As a movie theater employee, I need Swifties to understand that trading bracelets is okay. Just don't do it in large groups in the middle of a hallway or crowd up the lobby. Employees need to get around you to do their job. Also it's a safety hazard. And to be mindful of other people there watching different movies. It's not a concert venue, it's a movie theater.

I havent seen it mentioned anywhere, but if you're wanting to see TMNT Mutant Mayhem and are a sympathetic puker / some one likely to throw up if some else is, or at the site of vomit..

you might not want to see it in theaters. Or at least have something ready for it

Theres a couple scenes of extended vomiting, and one of the other mutants is repeatedly shown with stuff (honestly idk if its supposed to be just spit or vomit) coming out of its mouth, but its relatively quick shots

#Someone threw up at the theater I was at (overheard them telling an employee)#I'm not sure if they had done it at mutant mayhem or some other movie #But it made me realize that yeah. Got the pizza box from amc :] now I just need to get the regal one since they're apparently different

After going to the movies two consecutive weeks, can confirm first matinee is best choice. Today we got a "private" showing of the Barbie movie. On opening weekend no less!

#text post #it does make me wonder why the theater opens before 10am #there's no way they make enough in ticket sales during that first hour or two to pay the 3-4 employees and profit #but i love being able to watch movies in the theater and not worry about being annoyingly loud #so i aint complaining

ok actually i love telling everhone everything abt me so

#✧ chatting !#BASICALLY i went to the movie theater w a group of friends ( we were a group of 4 middle schoolers . . . like 13/14/15 or smth )#and we were trhing to sneak candy in cause we were poor middle schoolers and just wanted to snack while watching the la so.nic movie #but unfortunately the friend who was in charge of bringing the snacks was a dumbass and tried to give us candy in front of the glass doors #and well. the employees inside saw us #and so we went into the actual theater area. and like 10mins into yhe movie the karen ass manager pulled us aside #and threatened to call the cops on us unless we threw away our UNOPENED candy. and so we had to do that #cause obv we were tiny ass middle schoolers alone so we were scared as hell over getting threatened by this lady #also me and another friend are minorities so ermmmm. dont rlly wanna get involved w cops #anyways that lady sucked but the so.nic movie was aweaome and made up for it #we nvr went back to that movie theater tho lol
