In short, Cuphead from Our last card has a fucked up relationship with Mugman, CK Cuphead is scary as fuck and also has a bad relationship with Mugman despite not wanting to harm him, but what about Cuphead lamia? Does he have a problem with his brother or is their relationship normal? And what kind of snakes are they?
The Lamia siblings have a pretty cute sibling relationship
Cuphead is quite rebellious while Mug is more docile and calm
The only bad thing about their relationship is that they fight over territory during mating season (like all species of snakes), they mark territory and invade each other.
When the time is over, they apologize and love each other again. In the end they can't fight their natural instincts

Cuphead dlc spoiler for anyone who hasn’t seen it!!
I imagine the second Creon found out chef salt baker took cuphead soul, she was just READY to throw hands
Like she just walks down to the bakery chamber and just like: “WHERE THE F-CK ARE YOU, DOUGHBOY?!”
I don't think the cartoon will follow canon verbatim. So far it looks like most of the "bosses" will just be minding their own business. So Saltbaker could just be chilling and being a normal baker. In the graphic novels, he was also chilling and being a normal baker. And even if they did happen, I don't think Creon would be around. She would've already found a working portal. Whether it takes her home or bumps her to another dimension, who knows. (some DLC spoilers below)
OR it's possible these events did happen, since the DLC isn't exactly a sequel to the game. After all, you can access the DLC as long as you clear the first mausoleum stage. So it's not necessary to beat the first game.
If the events from the DLC happened, they would've happened right as Creon was coming home after an expedition. She'd see the utter chaos of the fight from afar, and start booking it back to Isle 4. By the time she came, the fight wrapped up with a destroyed bakery, and all 3 cups looking pretty worse for wear.
Creon would've been very close to murdering Saltbaker herself. Pfft, and yeah. I'd imagine she'd call him "doughboy." But the police were already there to arrest him. Since the justice system took care of his punishment, she didn't have to intervene as much. Seeing how Saltbaker did redeem himself at the end, she'd be cautiously optimistic that the guy won't be going after souls to bake tarts.
Creon wants to believe that Saltbaker only got that bad with the pursuit of the Wonder Tart. She's been seeing a pattern lately. Some of the unpleasant people are always giving into some form of temptation to power or greed, especially if magic or the Devil is involved.
Lucy/Devil on the other hand would be more interested ( and concerned) in how Saltbaker even got the idea of utilizing souls in his baking. He'd secretly have his imps search out the ruins of the bakery in hopes of finding anything, but that would be futile. He's quite concerned that a mere mortal was dabbling in things that was only privy to beings such as Himself and God Almighty. Especially if it could be a future problem to him, or open up opportunities.
Why Saltbaker wanted the powers of the Astral Plane, I'll never know. Makes me concerned about the cookies that give Chalice a temporary body. And not to mention the secret underground chamber. Notice all the skulls. How many people did he actually cook?
Hopefully that cookie didn't require a soul. But maybe that cookie was what tempted him to seek more power with his baking endeavors. After all, we've seen a theme in the Cuphead game, with how people in the Casino just give in easily to temptation. So it might explain that Saltbaker too gave into temptation into going further than just normal baking.

When did you first come up with CK's design? I love it!!
I first came up with the design when I was at my cuphead phase and I'm still am I had many phases when I was little but I was bored one day and I was like hmm let me create a character that no one had made yet bc I used to have mangle from fnaf as my oc back then so after I did that I added some touches and it came out like this

I smiled, tuning my guitar for the 40th time in a row. This had to be good for my date.
I was a charmer to many, including disturbing pedophiles, creeps, and jerks.
Mugman always told me I had this problem with attracting the wrong crowd.
But I didn't care, I wanted this to be perfect, beautiful, and maybe I'll get a kiss?!
Who knows?
They were my type, yet they never talked to me, ever.....
They always said I was out of their league, probably because I was considered a supernatural.
Supernaturals are anything with abilities, magic, superhuman powers, or anything that assisted living.
Superheroes, or any human, don't technically count unless accepted by the supernatural community.
I was an android, one unfortunately designed for sexual purposes, and to make you wanna f*ck him bad.
Big boobs, thick hips, and a white pearly smile. Every old man's fantasy, plus a bodyguard due to the fact I was originally gonna be a battle android.
I wanted to be so much more..... like my friend, Mugman, he was cool, cute even....
But.... how to approach him was impossible. He weirdly looks similar to me?
He acts like a rough, cocky soul with a love of rock, and he's super smart to put the cherry on top.
So, was it wrong that I felt a strange feeling, a sickness in my stomach, that made it weird to approach him, was it love?!
Maybe I'll try today....
I put on my jacket and began to find my car keys before I walked out, Elder Kettle was standing by the doorway growling.
"Did you really f*cking think I'd let my own beautiful wife leave?" He continued, "Besides, what happened to our vows? You promised you wouldn't leave!"
I stopped walking and sighed, "But you forced me into this?" I replied bluntly before he swung at my head, toppling me over.
"I knew, introducing to the outside world, was a fucking mistake, but I trusted that you'd still love me!" He shouted as he continued beating me.
"I d-do, it's jus-"
"Just, what?! Who influenced you?" He sharply yelled as he quickly pulled a pocket knife to my neck, like Mugman always did.
