How to make Restaurant style Chicken Biryani at Home
Masala Café The core of the dish
Biryani is one of the favorite dishes of Southeast Asian countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc. This dish originally originated among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent, especially during the Mughal dynasty. However, the biryani masala manufacturers in kolkata we are making today is slightly different from the original. This has changed over time depending on our priorities and our region.
You can find Hyderabadi Biryani, Lucknow Biryani, Kolkata Biryani, Chettinad Biryani etc. They are slightly different from each other, but the core is the same. So Masala Café Biryani and Pulao Masala are perfect for any kind of biryani.
Tumblr media
Let's check out the delicious restaurant style chicken biryani recipe with sunrise biryani and pulav masala powder.
Wash the basmati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then chop the onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and chili and mix until smooth. Cook the rice until it is half cooked, then set it aside and let it cool. Now heat the pan and add oil or ghee or both as per your preference. Add the pasta and cook  for a few minutes. Then add the protein of your choice and cook  until the oil separates. If you use chicken, the cooking time will be shorter than red meat. Once the chicken or meat is ready, take a large pan and grease it  with ghee. Add half of the rice, then sprinkle with Masala Café Biryani Masala Powder in Kolkata and Pulao Masala and season with salt. Then serve the chicken and sprinkle again with Sunrise Biryani and Pulao Masala. Add the final layer by adding the rest of the rice, kewra water, cafe biryani masala and pulao masala rose water, salt and ghee. Pour in some water, cover  and cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot with raita or chaatni.

Bombay Biryani Recipe
Dum-style cooked biryani recipe using a specific combination of spices. The recipe is almost the same, except for the use of dried plums and dried spices. It can be served with raita and salan and is a popular alternative to the Hyderabadi mint-based green biryani.
The Indian national dish of biryani can be prepared in different ways using different ingredients. The most common method is dum style, in which gravy and rice are cooked in layers to enhance the taste. Mumbai style Bombay biryani recipe, loaded with long-grain rice and spices, is one such popular urban version.
As I mentioned earlier, there is no difference between this recipe and similar biryani recipes. However, there will undoubtedly be differences of opinion between the two. Using plum pieces in this recipe is one such straightforward variation. Plums are generally not added to the popular biryani. Apart from this, there are some differences in tastes also. In fact, instead of using biryani masala powder, I have used any combination of dry spice powders. Frankly, you can use biryani masala, but you can control the spice level more by using a combination of spice powders in this biryani recipe.
In any case, I would like to wrap up the recipe with some pointers, ideas and variations to the Bombay Biryani recipe. firstly, for this biryani recipe, i recommend using long grain basmati rice. However, Sona Masoori, which may not have a uniform consistency, can be used as an experiment. For this you need to plan. Moreover, this recipe tastes incredible when made in the evening and served the next day. The taste, aroma and spices added to the rice will make it even better. So, once again, I would suggest doing this in advance. Lastly, this recipe doesn't require any additional dishes; However, raita and salan are delicious with biryani gravy.

In this article, we delve into the captivating world of biryani masala, its origins, key ingredients, and the magic it brings to the beloved biryani.
The Origins of Biryani Masala:
Biryani masala finds its roots in the Indian subcontinent, particularly in the regions of North India and South Asia. With a rich history spanning centuries, this spice blend has evolved over time, influenced by various cultures and culinary traditions. The meticulous combination of aromatic spices in biryani masala creates a symphony of flavors that elevate the humble rice dish to a sublime experience.
Key Ingredients in Biryani Masala:
a. Whole Spices: Biryani masala typically includes an array of whole spices such as cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, cloves, star anise, and bay leaves. These spices infuse the dish with their distinct fragrance and contribute to the complexity of flavors.
b. Ground Spices: Ground spices play a crucial role in biryani masala, adding depth and heat to the blend. Commonly used ground spices include turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and black pepper. The proportions of these spices may vary based on regional preferences and personal tastes.
c. Aromatic Herbs: Fresh herbs like mint and cilantro are often added to biryani masala to enhance its freshness and provide a delightful contrast to the robust spices. These herbs contribute a vibrant green hue and a burst of flavors to the dish.
d. Nutty Additions: Some variations of biryani masala incorporate nuts such as almonds, cashews, or raisins to add a subtle sweetness and a hint of crunch. These ingredients bring a delightful texture to the final preparation.
The Magic of Biryani Masala:
When biryani masala blends with the other ingredients in the dish, it works its magic, infusing the rice, meat, or vegetables with a medley of flavors. The aromatic spices tantalize the senses, the heat from the ground spices adds a subtle kick, and the herbs create a refreshing balance. Biryani masala not only adds complexity to the taste profile but also imparts a captivating aroma that wafts through the air, building anticipation with every bite.
