(Thank you Animal Crossing) @archivalofsins/@gunsli-01 pointed out to me that they were white, rather than unpainted (as I initially assumed), bringing up that they were growing over the frame. Gunsli came to the conclusion that these were likely a bad omen, since these are common funeral flowers and we're already in a precarious situation inside the prison. Which doubly makes sense, given it's the fourth anniversary.

Also, a factoid that isn't really symbolic (I think- though I guess you could argue it being "foreign" in an adjacent way to Milgram as a physical location). There's a non-zero chance this is a vertical garden. Which I find very cool!

Lilies symbolise the renewal of innocence after death, chrysanthemums are usually considered funeral flowers when white, but in France, it doesn't matter which colour it is (but also symbolise immortality, due to it's hardiness) and white roses represent the purity of the deceased's soul and memory. It can also represent the love and respect the giver has for the deceased (as well as implicitly telling others the deceased went to heaven).

The actor they got to play young Hook has brown eyes. Plot twist, CJ got her eye color from her dad and Harry and Harriet got their eyes from their mom.

Okay wait, you guys know about the dnd game in s4ep1. How Dustin rolls an 11, misses, then Erica rolls a 20. And defeats Vecna.

People have said that the 20 might correspond with 1, 8 and 11. But that makes not much sense, right? How could one defeat one? But I propose to you, when blue meets yellow in the west. And you know there's lots of clock symbolism in season 4 right? Well, if you would think about it, Will+Mike+west+clock. West corresponds with 9, on a clock. Will+Mike=9. And you know, 11+9=20.

I mean, Mike probably won't be much help in the actual fight, considering he's built like a twig. But we know, in the dnd game, that Mike is like the only one clearly shown to be upset about his characters 'dying'. But we also know that Mike is the paladin and Will could heal him, as a cleric.

So maybe if the whole Will has powers theory is right, Mike will be the one to activate them, for example if he gets vecna'd, or whatever and Will gets mad. Because as we've seen, El gets more power from memories that make her angry. It would make sense with their relationship too, Will needs Mike. And Mike is afraid to loose him too. So, for Vecna or the mindflayer to take him away would be the worst action they could take.
