Ok I’m ososo sleepy and don’t have brain cells but um. If u have things u wanna share but don’t get the chance to, I’m makin grabby hands. Otherwise I’m nappin in ur ask box :P

This is gonna be a long post of silly little fun facts so here's a readmore.

Merrin doesn't glow if the sun is up. It only glows with the moonlight. Althea's dreamjob is trophy wife. Her second dream job is adult toy tester. Calmet knows the name Alacard. They have no idea who he is. Mortal's phone home screen is a picture of Barbie sleeping. His lock screen is a close up of her eye that's so zoomed in it's unrecognizable as an eye but he knows what it is. Rimmer is an absolute disaster gay who's type is something he'll only admit to while under the influence. Vladir isn't attracted to Syhren's current body she's tied to. If a quad of Veketi's ever hurt him, Liegia would kill them at risk of her own life. However, if they hurt her while he wasn't around but they clearly make him happy? She'd hide that fact and take it to the grave. Liliac's favorite flower is actually dandelions. Angela regularly shows up to work in her husband's shirts and has to change because she realizes she got dressed tired and the oversized shirt is restricting her movement.

Helsin has almost broken his wrist by stimming a little too hard too long. Nerola has no confidence that anyone will stay with her- except for her moirail. If there ever was a day he'd leave her it would break her completely. She also will let anyone do anything to her in trying to make friends.

Koreki can track scents via tasting them. His tongue can expand to almost a foot long.

Bailey, despite working at a bar, is a lightweight.

Beatrx's vision is slightly blurred due to her unusual pupils.

Xennaa would regularly leave needles around by accident while she was working on projects and still wanted to be a seamstress, which left Trisin with no more than 4 foot scars.

Harvey is a vegetarian because he hates the taste of blood. He loves to pretend to be a vampyre.

Cutlas will wear anything but shapewear.

Airika regularly performs for small crowds of lowbloods for free. She dreams of starting a school of ballet for the less fortunate.

Nemasu can't read.

Ginesa is life long friends with Kala.

Trisin can make all 6 irises look individually.

Sadhbh never disconnects her legs, even when home alone.

Espoir's current Favorite Person is Feashe, and neither of them know if it's romantic leaning.

Maxton refuses all interviews except during a competition, and then only accepts those done by the official casting crew.

Gefgor's voice is incredibly low baritone.

Vravei, although themed with snakes, lusus was actually a luna moth.

Salzaar could be any weight she chooses, but is most comfortable with what's seen currently.

Hearts loves filling in for trapzee best and filling in for Dimple least.

Dimple has 3 replacement noses on her at all times.

Alexie has only spoken to two trolls in the last sweep.

Jugular once confused regular brownies with edibles and proceeded to have the worst night of her life completely sober.

The body Syhren's currently in was once named Girlie.

Davosi's pupil shape makes their distance judgement terrible.

Tsubuu doesn't like talking walks on land- being too far away from her ship gives her terrible anxiety.

Doppio watches e-sports to relax. She has a favorite streamer but he doesn't know it's her because she chats on a throw away account to not draw attention to herself.

Feashe wears her hair in buns because it's the easiest hairstyle to do that she thinks balances out her horns.

Esstoc likes to find quiet places to read books alone. Recently he found one that had a mutant girl sleeping- so he stayed until she woke up just to make sure she made it back safely.

Neyire's fashion sense has been the same since she was a wriggler.

Velosi will wear anything for the right price.

— when the world falls /hope county choir - choir versions are the best versions!

— fallout 4 ost /inon zur - thank you inon zur for my life and coming up with the most unique, heart-wrenching ost in history

— divinity original sin 2 ost /borislav slavov - everybody who has ever spoken to me knows this, but dos2 is my fave game of all time and the ost is like 50% of the reason why... the rest is the bone widow necromantic summon

other than gaming osts, I absolutely love:

— let the vultures in & martyr parade /des rocs - THE KING OF MUSIC and my ultimate fave artist

— the attractions of youth /barns courtney - ABSOLUTE ICON

— old rev /easy giant - the music there is such a strong ambie aesthetic I saved all the songs from there :’))

— rockisdead /dorothy - a bit rougher than what I usually listen to, but its so good!

— dark country compilation /various - these are the biggest album series with yeehaw songs I know! there is a number of them so I will let you google that

🎸 YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC GENRE(S): blues rock, country and rock ‘n roll are my faves, as well as 70s pop (thank you queen and abba for my life), but I will most likely listen to anything that isn’t hard rock or metal (or popular radio hits I avoid them like the plague)

I listen to it whenever I am very upset and screaming “OH NO” at the top of my lungs does wonders to my mental health (we need to put the pain somewhere and the song slaps hard, have you heard the SAXOPHONES?!?!?!?!?!)

Session 23: Of Tidesoria and Ursalia

The party meets new allies in their campaign against Aurmilx...

We arrived at Felfedau’s church, and her adopted sister, Renie, was happy as could be to see her. She took us inside and allowed us to catch up, giving us time to tell her everything that had happened during our adventures, and she shed some light on the goings-on in Tidesoria during our absence. Sadly, she wasn’t able to tell us anything we didn’t already know about the cult’s activities, or shed any additional light on the apparent treachery of Lord Rapidsteel.

We introduced her to Amber and asked her to watch over her, and though she said yes, I was left feeling uncertain if this was the correct course of action. I forgot that the church was haven to orphans, and I have no doubt that Veilour’s mistresses would eagerly use them as bait to draw us out, if they didn’t just hurt several of them during an attack to abduct Amber. Airika did decide to stay with them, though, and that makes me feel a bit better about the situation. She’s a good woman, and she’ll certainly help defend the church if it’s attacked.

While we were all gathered with friends and family, I decided now would be as good a time as any to announce my affection for Felfedau. Something I’d kept to myself for a while, even keeping it out of my journal in case someone went and decided to read it while I was sleeping. I was still trying to process how I felt about her, anyway. I’d always had a fantasy about a dashing noble buying me from my master and freeing me, just to invite me to stay with him as a free woman.

Marv was not that dashing nobleman.

Woman or not, I couldn’t deny the feelings and admiration I have for her any longer. I presented her the certificate of purchase and told her that it was her’s, as my heart had already belonged to her for some time. This had the exact effect I had hoped for, as she turned an adorable shade of pinkish-red and became incredibly flustered, as all of our friends expressed joy for us.

But, it was also more effective than I anticipated. She took it as a marriage proposal. Now I was the one who was overwhelmed! I hadn’t intended to commit to marriage before we were even a couple. But… perhaps it’s for the best. I realized very quickly how I didn’t mind the idea of committing to that with her.

After that, we paid a trip to the auction house, now with considerably more gold than during our last visit. We cleaned them out, and I spent a sizable amount of money on a new, beautiful sword to accompany the one my master had gifted me. We were more prepared than ever to face down the cult with these new tools.

Some of us expressed interest in celebrating my… proposal, and Marv wanted to visit his family without fear of Veilour’s mistresses learning about their location, so I took the rest of us for a treat. Professional massages. They felt so good after all those nights on the road, I’d worked up a bit of tension, not to mention some injuries I suffered during our battles hadn’t healed quite right and had been nagging at me, and they simply made the pain melt away.

I’m sure Marv enjoyed visiting his family again, too. He even got Jimmy to check out one of the items he got from the auction.

All in all, this was a good time. We’d been fighting and living in fear and anxiety for so long, it felt good to have a bit of joy in our lives. But we were still the only ones who seemed willing to take action against the cult, and so our next destination was going to be to investigate Lord Rapidsteel.

This proved to be a waste of time. He was every bit as guilty as he was accused of being. He didn’t even try to deny it, he only tried to deny that he sympathized with their goal. But even if he thought he was using them for his own ends, he was the one being used. We left him to rot in his cell, and we proceeded to the location I had tricked the cultist from earlier into revealing to me.

Once there, we came under attack by horrors immediately. A squid-headed abomination, twisted people who were begging for death that I can only hope were once cultists themselves and not their victims, and an enormous bug-like creature. Daunting opponents, but this was Maevia’s idea of fun. She took to hacking them apart, as all of us did right alongside her. She even took the squid-creature’s head as a trophy, though I wish she hadn’t.

With them dead, we proceeded to the structure built into the cave network, but the cultists inside were already under attack from behind. We joined forces with their assailants, who looked to be ursalian barbarians, and quickly routed and put down the remaining cultists. Sadly, this base was only one of seemingly many, but we managed to keep one of the cultists alive to question about more locations.

While we waited for him to wake up, we set about introducing ourselves to the barbarians. Their names were Vanta, Fore and Waldorf, and they claimed that they were captives and victims of the cult who were now seeking an opportunity to get back at them.

Waldorf was an amami man who seemed to be a bit older than the others, and he seemed as though his sanity had suffered for what he had been through, as he began babbling and trying to apologize. His companions said this was normal, but we quickly realized it was Felfedau that had triggered this episode in him.

He began apologizing for letting his wife and daughters die, thinking Felfedau was the spirit of his daughter come to judge him. The poor man must truly have been touched… or so we thought. When he revealed that his daughter’s name was Velvet, we all went quiet, as Felfedau began to prod him for more information, and say that she lost her father, mother and sister when she was young.

Could it really be her father? I hoped very dearly for that to be the case… even as I realized it would now mean I’d have to ask his permission to marry his daughter.

For my favorite person I suppose I'll check. Since you're begging me so readily. There's love in the air with a local heiress, a new matespritship still fresh and teal. Gefgor appears to have had something important taken from him, what could be going on there? Jugular is facing severe backlash after posting- but why is that? Maxton is facing cheating allegations, no surprise there... Trisin has gone missing. Althea and Ahnnie had some sort of fight. Liegia's mooning over some motorcycle bad boy.. A siren is tempting Cutlas. Calmet had a nice day dream, or perhaps it was a memory? Beauje gave Velosi a terrible premonition... And speaking of Velosi, she's apparently applying to Nightshade.
