Homie moves to Fawcett city right after college. That was his first mistake.
His second mistake? Going to school and focusing on a STEM major rather than a football career. His parents fully cut him off from their life after that life choice.
Third mistake? Living in an apartment during the time Captain Nazi destroys almost immediately after he moved in.
All of his possessions? Gone.
Everything he worked for? Gone.
With no one to contact and no one to lean on since he was new to the city, He resorted to staying at homeless shelters until he could find the next step forward from this horrible situation.
Except that next step never came.
It's been 3 years now since his life was destroyed by a villain who was still on the loose.
It wasn't good by any means but it wasn't the best. At least he made some friends.
At least he had Tawky Tawny by his side. They both weren't well off, but they did their best to help the younger ones around Fawcett who were in the same situation as them.
Dash noticed that Tawny was especially kind and caring to Billy. The kid has been living on the streets for a few years now. God does he wish he could do something to help that kid have a better future than himself.

rant
just did a budget for february. to track my spending to see if i can actually save my goal amount for europe in time. (june ideally)
guys. i alone spent $550 on groceries. just me. not including the times when my partner footed the bill. One of which i know was $164. so like. $700 on groceries. in the shortest month of the year
and I am not an outrageous over spender. I get the same things over and over and over. but food is just so goddamn expensive here i'm spending almost a weeks paycheque on food apparently.
needless to say that will absolutely not be happening again at all. ever. My budget for food for the month of march is $150. so is my partners. so $300. that should be enough. It has to be. I dont want to spend anymore than that on food. I shouldnt have too. it shouldnt be like this.
meanwhile i'll be looking into additional forms of income cuz right now i have only $400 of wiggle room. and 150 0f that is food, another 150 is debt.
being an adult sucks sometimes. literally how do any of you do this.
