Le Pôle Véhicule du futur d'Etupes à nouveau labellisé "pôle de compétitivité"
Le 27 mars 2023, les ministres Bruno Le Maire et Roland Lescure, aux côtés de Carole Delga, présidente de l’Association des Régions de France, ont annoncé les lauréats à l’appel à candidatures pour la phase V des pôles de compétitivité. Au terme du processus de sélection national porté par l’État, en lien étroit avec les Régions, les cinq pôles de compétitivité de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté financés principalement par la Région ont été à nouveau labellisés, confortant ainsi leur rôle fédérateur pour la période 2023-2026.
Les cinq pôles de compétitivité (de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté) labellisés jusqu’en 2026 sont : Nuclear Valley ; PMT (anciennement Pôle des microtechniques) ; Pôle Véhicule du futur ; Polymeris ; Vitagora.
Un nouveau pôle dédié à la transition carbone des infrastructures de transport des personnes, des biens & des fluides (eau, gaz, électricité, datas), Infr@2050, implanté sur les territoires d’Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes et de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, est labellisé pour une période de deux ans.
Trois objectifs principaux ont été définis pour la phase V : faire émerger des écosystèmes plus forts, mieux interconnectés et en capacité de répondre ; aux défis tant nationaux que régionaux grâce à des rapprochements ; renforcer le développement de l’action des pôles au niveau européen, pour confirmer les succès de la phase IV et amplifier le rayonnement international de nos écosystèmes d’innovation en mobilisant les financements européens ; soutenir les PME et startups françaises dans leurs transformations et leur développement, en accompagnant des projets d’innovation et d’industrialisation technologiquement exigeants et structurants pour les filières industrielles, en cohérence avec le déploiement de France 2030 et les priorités régionales.
Cette annonce nationale signe le succès de la politique de filières et d’innovation portée par la Région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté dans le cadre de sa compétence économique. En effet, la Région soutient ces pôles et contribue à leur fonctionnement sur son budget propre à hauteur de 1,2 M€ par an, et gère la dotation de l’État de 245 000 €.
L’innovation en Bourgogne-Franche-Comté
Historiquement implantés en Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, ces pôles sont des acteurs centraux de l’écosystème régional d’innovation et sont reconnus pour leur capacité à faire émerger des projets d’innovation collaboratifs et individuels. Ils regroupent 650 entreprises adhérentes et accompagnent et labellisent près d’une centaine de projets d’innovation par an. 80 projets ont été par ailleurs financés par les fonds européens sur la période 2019-2022.
Leur action est adossée aux domaines de spécialisation définis dans la Stratégie régionale de l’innovation (RIS 3). Certains pôles sont par ailleurs porteurs d’actions dédiées à la structuration des filières qu’ils représentent et à l’information sur les priorités régionales (transition numérique et industrie du futur, décarbonation de l’industrie, accès des PMEs aux financements européens, formation et adaptation des compétences…). Ils contribuent enfin activement au déploiement de la politique des filières stratégiques régionales : matériaux et procédés avancés, mobilités, hydrogène, santé et soins individualisés, alimentation durable, microtechniques et systèmes intelligents.
Franck Robine, préfet de région et Marie-Guite Dufay, présidente de la Région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, se félicitent du travail partenarial qui a pu être conduit entre les services de la Région et de l’Etat pour faire aboutir cet appel à candidatures et pour permettre aux pôles de compétitivité de viser l’excellence dans des secteurs clés d’avenir et de contribuer plus encore à la souveraineté économique de notre pays.
Pour la Région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté : "L’innovation sera la clé de la réindustrialisation durable et verte de notre pays. Sans elle, il n'y a pas de décarbonation de l’industrie ni de maîtrise des solutions de la transition écologique. C’est pourquoi la phase V des pôles de compétitivité, placée sous le signe de la réindustrialisation verte, doit permette à nos startups, TPE-PME et ETI de renforcer leur croissance, leur capacité d’innovation, leurs partenariats industriels, leur visibilité et leur capacité de projection à l’international".

Bonjour, Un peu tardif mais voici la photo du groupe ( ils ne sont pas tous présents) qui a passé son examen de plateau jeudi. Heureusement les conditions humides pendant l’entraînement a pu permettre aux élèves d’appréhender de la meilleure façon l’exam’. Malheureusement trop d’échecs ont plombé le travail de la semaine. Cela sera partie remise pour Cyrielle, Camille, Elise( retour), Franck et Michel. Dommage!!! “Fantastika” – a term appropriated from a range of Slavonic languages by John Clute — embraces the genres of Fantasy, Science Fiction, and Horror, but can also include Alternate History, Gothic, Steampunk, Young Adult Dystopic Fiction, or any other radically imaginative narrative space. The goal of Fantastika Journal and its annual conference is to bring together academics and independent researchers who share an interest in this diverse range of fields with the aim of opening up new dialogues, productive controversies and collaborations. We invite articles examining all mediums and disciplines which concern the Fantastika genres. This special issue is based off the fifth Fantastika conference — After Fantastika — which investigated how definitions of time are negotiated within Fantastika literature, exploring not only the conception of its potential rigidity but also how its prospective malleability offers an avenue through which orthodox systems of thought may be reconfigured. By interrogating the principal attributes of this concept alongside its centrality to human thought, this issue considers how Fantastika may offer an alternate lens through which to examine the past, present, and future of time itself.
