You can tell that Evan is not only a green flag in person but also in his relationships. The fact that so many of his ex' still seem to like him so much that some of them go out of their way to like pics of him or make a loving comment, says a lot about him. Lindsay Lohan... Alexia Quinn... The Veronicas girl, I think there was someone else which i can't think of right now. I also think he remained amicable with Alex Breckenridge because Evan was lovingly referencing to her as "Breckenstein" in the Young Hollywood interview when they weren't dating anymore. He is probably super loyal, loving and likes to stay friends with his ex's, such a sweetie. ❤️

yes, for as much as people focus on his last couple of long-term relationships and how messy things got, in general evan is someone who nearly everyone seems to have positive feelings about. to me, that says a lot about his character as a person :)

oh girl.........where do i even start

okay first of all my IDEAL x-men production would be a live action tv show, rather than a movie. it would be a real proper actual x-men first class thing, but as the seasons progressed, it would expand and branch out to accommodate all the other stories

i actually wrote a draft of the pilot a few years back lmfao it started with uatu viewing different screens with different realities (like fox x-men, the mcu, etc), and then it focused on one and zoomed into the grey family house, where jean was having a nightmare. and then she opened her eyes and the phoenix symbol flashed in the reflection before the credits started. and then we'd have her taking a cab to the xavier institute, and on the way, she looks out of the window and sees a young woman about her age (emma) staring at a lingerie display and through the reflection they would briefly make eye contact, and jean would 'feel' her, even though her telepathy would still be blocked. the cab driver would almost drive into a truck but she would use her powers to stop the accident, before they get to the mansion, she'd meet the other x-men, magneto would attack cape canaveral, etc etc etc. and then the episode would end with the start of sentinel project. first season would end with them going to krakoa. season 2 would start with the introduction of the new x-men, and end with the start of the phoenix saga. eventually the new mutants and x-factor and x-force would be introduced and spun-off to different shows, building an x-men TV universe.

but if it HAD to be a movie, it would depend entirely on how far along the x-universe is... is it an introductory movie? i'd adapt manifest destiny. e is for extinction would also work perfectly, but it would need to be very expository, and i'd probably have to write out cassandra nova. operation: zero tolerance could work well as a movie, too.

now, if i were to do something like a completely original storyline, i would definitely draw from the religious prejudice that i don't think the movies ever dealt with. you know, like when they crucify Skin in the lawn of the Xavier Institute, or chopped off Jay Guthrie's wings, or bombed a bus full of kids. i would really bring that to the forefront

as for fancast, it depends a lot on the ages, but if the x-men were more "mature", I'd go with Matt Bomer for Scott, Natalie Dormer for Emma, Santiago Cabrera for Bobby, the fat ass indiana cop for Hank, Alexandra Breckenridge for Jean, Wentworth Miller for Warren, Gemma Chan for Psylocke, Billy Magnussen as Alex, Emmy Rossum as Lorna. Wolverine dies off-screen

How did they meet? 4 of Wands (rev): This card usually associates itself with conflicts with family and fear / hesitation of public commitment. I did wonder if his family wasn't too happy with him being with Alexandra (who is 4 to 5 years older than Evan), which okay I get it, but depending on his age (especially if he's legal age and most likely living on his own or roommates his age), he can date who he wants and whose to say his family didn't take his relationship with Alexandra seriously. Records show they were together for three years, which brings back the the commitment. This card also discusses "misalignment in relationship" which could be about the fear of change.

Got a visual of them at a table with his family, and they're talking with him and they rarely acknowledge her even though she tries to include herself. She knows how to read a room.

So, I think because of their ages, they both wanted different things. If she was looking to be like, "Hey, let's take the next step in our relationship", with Evan being so young at the time, I doubt he wanted to be tied down yet. This doesn't have to mean marriage, just means it could be growing more serious.

EVAN POV: 6 of Swords (rev): Can't move on/ Let go. "Leaving the past is the healthiest thing to do, though you may be tempted to go back. Often you may choose to stay in a loveless relationship due to remembering the happy memories."
