Some assets I’ve created in the process of learning basic 3D modelling and texturing along side learning Unreal Engine 5. The end goal is to make a little prototype using the visual style of games like Dr.Slump and Megaman Legends.
I’ve only got a few assets so far but I’m proud of the work I’ve done and hopefully the process will speed up as I become more confident with my choice of tools.

The manga's immediate success saw over 150 million copies sold in Japan, solidifying Toriyama's status as a manga legend. Anime Triumphs: Dragon Ball and Beyond: Toei Animation recognized the potential of Toriyama's creations, adapting both Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball into anime series. I say this with a heaviness in my heart and tears in my eyes. But our beloved Akria Toriyama (known for Dragon Ball series, Dr.Slump, and so much more) has sadly passed away at the age of 68 on March 1st due to acute subdural hematoma. May he Rest In Peace knowing he changed many generations of kids, including mine, love for anime even to this day.

Akira Toriyama was such an inspiration and influence on me and the news of his passing is deeply devastating. I learned to read in part from reading Dragon Ball and it fostered a life long love of cartoons and comics that inspired me to become an artist.
Last year I read through a lot of Akira Toriyama's manga including Dragon Ball, Dr.Slump, Cowa, Sandland, and Jaco and I feel lucky to be able to have an appreciation for his whole body of work so front of mind in this time.
Akira Toriyama will be missed.
