Father’s Day June 2020. 

What more can a dad do for Father’s Day, other than to have received wonderful gifts? 

I suppose a taste of curry noodles to make the day.

I’ve heard many times that the best noodles are those freshly made, and cooked. Avoid instant noodles! But I think with a little bit of this here, and a little bit of that there - little bit meaning some fresh ingredients - a bowl of instant noodles could be ... let’s say a healthy dish?

With that in mind, I prepared the curry laksa from a pack of the Curry La Mian Prima Taste instant noodle. Followed the instructions on the packaging to a “T”, and then boiled fresh cut yu-choi, puff tofu, and shrimps. With the finale, bean sprouts, a boiled egg, and mint leaves on the side.

The taste - mmmm...
