as well played along with Gegg's coping mechanism; Leonarda (FoolishGamers + Vegetta777's egg) was one of the first to try and adopt Gegg as their own baby, while Chayanne (Philza+MissaSinfonia's egg) & Tallulah (Wilbur Soot's egg) acted as his "Geggsiblings" (even though Tallulah sorta got a bit rude to him during their second encounter, im guessing due to a new admin who wasn't around during Tallulah & Gegg's first interaction),

Infact, one of the best scenes of the Gegg Arc was during an interaction between Gegg & Bobby. Bobby was Roier & JaidenAnimation's egg, and he was also close to Juanaflippa & Tilin. The two kids talked through signs, where Bobby confessed that he held a grudge against Slime for what he did. Gegg said that he had every right to be upset, the poor boy had lost two of his closest friends after all. But then Bobby did something that shocked Charlie- he forgave him. he told Gegg to tell that "green guy" that he shouldn't be hard on himself anymore, both of them needed to move on already. Not only was Bobby a child, but he was one of the main eggs Quackity wanted Gegg to kill off first. Bobby was the reason why Gegg existed, the reason why Charlie was given the chance to heal from his trauma, and now he is telling Charlie to his face that its ok to forgive himself for the deaths of Tilin and Flippa.

Bobby knows who Gegg is, everybody does, which is why they treat Gegg with the same amount of love that every other egg gets.

Age Regression has frequently been misunderstood, and very rarely does it get the proper representation that it deserves. It is a very "taboo" form of coping, which is unfortunate due to how common it actually is. Most people feel uncomfortable with the image of grown adults acting as toddlers in diapers, and lump it together with the whole Age Play/DDLG ordeal- yet they fail to take into account what age regressors are ACTUALLY like. while it is something that just about anyone can do, the type of regression I will be talking about stems from people who seek refuge from traumatic events usually in their childhood. It can be voluntary or involuntary, and is a way for people to explore & reevaluate what it means to be a child. it is just that- a trauma response, one that im sure many of you participate in but are too scared to discuss it due to the stigma around it. Children who have experienced abuse regress, Teenagers who struggle with mental health regress, Adults with severe PTSD regress, and yet it is such a misunderstood part of the healing process that is practically unaccounted for in media. There is little to nothing on age regression representation that delivers it in a respectful, honest manner, due to this stigma, which only serves to push it further into the shadows of mental health discourse.

So to see age regression be used on a fucking minecraft server of all places in such a healthy light is so refreshing to see. While ironic at first, Charlie showcased age regression as something that shouldn't be shunned. It actively aided him through a dark period in his life and showed that he deserves a second chance. After Gegg canonically "died" Charlie returned to the island for his birthday and was finally ready to move on from Flippa & Tilins death (and then, yakno, the whole Codeflippa Arc happened)

TL;DR #2 Charlie Slimecicle's Character In The QSMP Age Regresses As A Way To Cope From The Deaths Of Two Eggs & Oh My God It Was Actually Really Fucking Emotional

mmmthe dead eggs make me so sad cause of how preventable their deaths seem now.

trumpets (i saw everyone call him this instead of trump and i find this much cuter) deaths were cause of neglect and if the environment was the same as now with the "it takes a village" mindset, he couldve lived. I was watching some of max's videos with my minimum spanish knowledge and they were so cute. his little hat spun!!! the brazilians + french never had to experience the struggles of DAILY tasks. our single parent association were fighting for their lives. he was 11 days old :(

tilin. her first life was neglect so same points as trumpet but the second one i dont think couldve been saved by ninho. I remember watching slime and tilin died soso quickly. but community definitely couldve saved her. the armor was MINIMAL back then like we were running around in iron! also looking back tilin was actually wearing NO armor which was why she died so quickly. slime was so devastated omg. she was 11 days old as well.

juanaflippa!!! my baby, i got so attached to her watching slime, her life was crazy. im honestly a little confused on her lives. she lost 2 to misclicks and one to neglect. I dont really understand like how some bed misclicks counted but others didnt? chayanne + leo + ramon had their beds clicked but didnt lose a life. i think there was a rule change somewhere. chaotic as hell but ik slimariana were genuinely sad over her death so i feel like if she was brought back now she would have a higher chance of survival. our youngest tho she died at 10 days.

lastly bobby chingon. ninho 100% would have saved him. ik his and tallulahs deaths were basically the reason forever created the nest, and its such a perfect solution. stasis pearls were always an option but no one really thought about it/ the community trust wasnt as established. its kinda bittersweet tbh. bobby lost one of his lives to the code which we now have a defense against and his second life... so upsetting because roier didnt even want to go to the dugeon initially but a stasis pearl wouldve been so easy. 44 days old

the brazilians rlly transformed qsmp and forever creating ninho was so good i need him recieve all the love from everyone. our little community was so shaped by the eggs i wish all of them were here but also their deaths kinda paved the way for some of the lore.

I think what makes me really sad about Juanaflippa and her parents is that Slime and Mariana aren’t good parents but they’re also not really bad parents either and if they actually worked together they could be pretty decent parents. Like Mariana’s biggest flaw is that he’s never there, ignoring of course the fact that he killed her because that was such a bullshit misclick and I don’t actually blame him. The couple of times we actually see him take care of Juanaflippa he does a good job. I’m still learning Spanish so I don’t know everything that he’s saying in those streams but he honestly seems very sweet and caring towards her most of the time and pretty easily takes care of her needs. She would be in good hands if Mariana was consistantly there. Slime’s biggest flaw is that he doesn’t know how be a parent and also kind of not the best at Minecraft which means completing tasks ends up being a little more difficult for him. We know that canonically speaking he was brought up in an abusive situation, being kept in a cage with 8 siblings so needless to say he doesn’t really know what good parenting looks like. However he clearly loves Juanaflippa dearly, he’s consistantly there for her, and he’s trying his absolute best. If Slime and Mariana worked their shit out and worked together they could be good parents. Maybe they could come up with a schedule so Mariana could be there for her more consistantly and/or maybe Mariana could help teach Slime how to be a better parent so that even if he’s still her primary caretaker he has a better idea of he’s doing. And of course I love the drama and I’m interested to see who gets sacrificed to bring Juanaflippa back but I really like Slime and Mariana’s dynamic together and with their daughter and I just really want them to work together and all three be happy together.

Something else I noticed about Q!Charlie:

Just like how there’s a stark difference in how people treat him, there’s also a difference in how Charlie treats people when it involves items.

I would argue that Charlie is the least materialistic member on the server. While we can attribute it to him just being poor by nature, there’s just a lot of instances wherein that’s also not just the case.

While there’s Phil, Foolish, Quackity and more characters who can and would ask items for free to BBH, in BBH’s stream, Charlie felt like he’s obligated to match a trade for slime armor with him. I think it makes sense that he would have that mindset because the rest of the parents are in good terms and get along with each other, they didn’t attempt to kill the eggs twice like he did. He probably still thinks he has to compensate and make amends for it.

It’s even sadder when you take into account how BBH didn’t ask for anything in return at first, he just offered that he could grind him a full set, period. But then Charlie had to suggest if he could be used as a meat shield in exchange for two slime armor pieces. In a way, that’s what he thinks his worth is. Risking his life is worth at least two slime armor pieces. DO YOU SEE HOW SAD THAT IS??? WHERE IS HIS SELF WORTH??? NDEKDJD

There’s also him as Gegg. Antoine offering him diamonds and him giving it back without question, rejecting Forever’s offer of better gear since he is essentially a naked egg.

The two times he’d much rather give his whole backpack as long as they (Phil when Juanaflippa shot him and when Quackity was asking to be paid for his services as his lawyer for the trial) give him the flower Juanaflippa gave him.

The only times I could think of when he asked something for free was on his exile, when he asked BBH or Foolish for a waystone and that felt more like his lack of Minecraft mechanics knowledge in play than it is in character.

Otherwise, he doesn’t mind walking around in unenchanted iron armor, he doesn’t mind the times people has called and made fun of him for being poor. Because his most valuable possession was Juanaflippa. He doesn’t need anything else. With her gone, all he has left of her is the flower and the matching ticket with Mariana, both items preciously displayed in a pretty basement under his house in exile.

And when Foolish and Dapper maxed out his hearts, Quackity giving him some tools and armor to start with, all he could give is his utmost gratitude. I don’t find it a coincidence that Foolish and Quackity’s the two people he felt indebted to in such a way that he would take all the shit they say or throw at him without a fight.

While he doesn’t mind Quackity since he still feels guilty about Tilin, I can’t find any reason for him to just take Foolish’ jabs when he used to fight with him over Mariana. I think the only time he told Foolish that he can’t handle the jabs was when they’re about his daughter, which says a lot about his character. He’s desensitized to what people can throw at him, but the one thing they can hurt him with is Juanaflippa.

And I’m just… I want to give Charlie the biggest of hugs :((( Why is the Flippa family sooo tragic??? I need Charlie and Mariana to be happy again because I can’t take this anymore NSJDJDKD

people saying the federation are the ones that brought slime to juanaflippa, and I can see why you would think that, and i may be looking too far into this, but I don't think that's the case

I think the federations treasure hunt ended in Charlie's basement. cause the federation made a point of not using any chests only presents, and every gift he got from them was surrounded in green blocks

the follow the light book however was in a chest and was surrounded by black blocks, I don't think that was actually from the federation at all. the federation is consistent with things like this, they wouldn't have just switched it up like that. and guys I need you to think about the things Charlie found in the last chest, 4 toast and 3 dirt, those are things juana actually had when she was alive. slightly wronge but close enough to be recognizable, the 4 avocado toast slime stole from phil and then gave to her, and then the 3 dirt mines. it's 100% a stretch but this could be some sort of indication that this juanaflippa at least has SOME memories from the original
