#doctorsiren#ace attorney#phoenix wright#trucy wright#beanix#ace attorney fanart#comic#art#digital art#my art#fanart#procreate#this started out as me wanting to give an origin to his dumb beanie#but then it became something so cute 😭😭#she’s his sunshine 😭#I took inspiration from Gwen Stacy’s universe where the colours reflect the mood and characters#especially for the part where Gwen hugs her dad —> Trucy hugging Phoenix#the only time that Trucy is fully blue is when she’s empathizing with Phoenix#because he probably told her that it’s okay to cry as well#I’M REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS GRRR 😭💖😭💖#if I had a nickel for everytime I’ve created something where a dad is crying and their young child comes to comfort them and cheer them up#I would have a LOT of nickels#also!! when doing the shading#i first laid down shadows over Phoenix’s entire form#but then when shaping the shadows I took shadow away from Phoenix and added small shadows to Trucy#and she’s acting like a sort of pseudo-light source (the beanie also acts as this as well ^^)#sunshine is my middle name (not even joking) and so Trucy being his light resonates with me#it’s funny bc this comic literally contradicts the comic I did a couple days back because in that one he already has the beanie#but in this one Trucy says Iris helped her make the beanie

When we think of Mario and Peach's chemistry in the games, any rescue scene is usually what comes to mind. But there's one bit of Mareach interaction I just had to talk about because it's honestly one of my all-time favorite moments with these two.
The introduction sequence of Luigi's Mansion 3.
We see our characters on a bus ride, and the two of them are sitting side by side. Peach appears to be laughing at something Mario said, and they're both having a great time. All goes smoothly until Toad swerves to the right, causing the passengers to lose their balance and bump into each other.
It takes them a second to steady themselves, and the first thing Mario does as he opens his eyes again is glance at Peach with a smile. But it's not his trademark grin. His expression is quite softer than usual, and meeker too.
Even rarer still: he then lets out a timid chuckle. Something I've personally never seen him do in any other game. He's being shy, bless him. Not openly flustered or delighted, but actually shy.
And what does Peach do? She returns his smile with a bright and gleeful "Yahoo!". An all too characteristic exclamation that she has undoubtedly borrowed from him over time.
It's a very small and brief moment. But OMG does it say a lot about their dynamic.
It captures everything that I find so very charming and endearing about their unspoken affection, and it's a very good example of how I imagine those calm and blissful moments between them to be like. The moments we never see as players, but which are surely there as well.
I wish there was one instance where we got to fully see what a pleasant and peaceful day was like for them. But if this is the closest thing we're ever going to get, then I'm okay with that.
Because this scene alone is downright adorable and it makes me very happy. 😊💞

🌸Don't ask me how I got inspired but hear me out
in this little funny AU scenario, our favorite punching bag and best monkey mac is a fairy🧚
😆I'm thinking all sorts of scenarios here
😚In this one :
Wukong has been hearing rumors about light or something from his little monkey subjects but didn't give it much thought thinking it was just fireflies nothing he's noticed
One night after another successful sworn Brotherhood victory dinner.
laughing drinking and sharing stories with one another has ended. After a while going to bed Poor little monkey King couldn't sleep so he decides to go back to the table for a midnight snack, azure brother brought over cherries, Monkey King doesn't have cherry trees so he's thinking to plant some around here. he was so busy having fun that he hasn't had the chance to try any of it.
And then he stops, sees a little light fluttering around the bag of cherries.
He slowly makes his way to the table doesn't want to scare off the Firefly, but then he froze. when he took a closer look it was a little White monkey and a pretty one at that, with white fluffy fur, six pairs of glittery wings, and six colorful ears and tree leaves tied around its waist. He could admire this little creature for hours if the table didn't creak under him while trying to lean in for a closer look that is.
The fairy macaque holding the cherry turns around quickly, and they both froze there in silence, slowly and steadily the little macaque starts walking backward and fluttering its wings getting ready to take flight as fast as it ca.n out of impulse Monkey King stops him immediately holding his tiny hands making him drop the Cherry, Monkey King blurts out "WOULD YOU LIKE To JOIN OUR BROTHERHOOD!?".
🤩I'm going to doodle a little more and maybe talk about it a little more as well cuz I cannot stop with all these ideas of little fairy macaque how they fall out and how they reconcile and maybe in some point where Wukong making him a little dollhouse of his own to live in.🏠✨
The possibilities are endless!!! 🤩😚😆💕🧚✨💖but I'm hungry right now so I'm going to go eat🍔🍜🍉✨
