When Chris told Josh that he wanted to spend time with you, Josh suggested that he arrange a movie marathon. He was sure that it was a great option for a date, Josh even offered to help him pick up a few films that would help you both feel a romantic atmosphere. When Chris agreed to this, he was sure it was a really good idea, but now, sitting on the couch with you, he was worried. You were thrilled when he offered to arrange a movie marathon for you, you brought some movies that you both wanted to watch for a long time, you prepared snacks and drinks. You had the whole night ahead of you and you were burning with enthusiasm. It was already night outside the window, of the seven films that you decided to watch, two were already left behind, and Chris did not dare to do anything. Every time he wanted to hug you, you jerked sharply because of what was happening on the screen, and he took his hand away. He was already beginning to think that this would be the rest of the night, but he felt a warmth on his shoulder. Turning his head slightly, he saw that you were sitting pressed against his shoulder and closed your eyes. You started falling asleep, no matter how zealously you claimed that you could watch all the movies. Chris gently put his arm around your shoulders and you snuggled closer to him, finally sinking into a doze. Looking at your calm and peaceful face, he couldn't help but smile. Chris put his head on yours and continued watching the movie. Perhaps this movie marathon did not go exactly as he planned, but he liked the situation in which he found himself even more than the original plan.

A fanart years ago of Chris from Until Dawn. Out of all the characters in that game, I found myself liking Chris because he just feels too innocent and sweet for the whole story lol.

bro i really wanna talk about this with someone who plays Until Dawn or just someone who likes this idea and knows what i'm talking about lmao: but OT3 Josh x Sam x Chris?? But Sam and Chris are also in on the prank with Josh?? I mean imo it kinda makes sense. Especially cause Sam and Chris weren't in on the prank the others pulled on Hannah. Sam was obviously Hannah's best friend, and Chris and Josh have been friends since the third grade; so Chris would have most definitely considered Hannah and Beth as little sisters to him.

I don't know, i just really like this idea. their is a fic like this though, but it has 4 chapters and hasn't been updated since 2017. there's another where only chris is in on the prank which also has 4 chapters but haven't been updated since 2016.

but my favorite is the one i read almost a month ago where chris woke up from a "dream/nightmare" but it was actually the events of what happened in the game. basically he was 'blessed' by the mountain and i just kjcoiabcui i love that fic, just your average bamf chris fic where he saves the twins from their 'fated' deaths <3

If Ashley opens the trap door, and dies, that means Handigo is roaming the tunnels. Which can lead to one of five scenarios

Scenario 1: Chris and Emily are already dead. Hannah just vibes before going to stalk Sam.

Scenario 2: Chris got left behind. He now gets killed, and Handigo drags him to her lair.

Scenario 3: Chris and Emily are still alive, and now have to return through those tunnels with Handigo on the loose.

Scenario 4: Only Emily has made it to this point, and she now gets to go back through Handigo territory on her own. If this is a continuation of scenario 2, Emily has the potential of discovering Chris's body if he didn't investigate the voice.

Scenario 5: Only Chris is alive. He gets to go back through Handigo land to return to the ladder.

It would be suicide to run around in the tunnels if Handigo is loose, especially since we know that in Chris's tunnel death he gets grabbed from above. Handigo has home field advantage here by a long shot, and Chris especially is an easy target because of his injury.

So how the fuck do they make it back to the lodge?

Scenario 1: They don't meet Handigo. Best case scenario.

Scenario 2: They meet Handigo and are stuck in the tunnels for a while because they don't want her to see them.

Scenario 3: They meet Handigo and she ignores them quickly enough, allowing Emily and/or Chris to return to the lodge basement without too much other trouble.

Scenario 4: Handigo finds them when they are climbing up the ladder, and they close the grate on her.

I think it's implied that Emily and Chris backtrack through the same path they went down with Sam (the one where Chris can get decapitated from above). Meaning that, if Chris gets killed here, there is high potential for Emily to find his body.

Or, you know, Emily could go with Sam if she's uninjured but no. They had to make it a rock wall that only Sam could possibly climb.
