Hi everyone! I was just about to share one of my old custom rabbit hole builds but when I took another look, I realized it contains around 200 CC's which may not be suitable for gameplay for some players. So, I went ahead and rebuilt it on a smaller lot with fewer CC's.
This was only for the police department and I'm dreading the day I have to check my custom hospital lot because I totally remembered I had a morgue with dead bodies in it.🤭

For this lot, I've reduced the number of CC to 30! Now that I'm slowly introducing CC to my lots, I've decided to create a new WCIF Navigation page to make each post neater and to help others check CC more easily for every lot, as well as crediting the amazing TS3 creators.
To respect the terms of use (TOU) of all creators, I won't include the custom contents (CCs) in my download file. Instead, I will always provide their direct links so that you all have the option to download them separately. I have followed this practice since the beginning as a creator and will continue to do so in the future.
📣 Please note that I've offered alternative links for the rabbit hole doors/rugs because I have an older version of the game so I'm currently using an older version of the rabbit hole as well. I've placed the rabbit hole room on the first floor and used a door for a "Chief/Boss showroom" but you can remove the objects if you plan to use a rug instead.
I updated my details above, particularly the 'Minimum Required Game Version' because it seems that some may not understand that this lot can still be played with new versions/patches. :)
This lot has been play-tested, including the RH door, which works fine. The décor inside the room won't affect it so you can keep it as is. As for the rug, it fits inside the room but you may need to remove the objects inside to ensure there are no obstacles when Sims enter it. Let me know if you experience any problems on your end!

hi Ilenia! i found myself really bored with the like two indoor trashcan/bin options in game, and i’m not sure if this is possible but would you be able to convert some of the bins from this ats4 post and make them functional? i read in your policy to only request 3 functional items so i’d prefer the ’kitchen trash’ and ’mini-bin’ + for the third item i was hoping the smaller ’wall trash’ could function as a community lot trash can? if a community one isn’t possible then i’d love the ’swing lid bin’ instead (◠‿◠✿) tia!

Modern Park (CC Lite)
Finally completed this project! This has been play tested and works! Since this is a park, I wanted very limited cc used (46 MB used) so many can download and enjoy!
This park comes with an amphitheater, playground, dog park, and picnic area. It has TONS of seating and a lot of walkway if you want your sims to go on a nice scenic walk or job, similar to a typical city park. Some of the playground equipment is deco, but there are other Sims 4 creators who have made functional playground items!

Hangry Llama Food Truck (CC-Free)
I asked Simmers for some lot ideas and @keoni-chan suggested a food truck, so behold: the Hangry Llama, a functioning restaurant that has taken up permanent residence in a small disused parking lot.
Sims will be seated by a host at the repurposed toll booth. They can also grab a cup of lemonade to accompany their meal from any enterpising neighbourhood children, and if they grab too many, there are two portable toilets on-site. It's a pet-friendly venue, so pooch can get a feed with the rest of the family.
The lot has been playtested and works a treat. Great place to sober up after the club at 2AM or for broke teenagers' first dates.
Quick note - moving or placing lots resets any floor tiles over the road, so please make this teensy edit in your hood before you play it.

Pregnancy While Visiting
This global mod removes the restriction that only family members can get pregnant on a lot and replaces it such that any eligible playable Sim can get pregnant on any lot - no more "safe sex" in the changing room / photobooth at the mall or when asked out on a date!
InTeen compatible (but doesn't need it), requires InTeen Check 2
There are several other mods out there that do the same, but also come with a lot of extra functionality/baggage.
Changes only global BHAV 0x0139 "Pregnancy - Can We Get Pregnant?" for the main functionality and fixes an InTeen related issue in 0x0378 "Pregnancy - Is Sim Young Enough?"

I wanted a hangout for my teens that wasn’t always the bubble tea / thrift shop, so I made this dual bowling alley and arcade :) There’s also an area to get bubble tea after a game!

Burger and Fries Functional Stand for The Sims 2
The stand is a conversion from Sims 4, while food is from Insimnia. Everything is pretty much low poly (maximum 3k). The stand has 6 food options, 3 burgers and 3 fries and different prices for them (from 6 to 15 simoleon). Stand is located in Party section of Buy Mode, price 1000 simoleon. You can put it both in residential or community lot. You need all the files in the archive for it to work.

I've added a forest lot to the hood. For now, there's no traditional food source (such as a grill), but there are some bushes and nut spawners, so I hope Sims will be able to eat. There's a tent to sleep, a bench to sit and a fireplace as a light source at night. There's also various wild game spawners, so Sims will be able to hunt. Almost everything you see here is functional (except for the grass), but not necessary accessible.
