the rock and roman getting offended when cody brought up their family is hilarious.

Call me a hater but continuously seeing the trailer for Iron Claw and hearing them say the Von Erich family is the best family in wrestling history is a bunch of bullshit. The Hart Family and their extended family (British Bulldog etc), shit the fucking Anoa’i/Fatu family tree they’re all better than the racist trash of the Von Erichs. DUSTY RHODES AND HIS SONS!!! THE BRISCOES! Okay I’m done

I love how Cody goes emotional very easily and quickly both on promo, on the ring or behind the scenes
You can feel the true feelings out of him
And it's beautiful because he really wanted to do everything he did for his dad
No matter if wrestling is scripted, his tears are real
You can't really hate this man

Not gonna lie, the more I learn about Cody Rhodes’ history (as someone who is more of a casual fan), the more I’m convinced that there’s a solid, award-winning biopic in the wings for him. I mean, his life story includes:
* being the son of a legendary wrestler and struggling to live up to his legacy, while also forging his own path
* wanting to become WWE champion because his father was never one. And his half-brother, Goldust, as well. Cody did it for the Rhodes family name.
* struggling to get over with the crowd, especially since he was being given subpar gimmicks. Examples: Stardust, being Randy Orton’s henchman, being the handsome guy before becoming the ugly guy. (Okay, I did like the Undashing Cody arc, but I am glad he’s done with it lol)
* left WWE to forge a new path in AEW, which ended in disappointment. Still, he never gave up on his dream.
* literally tore his pecs, but wrestled anyways
* returned to the WWE and became one of the biggest babyfaces in years.
The last act of the movie obviously has to be Wrestlemania 40. That section alone would make for a great story. Just imagine it; Cody is told he has to step aside because the Rock will be fighting Roman at WM40, and then learning about how much support he got from the fans and their demands that he be allowed to “finish the story”. I can just imagine the fan backlash/support to Cody as this montage sequence, with the film score just going crazy in the background.
(But now the question is…who should play Cody?)

Tuesday April 4.
Let them fight: WrestleMania 39.
Because nothing quite beats the complexity and drama of a good father and son storyline. Just take your pick: Henry and Indiana Jones, Anakin and Luke Skywalker, Mufasa and Simba, Marlin and Nemo, Vito and Michael Corleone. Only there is a new myth in our midst: that of Cody Rhodes and his father, Dusty. Because for this year's #wrestlemania, Cody faced off against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39 at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, where he swore to "finish the story" by defeating Reigns and winning the title that always eluded his father.
It was a big big night, with far more going on than just this one, admittedly big fight. Rhea Ripley, Bad Bunny, Seth Rollins, and, of course, the sale to Endeavour. If you're into very big people theatrically beating one another, set to compelling narratives, Tumblr is your place to catch up on all things leather, sweaty, and #wrestlemania.

Since I think I know the answer but would like to know the ratio
(I know everyone would say all of them, but which one do you want first)
