silly little me a month ago being like “oh I like that I don’t have a ship or anything in stranger things so that I can just watch it like a casual fan”

then stancy rises from the ashes and I’m obsessed to the point of wanting to write metas and even fanfic, which I never do. I’m really so gone for this ship, I apologize if you follow me for anything else.

“She’s beautiful,” a woman says, and Roger turns around to see Lady Alyssa Targaryen smiling at his daughter. “Tell me what’s her name?”

“Danielle, my lady.” His daughter looks up at the sound of her name, green eyes wide. He gives her a smile and she looks back down at the blocks before her, face screwed up in concentration.

“Danielle,” Lady Alyssa says, tasting her name. “How lovely, mother had wanted to name me Dayana once as Aunt Aemma had wanted to name Rhaenyra. She changed her mind eventually, laid a ghost to rest.”

Roger doesn’t really know what to say to her so remains silent. He had come here in hopes of gaining mastery of keep-building in order to fix some of the more decrepit ones throughout his lands. Making friends or allies wasn’t his objective.

The lady nods, clearly deciding on something internally. “You will bring Danielle so she may play with Aeneas and Larissa. Little Neas’s dragon has hatched and it’s be good for her to familiarize herself with them. My cousin has expressed her intent to find a bride for Aemon in the Stormlands.”

“So he’ll be king?” Roger asks.

“I prefer Jocelyn, she’s braver and bolder than Aemon. First born too although I suppose two queens in a row would be too much of a blow to you men.”

“Two queens do not sound terrible,” Roger says softly. “No more than my daughter ruling Greenstone.”

“Then we are in agreement,” Lady Alyssa says pleasantly. “I’ll come for your daughter in the morrow. Good day, Lord Estermont.”

i wanted to say something about what happened today here. this is not directed at the anon btw.

first of all, swift audio knows that we were talking about them. i don't necessarely like this - i'm an extremely private person who doesn't like to stick her nose on other people's businesses. i don't want to talk about people i don't know. i don't want people that don't know me to talk about me. this shit literally fills me with anxiety.

i don't know them. i don't remember them. i don't know their discord, i don't know their tumblr. and honestly why would i?

i am NOT a part of the unreleased community. everything i know about the latest unreleased news, i know because other people tell me. like i said yesterday, a TS unreleased community basically doesn't exist anymore, and anyway you can't simply enter a community without other people already in it allowing it.

i didn't know who iad was before joining the server. again, why would i? i didn't know anyone and how could i? there was a giant language barrier between swiftie tumblr and me. back then i was on tumblr for supernatural gifs, not the walls of text of swiftie tumblr that i couldn't understand. i hadn't realised that stems could possibily hold metadata until style leaked, i didn't know that people collected in ear monitors audios or whatever they're called. i didn't even know what those were. i didn't know people collected photoshoots until last month. that's how out of the loop i am.

i was asked to join because they saw a post of me trying to find out the writing date of down came the rain. i need to take into consideration demos and unreleased if i want a complete timeline and i need an excel sheet to keep track of all them. in fact, in my spreadsheet the released songs were there from the start. researching unreleased doesn't make me part of the community.

i don't know when or why i turned into the main unrelased blog tbh, probably many factors, like Alyssa not being here a lot anymore. i am in here for TIMELINE reasons only, and it has ALWAYS been like that.

i am SO SO SO bummed that the fact that we found a picture from the begin again session was buried under these swift audio asks. like HELLO, we found IMPORTANT timeline things, who cares about run or love story! we alread have a date for both of them!!! also run is literally the worst vault song?

regarding people commenting on my departure, i obv can't know cause i wasn't there lol. i was told what i wrote, but, surprise surprise, i've never ever talked to this person.

What kinda bright idea was it for me to go into a masters program that requires an entire research project while working full time??? Like who possessed me to think “you know what you need Alyssa, more work and less free time!” Me, who famously gives up on hard things and doesn’t want to go above and beyond.

Yes the semester started this week and I’m currently crying on the inside. Work has become terrible too so I have that stress on top of it. Why do I do these things to myself 😵‍💫😭

idk im just so disappointed in general. it's hard having friends who are still genuinely excited by the fandom because it feels like they have these rose tinted glasses on and cant see through all the obvious signs thomas is giving us. they view it as "just ONE more ad closer to the finale" and at this point....is there really even a finale? would we even like what we were given? what's the point when thomas is clearly not the same person he used to be.

i dont understand how he could talk the way he does to his own fans who are simply expressing their disappointment? like my Previously Mentioned Friend is grouped in with those people waiting patiently and eagerly for the next episode, grasping to every aside they get, and now they're not allowed to voice how they miss a series without being guilt tripped by their fave? it feels like something we've literally addressed IN the series. it's extremely extremely wrong.

thomas is not a perfect angel, and yet he doesn't allow anybody to treat him other than that

Actually, Jon and Aegon get along pretty great and Aenys (Gael’s son) has taken a shine to Aemond. Maekar is bitterly despised by all the Green kids though because he’s another Daemon tormenting you alongside his father although he’s kind to Helaena. And Aerion and Alyssa are in the play nice category because they’re never overtly cruel although firmly on the Black’s side. They’re still cruel though on occasions.
