"Angel 07" is a song by German synthpop band Hubert Kah, released in 1984 as the lead single from the band's second studio album, Golden Times. “Angel 07” was written by Hubert Kemmler (music) and Mario Killer (lyrics) and produced by Michael Cretu and Armand Volker. The song reached number 30 in the German single charts.

A re-recorded English-language version of the song, "Angel 07", was released as a single in 1985. The English text was written by Timothy Touchton. In the United States, "Angel 07" was taken from the soundtrack of the American comedy action film Gotcha! published in 1985.

In 1986, Megumi Shiina recorded a Japanese version of the song as "Change Me!" The Japanese text was written by Hiromi Mori.

The band sang the song on Na sowas! on German television. on May 9, 1984, Der Spielbude on August 9, 1984 and ZDF Hitparade on January 17, 1985. A music video was filmed to promote the English version of the song. Directed by Pete Cornish.

Upon release, Cash Box listed the single as one of their "Feature Picks" in June 1985. They commented: “Hubert Kah scores with a brilliant pop outing that is reminiscent of his German compatriot Peter Schilling. A good international feeling, a perfect record for the summer CHR.”

thinking about versions of Angel and then 2007 and then Woody was also there and maybe the Professor and maybe even Buffy Shellhammer

So here's how it would be: they're all Casey's friends. He used to volunteer a lot at a charity in his neighborhood before he lost went full vigilante. Still stops by occasionally

Anyway Angel and her brother Ryan used to get food there which is how they met Casey, now they have become regular volunteers.

Woody goes a lot because a relative of his helps run it.

Either Buffy's parents make her go or she does it so it looks good for her grandfather's company

Anyway he brings stuff for the turtles sometimes, so he's told the two groups about each other, just not the turtle part. They pass donations through him sometimes as well.

Then after Leo leaves before they try out getting jobs, with Splinter's health declining (sort of vaguely impliedish in the move but mostly my headcanon to explain why the boys need jobs) he isn't able to scavenge as much, and April and Casey have things going on (relationship drama) and Raph is taking uo the Nightwatcher mantle pretty early on.

So Donnie and Mikey fall back on what they know from Casey. April and Casey would both try to be available to be their Human Face, but there comes one time or other where Mikey just can't wait (he specifically wanted to make spaghetti tonight and Donnie forgot to get pasta last time, uggh) and meets Woody and Buffy! Canonically Michelangelo friends in their respective iterations. And they are relatively not freaked out about the turtle situation! (ohh you're one of Casey's friends, that explains a lot actually)

So he goes home thrilled to tell Donnie and Raph (it's a secret from Splinter). Raph, being dealing with his own things, thinks it's a very bad idea to just trust random humans, if Leo were here he would shut that right down so that's what Raph's gonna do (he's understandably really mad at Leo later, but early on he instinctively tries to step into that role)

Donnie is intrigued though. If nothing else, being able to go when they can and not wait on April or Casey would be a huge benefit. Perhaps there's a way he can figure out Buffy and Woody's schedules? Hey Mikey, wanna hang around there with me this week, see the comings and goings, get all the info so we can make a plan?

And on that outing they meet the Professor, who in same way or other is the reason Don comes out of hiding, I'm thinking he needs help but I'm not sure yet what that would look like. He is also extremely unbothered about the turtle situation, much more eager to talk about the history of the discovery of atomic structure with this polite young man than he is at the moment to know how turtle.

Angel is volunteering that day and witnessing this whole interaction like: mm kay. sure. might as well happen.

And Mikey's popping up behind her to explain "We're Casey's friends!" and she's just 'eh I meant more that this random conversation at a food shelter is helping me understand electron orbits better than high school ever did, but yeah not gonna lie I was wondering about the turtle thing and being Casey's friends also does not explain it"

So Mikey and Donnie start spending a lot of time there, still have to hide a lot cuz it's still a lot of random volunteers, but it's a safe space for them especially when Leo doesn't come home when he's supposed to. Raph comes along sometimes but it's rare; Buffy brags endlessly about having an entire three-exchange conversation with him once. Casey and April are Legends because they have met all four turtles.

Chapter 07 : His Warmth

When the heavenly goddess sees devil's love, her hope to save devil from his dark world increases. She was right. It doesn't matter how mean and cruel someone is. There is goodness and love in everyone. Devil can be saved. The goddess believed in this and every day silently prayed for the sky of her dreams and wished that one day she would pull this devil's heart out of the darkness.

The devil was listening to the prayer of the goddess. He loved to hug this beautiful goddess and gently caress her golden and shiny hair. He liked to kiss her tears and calm her down. He liked to listen to the song of the goddess every night and express his love to her by kissing the red cheeks of the goddess.

But the devil was still imprisoned in the cage of the heart of his history. He tried to break the door of this cage and run to his beautiful angel and hug her. But this cage it is not completely broken yet. This cage is very strong and big and the goddess believes that one day she can break the door of this cage and save the devil from this dark world.

_Mukami brothers started big and stupid efforts to bring their older brother closer to Yui. They are talking in the courtyard of the mansion.

Kou: Come on, Yuma. Didn't you say that you will help us bring these two together?

Yuma: Huh? I said, but this is stupid. So please shut the fuck up.

Azusa: Kou. I would..... like to bring Ruki..... and Eve closer...... together, but what..... we are doing is...... dangerous. What if..... Eve..... gets hurt?

Kou: Nothing bad will happen. We just want to trick M-Neko-chan and bring her inside the yard, then Yuma will pour water on her so that she catches a cold. And when M-Neko-chan catches a cold, Ruki has to take care of her.

_Yuma picks up the water hose and goes behind the tree while Azusa and Yui walk towards Kou.

Kou: Good morning,M-Neko-chan.

Yui: Good morning Kou-kun. You also want to help Yuma-kun in the garden.

Yuma: Oi Yui, Watch out. Go away .....

Yui: Huh?! Kyahh!!!

_Yuma took the water hose to Yui and soaked her completely.

_Yuma quickly pulls the hose away from Yui.

Azusa: Oh Eve, Are..... you ok?

Kou: Fufu... The little cat is very wet.

_Ruki enters the room.

Ruki: Oi Livestock. We want to go to school. are you ready?

Yui: Yes, Ruki-kun I'm now.........

_Yui feels dizzy and holds her head with her hand.

Ruki: What happened? What's your problem? You don't look good today. Are you sick?

Yui: No, I'm fine. I just had.......uh.......

_Yui loses her balance and tries to keep herself from falling to the floor by holding the table.

Ruki: .......! Yui!

_Ruki rushes to Yui and hugs Yui.

Ruki: What happened? You are not seem good.

Yui: *Cough* *cough*..... Ruki-kun..... I.....

_Ruki puts his hand on Yui's forehead to measure her body temperature.

Ruki: .......! You are so hot you have a cold.

Yui: Do I have a cold? I probably caught a cold when Yuma accidentally spilled water on me.

Ruki: What trouble you are. You are only causing trouble with your stupid actions.

Yui: I'm sorry.

Ruki: Don't talk. You just need to rest now.

_Ruki picks Yui up and carries her to her bed and gently and carefully places her on the bed.

Ruki: Take a rest. I will stay at home today and take care of you.

Yui: Thank you Ruki-kun.

_Yui raises her head and looks at Ruki's face.

Yui: (I don't know if these feelings are true for someone who has been so mean to me, but I...) I love you, Ruki-kun.

_Yui turns her head towards Ruki and kisses his forehead. And then she goes back to Ruki's arms to sleep again.

Yui: (I want to always hear the sound of this man's heart. I love him)

As a little treat inspired by Maddie's incredible kindness, have a lil snippet from my favorite scene in my thinly veiled love letter to the pnw: ava learning to canoe

In order to stay upright Ava finds she must converge all of her senses on Beatrice, copying her every move so perfectly as to move in unison, the same way she will when they practice aikido forms after dinner. When they’re slicing through the waves cleanly Beatrice says Excellent work, Ava and she freezes, promptly putting them in the water again. They’re out much deeper now and Beatrice is treading water with a red nose and wet hair plastered to her head, laughing before Ava even breaks the surface.

The water is sapping the warmth from their bones already but Beatrice is still warm where their legs tangle as she pushes into Ava, purposely telegraphing the coming dunking so she has the option to evade. Rivulets of salty water run into her mouth as she lets it happen with a grin, branding the scene into her memory just before the water hits her eyes: Beatrice, wholly unburdened for a brief moment, unobserved by all except Ava, the water, and the clouds.

it's in my head now, ain't going away so here it is

Woody and Angel are passing a quiet morning sorting donations, cleaning and re-boxing clothes and toys. This is the time Mikey and Donnie would usually come around, early morning. Do you think they will come around anymore? Haven't seen them since Leo got back. Yeah, heard from Casey. Mm, yeah it was on the news, there haven't been any Monster Sightings since reports of strange lights at Winter Corp a few weeks ago. Well yeah of course I think that had something to do with them, April worked with Max Winters.

Donnie wanders in. Unusual for him to be alone. Even more unusual for him to be puffy-eyed and listless. Hey buddy, what's going on? You wanna take a look at the pantry? You guys haven't been by to get food in a while (Woody's been so worried)

"Mikey's gone."

Angel's calling Casey while Woody tries to coax the whole story out of Don. He's really frazzled, they've never seen him like this.

"Didn't know where else to come--they've been yelling all night--"

Woody finds out that Mikey's been missing for about a week; why didn't they tell someone sooner? Nevermind, not important--do you know where he might have gone?

We saw him last night. He's with--it's hard to explain.

Angel's yelling. Casey and April are with Splinter and the other turtles. Donnie had said he was stepping out to pick up some food, they hadn't been worried about him before Angel's call. Leo is not thrilled that he went to a bunch of humans (Leo hasn't met them, deep trust issues from his time alone) without consulting the team first.

It's been like this all night, Donnie admits in a small voice. Blaming each other, bringing up stuff from the past..

April's disapproval of Raph's behavior while Leo was gone. Casey's frustration over April's absence while she was working with Winters. Raph lashing out almost at random, confused and devastated. Who was supposed to be watching him? Shut up shut up it doesn't matter how old he is, don't you get it, we're mutants, people want us dead. We're all each other has and we should've been with him.

But nothing like Leo yelling at Splinter. Yeah, it's done the team so much good that I'm so much stronger. Nothing to make a better team leader like being separated from the team. What were you thinking, why didn't you take better care of them while I was gone, why did you send me away? they needed me here. What's gonna happen to Mikey now, huh? you chose to tear this family apart, and I just don't understand why

We know where he is, Donnie tells Woody. He's with Karai--I think he felt bad for her, after she helped us with Winters.

Karai--who's that? Is he safe with her?

I don't know I don't know I don't know. Organization called the Foot, gang once led by the Shredder, tried to kill us, she's talking about bringing him back, I'm afraid she's grooming him to be a ritualistic sacrifice--

Angel's called in the crew, but they can't meet here. The rest of Donnie's family is headed to April's place. Me and Woody gotta stay here, we'll meet up with you guys tonight to help look for him

And then the Professor arrives. Clocks immediately that Donnie is distressed and Mikey, who would normally be with him, absent.

"It's good to see you my friend! Where is Michelangelo?"

"He's a little lost at the moment, sir."

"I see. Easy to get lost in a city like this. I have a friend who knows the layout very well, perhaps he can help us find him."

Oh I don't know if that's a good idea, we don't want to get too many people involved--

People? Who said anything about people?

He pulls out some freaking. bird seed and does a pigeon call. Pigeon lands in from of him.

"Hello, Pete. How are you?"

"Great, just stole a fantastic hot dog. Any theories today, Professor?"

"A problem, instead, that I was hoping for your help with. Have you seen this turtle?"

Cocks his little pigeon head at Donnie. Ruffles his wings thoughtfully. "He got brothers? I think I've seen turtles around, but not this one and not too often. They mostly stick to the shadows."

"A brother is missing, the one in orange. Can you help us find him?"

"Course I will, I owe you more than a few favors. I'll tell the whole crew; mutants gotta stick together, you know."

Winks at Donnie, flies away, yes that's right Pigeon Pete is bringing in the Mutanimals to help save Mikey from--

(btw Angel has firsthand experience being a kid frustrated with a system that isn't built for her wellbeing, feeling out of place at home, looking for a group to belong to, falling in with the wrong crowd)
