Btw, can I be 😺 anon?
hi nonnie!!!! thank you so much AHH 😭😭 and i’m honored to hear your ideas 🤭 ofc you can be 😺 anon !!!!!
actually YES omg so i have a poll up rn about what my next piece should be and gym buddy taehyun is one of the options 👀
i think he’d TOTALLY have a strength kink, i mean this guy is a gym rat and KNOWS his assets. i bet he’d just love manhandling you — pulling you down into his lap when you’re walking by, throwing you over his shoulder to carry you to another room, especially moving you into different positions so easily during sex..
he’s so much stronger and bigger than you, the way your body would just be so easy to maneuver to his liking - like he’d have your legs over his shoulders fucking you into the mattress in mating press when the next thing you know he’s flipping you over into doggy as if you weigh nothing, big hand smoothing down your back before giving a slap to your ass 😩
“cute little pussy made just for me, hm, princess?” help
also just loves being bigger than you even in the innocent things like grabbing things off of high shelves for you hehe
just big strong boyfie tyunnie <3

(This one is a continuation to my previous short story, but you can read it without the first one) (anyway enjoy)
It was a really memorable evening for Miles. Altought he spend it like any other, listening to music, sketching in his sketchbook and singing some questionable words that were suppose to be lyrics.
He was in his dorm with his roommate Ganke, who played video games on his computer. It was really peacful, warm, sunset behind the window also a person behind said window-
Miles’ spider sens tingled and immedietly jumped out of his bed just to see that said person is his friend. A very handsome and cool friend.
Hobie knocked on the glass and waved to Miles who sighed with reliefe. He opened a window for a guest and gestured to come in. Hobie basically crawled like a spider and gave Ganke a near heart attack.
It wasn’t a first time for Hobie to check up on his friend. At first he occasionally visited Miles in his dimention, but now he does it very often, in fact Hobie is in his friend’s room twice a week.
And how does Miles feel about all of this? Well it would be a lie, if he said that he didn’t like this. He’s always in a better mood when his friend is around, just his presence is enough for him to feel good. Also when Hobie is around they always hang out and have a great time.
- So what are we doin’ today sunshine?
Hobie always gives Miles weird nicknames. At first Miles was a little shocked at it (because nobody and I mean NOBODY would normaly call him „sunshine”, „love”, etc…okay maybe his mami but still). But now he just smiles at it and just treats it like another „British Thing”.
- I’ve got some ideas - replies Miles while smirking and gesturing at spray paint and a spidey suit.
Hobie smirks and nods in agreement. After younger one has changed and garabbed a backpack full of paint they both swing out of the window.
They land together at some abandoned factory and search for a good spot. After a couple of minutes Hobie whistles and shows Miles a big and not so ruined wall. Boy smiles at it and starts to unpack his stuff while the other sets up music (Yes they made together a playlist with their favorite hip hop and punk rock songs). They both grab spray paint in their hands and start painting together.
It’s always the most fun part of their meetups, when they both are just free and do whatever they want. Like it’s not so often when Miles can just be himself. Especially now with being a part of a team, his duties in HQ, college, parents. He constantly needs to be focused, because he’s bussy with everything. That’s why he appreciates his time with Hobie, a time when he can be himself with a company of his friend.
Some time passed and the wall, which was originally blank, now was full of colors, shapes and abstraction. Boys looked at their work and admired it for a while.
- It’s been a while since we did this - said Hobie still looking at their graffity
- Yeah…I missed it - Miles replied with a smile.
In this moment Hobie looked at Miles, the same way as on their masterpice, but more softer. He also smiled and put his hand on his friend’ shoulder. Which made Miles jump a little, but after a while he relaxed and accepted the touch.
Hobie looked at him the whole time and saw how expressions change on his face. From a smile to a littel bit sadder one. He noticed it and whispered:
- What’s wrong, love?
Miles didn’t look at him, he just put his mask on and started walking. Hobie didn’t understand what was going on. He reached to grab him, but then Miles stopped, not looking even once.
- Follow me - he whispered.
Hobie hesitated for a second, still confused about the whole situation. But then he put his mask on to signal he’s ready. They left the building in complete silence.
It was the most awkward travel that they ever had. No words were spoken which made Hobie even more nervouse. Something like this never happened to him before with Miles. He was thinking about the worst and the silence didn’t help him.
After a while they landed in front of a metro station in Brooklyn. They run together there, Miles on the front, still not talking and Hobie following him, overthinking too much. They went trought a dark and abondoned tunnel and entered blocked area. For a while it was too dark to see anything, but then a little light started appearing. They came closer and closer and entered a big room.
Hobie completly didn’t know where they were, because Miles never took him here and to this part of town in general. He started looking around and studied every wall. He just stood there looking everywhere, then his eyes went to Miles again.
The boy stood in front of a beautiful graffity. In fact it kinda looked like one of designs he saw in Miles’ room some time ago. The big, colorfull, chaotic „No Expectations” with one black, small person in the middle”.
He watched as Miles gently touches painting, standing in front of this small figure. One hand on the wall and the other slowly removing mask of his head. That’s when he turned back to Hobie and finally looked him in the eyes. His face had a slight and sad smile, he laugh a little and calmly started talking.
- Sorry for worring you, it kind didn’t go as I planned originaly, but…
He paused for a moment, nervously touching his hands. He let out a big sigh and continued.
- You know it’s been a while since I’ve been here. Heck it could be 6 years now…but anyway I just wanted to show it to you.
He gestured at the graffity and said
- I created this when I didn’t know my place, my place in my own life. I struggled then with a lot of emotions, but I had help from my..my uncle - he smiled at the last word - he was a good guy.
Then he looked at Hobie with big smile.
- He was kinda like you. I mean you are a lot cooler than him and you are handsome and you are- Oh shit
He got a little embarrased which made Hobie laught, this made Miles calmer. Finally Hobie decided to move, not much, but just a little closer. As he stopped the othe decided to continue.
- Yeah this deffinitely doesn’t go as planned, well I just wanted to say that I trust, that I respect you, that you are…you are
Miles couldn’t breath for a moment, his emotions got to him and he couldn’t speak what was on his mind. Hobie saw that and immedietly decided to hug him. It wasn’t that type of hug they usually sheared, it wasn’t another joke, wasn’t just a hug. It was a sign that Hobie was there for Miles, that it’s okay, he gets it. Miles opened a heart, a part of his soul, story, whatever you could call it, it was special.
(Just like him…he’s special…or even more) tought Miles while beeing in his friend’ arms.
(Friend…oh. Oh…It’s more than that)
The moment Miles realised his feelings for Hobie tears fell down his cheeks. He blinked a couple times in surprise, it’s been a really long time.
- Oh shit, why are they…- Miles said to himself and started to let go of Hobie, but then the other hugged him tighter.
- No no no shhhh ’is okay love - said taller guy and gently patted Miles’ shoulder - ’is alright.
Miles laughted a little and said
- I wanted to be cool in front of you, now look at me, a total mess.
- You were, are and will always be amazing to me, sunshine.
- Yeah?
Miles whispered and continued hugging Hobie. They lasted like this a moment longer, until Miles calmed down completly.
Then they decided to go back to dorm where they parted ways. Hobie went trought his portal and Miles collapsed on his bed still procesing what happened. While thinking about that evening he fell asleep and dreamed about the hug the whole night.
After this it was a little awekward for Miles to look Hobie in the eyes, but it didn’t last long. They went back to normal, but with a little diference this time. Now Miles knew the name of the feeling he felt
(Aaaand that’s it, this turned a little angsty, but I think it’s good. I hope you enjoyed this and let me know if you want another part, but this time with confesion)

Spooky season fairytales (6)
And we reach the penultimate post of this series! After looking at actual fairytale adaptations (well... roughly), for this post I want to love at fantasy movies that are not any adaptation of any specific tale or story... But which were made with the intentions of having a "fairytale feel" or a fairytale lore. Dark or creepy movies inspired by fairytales as a whole. Basically "dark fairytale fantasy".
Tumblr media
And of course I have to begin with the most FAMOUS dark fairytale movie of our century... Guillermo del Toro's "Pan's Labyrinth", in the original Spanish, "El Laberinto del Fauno".
Do I need to present this movie? Probably not, since it was one of del Toro's masterpices, but to simply put it... This is a dark, haunting, poetic but tragic movie following a little girl's life in the Spain of Franco. Said little girl meets in the ruins of an old labyrinth, guided by fairies, a faun, who reveals to her she is the lost princess of a fairy realm... But to regain her place, she will have to undergo fairytale-trials. All while the little girl enjoys her "changeling fantasy", we follow the harsh and horrifying everyday life of World War II Spain that unfolds around her: the girl's step-father is a Falangist captain who hunts down with cruelty the resistance in the area, while her mother is having a very complicated pregnancy. And as the real-world piles on the horrors - famine, execution, torture - so does the fairy-world becomes darker and darker, filled with monsters, ogres and blood...
Of course, Guillermo del Toro did other dark "fairy pieces" - such as Hellboy II, which is a dark and gritty urban-fantasy homage to the fair folk - and recently returned to the fairytale world with his acclaimed Pinocchio.
Tumblr media
1985's Legend, by Ridley Scott, is usually considered as one of the "great 80s fantasy movies", alongside pieces such as Ladyhawke, The Dark Crystal, Conan the Barbarian, Willow and more. However "Legend" is also, and this is less evoked, one of the prime examples of a movie belonging to the genre of "fairytale fantasy" - alongside stories such as Stardust or The Neverending Story.
After all, all the elements are there. The main hero is a brave young "wild man" of the woods, who must save a princess trapped by an evil monster, with the help of fairies and elves, and the whole quest goes through numerous folkloric motifs and characters - the unicorn, the water-hag, the fight of day and night, the endless winter... But speaking of "endless winter", the reason why this movie is featuring here is because of how dark it becomes. Truly. The main villain is even the literal embodiment of Darkness, an evil creature sporting the most iconic look of a devil in the history of cinema, and played by none other than Tim Curry himself. He sends hordes of goblins devour babies and kill unicorns throughout endless winter and ever-ending night... To reach him one must cross a monster-infected swamps leading to a dark palace of venomous charms, dancing statues and cannibal feasts... And even the elves and fairy sidekicks are truer to Brian Froud illustrations and the original "fair folk", being whimsical, capricious, easily angered and just as dangerous as the villains they're fighting...
Tumblr media
Coraline. Another great piece of "fairytale fantasy".
Coraline (the movie or the book it is based on, the two have several differences but complement each other very well) is the story of a young girl living your typical "travel to another magical world" plot, as she discovers a secret door allowing her to escape her dreary, boring and unpleasant life to find an alternate, whimsical, fantastical and charming version of her own family and neighbors. But of course, this being a Neil Gaiman story, things quickly grow strange and eerie, as talking cats, fairy-ghosts, shapeshifting witches and buttons sewn in place of eyes come to turn the dream into a nightmare, and then into a battle of wits to survive against a dark and old magic...
Tumblr media
Yet another VERY famous piece - there's a lot of famous pieces I am covering here, but hey, not my fault the good stuff is getting the recognition it deserves!
Over the Garden Wall, an animated mini-series that was created by the same man behind "Adventure Time", telling the story of two brothers as they try to find a way home while venturing into a bizarre and magical forest called "The Unknown". They are guided by a talking bird in hope of finding a good witch who will help them - all the while mysterious and dark figures such as the Woodsman or the Beast linger in the shadows and keep crossing path with them...
Over the Garden Wall is a perfect autumn watch, since it actually takes place during the autumn season, the first episodes exploring an Halloweenesque harvest festival, while the lasts take place in winter. More than just autumn imagery, the show relies heavily on the "vintage" and "old" imagery of early 20th, 19th and even 18th centuries America, building its wonders and magic with vintage Halloween cards, Colonial or Industrial-era fashions, Betty Boop or Silly Symphonies cartoons, the Dogville Comedies and the "Game of Frog Pond" board game... However, under its at first whimsical and fanciful appearance, the mini-series quickly reveal a haunting tale worthy of the darkest fairytales, exploring themes such as betrayal, despair, death and sacrifices.
In fact, "Over the Garden Wall" was inspired by numerous fairytales, hence its fairytale feel. Many, many people commented that, upon watching the series, they felt the exact same thing they experienced when, as a kid, they discovered new fairytales - I also felt it, and this proves the power of this series that truly captures the essence of what a fairytale is. On top of reusing fairytale tropes (two children exploring woods filled with girls turned into birds, good and bad witches, strange talking beasts...) and explicitely referencing some "fairytale-like" children novels (especially "The Wizad of Oz"), the very artstyle of the show was inspired by "fairytale art", ranging from Gustave Doré's illustrations of Perrault to Tenniel's Alice in Wonderland drawings, passing by old Andersen illustrations.
Tumblr media
Ah, finally a more obscure piece! At last for non-French people... La Cité des Enfants Perdus, The City of Lost Children. A 1995 movie by Jean-Pierre Jeunet. Now, Jeunet is one of those French moviemakers distinctively recognizeable thanks to his very unique style of movie making. You will recognize this when you know that he is behind the movies "Delicatessen" (the one about a former clown in a post-war world behind hired in a building dominated by a cannibalistic butcher) and the "Amélie Poulain" movie (about a quirky Parisian waitress who decides to change whimsically the life of those around her). Jeunet enjoys the bizarre, the unusual, strange technologies, extravagant characters, dark humor, absurd comedy, and oniric or fairytale-like atmosphere... And this all blooms in the darkest and eeriest way in this movie.
To put the story simply (which is a challenge since it is a complex movie)... Off the shores of a shadowy, dirty, corrupt fishing town, in a manor in the middle of the sea (on top of an abandoned oil rig), an old mad scientist regularly captures children. For you see the scientist is unable to dream, and tries to steal away the dreams of children - which never works, since being captured by a creepy old man makes the children have nightmares rather than sweet dreams. One day, the little brother of a simple-minded circus strongman is captured - and the strongman teams up with a little girl, a street-savy member of a group of street urchins, to try to get him back. The story is further muddled by the presence of a cult of "cyclops" in town that do the dirty work of the mad scientit for him, the threat of greedy conjoined sisters that run the gang the little girl is part of, and the strange entourage of the mad scientist himself (six identical brothers acting like children, a dwarf-wife, and a sentient, talking brain in a jar).
This movie truly feels like a dream - like one of those dark, strange dreams that never fully go into a nightmare while still walking at the edge, and the story, no matter how feverish it can get, still keeps certain cohesive elements to maintain its flow of sinister wonders (such as the theme of family, heavily explored). The movie never goes into actual magic - we are more into a proto-steampunk world crossed with the mad science of Gothic literature and horror movies - but its oniric, bizarre and borderline surreal treatment of the subject did earn this movie the classification of "science-fantasy" and "dark fantasy", as mythological, folkloric and fantasy archetypes can be clearly seen throughout the science-fiction setting (the "cyclops" for example, or the very idea of "a creepy old man stealing children's dreams").
Heck - this movie was one of the prime inspirations behind "Little Nightmares"!
Tumblr media
And finally, I cheat a little here, but I had to include it: Disney's Hocus Pocus. This is a classic of Halloween movies, a fun but dark horror-comedy for teens, (well rather like a full comedy but with elements that make it horrific here and there), campy in all the good ways, and with the greatest trio of witches ever depicted on stage since Shakespeare's Weird Sisters.
Now, the movie itself is not very much fairytale like. It is a Halloween comedy, an urban-fantasy story for teenagers, drawing upon the myth of the witch and the legends surrounding witchcraft. However, precisely because the movie explores the figure of the witch, there are several fairytale references here and there. While the Sanderson sisters were mostly build out of the Christian myth of the witch (using human-skin bound grimoires, having sold their souls to the devil, tied to black cats, summoning ghouls out of graves, hate salt...), there are also several parts of their characters tied to fairytale witches. Hansel and Gretel is the most obvious one - they are child-eating witches living into the woods who lure children to their home before "devouring" them (in souls if not body) - but Snow-White is also among the references (a very vain witch who is obsessed with staying the fairest/youngest and kills children to do so?). And of course, there's all the fairytale-witches tropes ranging from "turning people into animals" (here a cat rather than a frog) to the use of the number three.
Oh yes, and let's not forget the specific use of an oven...

But was it is a masterpice that can not be shared with the world? Or with one of the most important persons that you ever meet?
He was sad, looking at his beutifull lasagna, he can't share it with you... you wuld have loved this one, he bets that you wuld eat it withaut hesitation.
...
The lonlines filled him...
...
You were gone for ever and now he ended up with no friend to talk to. With no one to be silly arraund.
Undine is always so bussy and now with your death she is even more distant than before.
It feels like they weren't friends to begin with.
It was rigth. Papyrus only took cooking clases with Undine. She was only beeing his teacher. She was only beeing nice to him. They were never friends, he was just anoyng har with his presence and she was just beeing nice to him
Papyrus had one and only friend and now it is dead.
Gone
Forever
...
He had another choice. He culd call his brother down the kitchen to apreciate his art. So he did
"...SANS? ...HEY SANS!... I... COOCKED SOMETING... IT IS SOMETHING DIFERENT!..."
He sayd as he goes back staring at his brother's room's door.
Silence filled the place
"COME ON SANS DON'T BE LAZY NOW..."
He steped on the stairs
His body felt heavy... but why? He has been training and he is always filled with energy. What is this feeling?
Like something is of
He climbed the stairs one afther the other. Getting closer and closer to his brother's room
He stoped in front of the door.
He heard his bother speaki g in the other side.
Who culd he posibly be talking to in there? Papyrus had no idea that they got visits
He put his face in the door to hear what does his brother says...
He only heard mumbling
"SANS? " He knoked the door
"SANS WHO ARE YOU TALIKG TO?"
Papyrus remembered that he culd simply enter the room but that wuld be not nice.
The door opened
"Hey bro. What chu need"
"...SANS I... I'VE MADE LASAGNA.... WHO ARE YOU TALIKNG TO?"
"Lasagna? Wow that cool bro, i'll come down to see it ina moment "
Papyrus put on a serious face
"THAT DOESN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION"
"What question?"
"MY QUESTION IN WHO ARE YOU TALIKING TO IN YOUR BED ROOM!"
"DID... DID YOU ALREADY FORGET Y/N?"
"I MEAN- YEA YOU NEED TO GO ON MOVE ONE AND ALL BUT... THAT FAST...?"
" I THOUGHT YOU LOVED Y/N"
"Oh i do"
"THEN WHO IS IN YOUR BED-"
Papyrus glanced across the room and saw a skeletical arm laying in sans bed
"WHO IS THAT" Papyrus sayd with fear
"Thats Y/N"
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN?"
"WHAT?... Y/N...? BUT THEY ARE DEAD..."
"Pap's they're with us"
"WHAT KIND OF JOKE IS THAT?!"
"YOU DON'T JOKE ABAUT YOUR DEAD PARTNER!"
"But they are with us Papyrus" sans hapily said
Papyrus was confused and angry
Sans entered the room and put on a hand in your skull
Papyrus did not belived his eyes
Your deceaced, naked skeleton, in his brother's filthy bed.
This was wrong you were suposed to be laying in you death bed not in sans's bed
Papyrus saw with horror as sans kissed your dead hand, lovingly whatching you in his bed.
He didn't take it he left the house rapidly.
He sat on the porch, puting his hands on his face
This was wrong
This was very wrong
What does his is doing with your deceaced skeleton?

I was drawing it all day yesterday 😭💔

According to Morphorian belief, thousands of years ago, during the time of the Ark, when the metamorphs had lost all hope, the gods led them across the galaxy to a planet that was safe for them. There were 5 gods: one for each of the 3 suns of the system and 2 for 2 moons of the planet Morphor. The Morphorian religion is based on these gods (not including the 2 cultist groups: Oceanic and those who worship another planet of the system)

My dear Lou, what a ride we have had.
I remember when I first came across with your fic. I believe it only had 2-3 chapters and I was in awe. I fell in love with Love (haha) and I was ecstatic to see how Dream would fall too, and man, it was a masterpice.
You truly have a gift with words. Many times reading it I was able to picture perfectly what you were narrating and it was fascinating for me, since it had been a while since that happened.
My life has changes a lot since you started uploading and I reading this story. I moved to another country and had to face many things that made me happy but also made me super anxious because of all the changes, and this fic was one of the few constants that I have had ever since, it gave me something to look forward and it was amazing.
Thank you so much for sharing your gift with us. Can’t wait for the epilogue and for whatever you want to share next 💕
Oh my goodness, y’all are really out here trying to make me cry before the epilogue is even posted. You truly have been with this story and I since the very beginning, my friend, and I am SO out-of-this-WORLD grateful for you. 🤍 Writing a love story for Dream has been so much fun, and also such a challenge. As I watched the show and read about the comics, I just remember being so fascinated by this eons-old being with such unfathomable power, who is also just a man. A man who had given so much of himself and been hurt so many times that he deemed it best to hide behind walls and carefully constructed rules. His curiosity and desire to connect was evident in the show, and I remember wondering, What if he found someone facing some of those same struggles, albeit for a different reason? What might that look like? And so, this story was born. 🤍
Reading has often been a source of peace, retreat, and comfort for me throughout life. Knowing that this story could be a consistent safe place for you amongst so many changes makes me so happy. I so hope that you are loving where you are now and that the roots you’re planting in your new home give you the stability, connection, and happiness that you’re looking for and deserve! 🤍

hello hello, I know it's been A While since you posted this, but I would love to hear you talk about music (if you want to of course). I need more punk music and folk music and punk-folk music in my life SO badly. It just hits different, you know?
!! feel free to hit me up anytime !!!!
ok so my experience is mainly from the uk, and im a second gen punk, i have refrenced a few times growing up in that scene so thats just a disclaimer
so punk: originated in the uk as a anti establishment movement, as counter culture, and its still going!
a common punk and folk tradition is songs taking the piss: songs told from the point of veiw of the rats in charge, and laying bare just how awful thay are, so if a song sounds dogy give it a second listen, theres a certain voice that you will learn means there taking the piss
my punk band recomendations:
the partisans : a great band, my favorite album is their self titled one, and its one of my favorites ever! their good old yelling about the goverment and cops sukcing, with other comentery, alot of anti war aswell and just genral good songs to yell along with.
you cant go wrong with x-ray specs an awsome band, oh bondage up yours and i am a poser are classics for a reason,
crass is another classic, the chorus of big a little as was a nursery ryhme to me, and bloody revolutions teaches you more about how shit that idea is that 10000 words of litritcher (im a big believer in music as a radicalizing force, one that can educate and inform) systemstic death is great aswell.
another punk band is AOS3, the ones i know are battle of Trafalgar, jungle out there, to dream the impossible dream and wheres the real country gone, they are all epic.
now i will have to diverge to the great genre of post punk, mainly characterized by being able to hear the words and being slower, they can be nihilistic, but are great in there own right, and are good for people who love punk but cant deal with the loud noise.
it rose out of punk, because as mutch as i wish it could go on forever, people burn out, are sent to sites, your older and you cant sing like you used to.
the zounds the best band ever in my opinion, the curse of the zounds is the soundtrack of my preteen angst, and is a banger, did he jump being 8 minuits of reflection and anger at sociey and its roles, listen to it, its trans as fuck, demystification speaks of wanting to understand, knife talks about wanting to be more than a subculture, speaking to the burnt out people that just want to go home, true love is the aro anthem in my heart, dirty squaters is great, this land is a post punk retelling of woodys tichilar song of teh same name, and is an anthem of its own, new band speaks to the everchangig music industry... its a great album, listen to it
and the new(er) album the redemption of the zounds another banger, cry genie cry is a masterpice, and damage is amazing, listen to it to.
an honourble mention to this land- single version which is even better
joy divisions album unknown pleasures is another amazing album, and broke the taboo of using synthesizers
on to folkpunk,
folk punk is two communitys based around protest and protest music that looked at eachother and said we aint to differnt. and then made some banging music. theres a reason alot of hippies went punk, and why alot of travelers are both, there two sides of the same coin. my main expericnce is form a festival i go to, whitch is old punks, hippies, and travelers, and some romani. the melding post of music is glorious to behold!
no better example is jay terrestrial and his two bands, firepit collective a folk and bluegrass band, and inner terrestrials a punk/folk/dub band, one of the best gigs of my life was the inner terrestrials playing a acoustic set. its showed how folk and punk are on a sliding scale, and its all good music, tales of terror and heart of the free are both amazing, but so is there whole discography
sidenote here: alsmost all of the bands i will be talking about are british, so they deal with british politics, alot of them with nature and mother nature, a bunch of white men yelling about freeing the land can come across as bad to americans, but different politics are at play here.
for other folk punk bands i dont have mutch, but look around and im sure u will find more
so! onto folk, ive mentioned firepit collective before, and there great, they have more songs but to the lost is the only album they have put out, its still an amzing album and i love its so mutch
another great folk band (i swear i have some that aint bluegrass) is the wild turkey brothers. they have two albums but like this only better is the better one, eat drink and be merry is the first song i learnt on guitar, and they are free to download,
talking of ben paley here is mcdermots 2 hours some of my fav music ever, taking it on, darkness and sail and north and south hold special places in my heart, as does Stór mo Chroí.
the hedgerow crawlers god this is the sound of my childhood. both albums are amazing, ranging from somber, to pisstakes to speaking the truth, its a great band
i dont have mutch more recomendations, unfortunaly there is a limit to even the internets ability to hold information. and alot of the music i love will never be recorded on anything other than shakey phones
thank you anon, i hope you and others enjoy this, and that this helps others enjoy this music thats so niche

33, 42 (hehe), & 54 for the music ask? :D
Aaw, thank you so much, lovely Tay, hope you're doing really well and wishing you a good day whenever you read this super-late answer! <3
33. YOUR FAVORITE ARTIST FROM YOUR CITY/STATE/COUNTRY?
At some point I reeaaaaaaaaaally liked the band from my city called Flёur, here is one of my fave songs by them! If country-wise, I'd say Onuka, their song Zenit is on another level with the elements of Western Ukainian national music
42. YOUR FAVORITE(S) “NO SKIPS” ALBUM(S):
I see what you did there ;) Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends by Coldplay as an ultimate masterpice, Ceremonials by Flo as a follow-up, What Went Down by Foals as a tight competitor here, Infections of a Different Kind - Step 1 by AURORA as a genius work NO skips at all, Raw Data Feel by Everything Everything idk if I yelled here about this album enough sorry/not sorry AND Get To Heaven by them, Not To Disappear by Daughter, Zaba by Glass Animals (you can't just pause this album, it's meant to be listened at one go), Truth is a Beautiful Thing by London Grammar, How the Mighty Fall by Mark Owen, gosh, these are so many already and I have a feeling that there are even more xD
54. AN ALBUM YOU LOVED SINCE THE FIRST TIME YOU LISTENED TO:
Faith by Hurts was a discovery, I really had low epectations for them, as their last 2 albums were completely offputting for me and I already went on checking automatically if something changes with their direction and WOW stunned. I really love the band but at some point, gotta be open, I gave up on expecting something very resonating from them. Wish I could see them live, I was so happy buying tickets for Faith tour in my city but yeah..............

I've always had this vague memory of writting an StarWars essay for ethics class. You know, one of those weird dreams that end up looking like memories.
Well, turns out it actually exists. A 1700 words essay about the force for ethics class. And it even has an index and a bibliography.
So, enjoy this masterpice:
The Force
The Force
What is the Force?
In 36,453 BBY, philosophers and scientists from several Star systems gathered together on Thyton to share mystical knowledge, and the Force was discovered.
The Force is a metaphysical, binding and ubiquitous power that holds an enormous importance for both the Jedi and the Sith orders. Known as the Way in ancient times, the Force is viewed in many different aspects, including the Light Side, the Dark Side, the Unifying Force and the Living force.
Usual division of the Force.
The usual division of the Force is the division into the Light Side and the Dark Side of the Force.
The Light Side.
The Light Side of the Force is connected with the ideas of good, benevolence and healing. Followers of the Light Side must live in harmony with the world around them, acting with wisdom and logic. In order to achieve this harmony, its practitioners often meditate to clear themselves of negative emotions such as aggression, fear, anger and rage since these are thought to bring on acceptance of the Dark Side.
The Dark Side.
The Dark Side of the Force is aligned with fear, rage, aggression and malice toward all living things. Such emotions increase the strength and abilities of a user of the Dark Side, providing a path towards personal power and the destruction or control of all opposition. The use of the Dark Side is extremely addictive.
Who uses the Force?
Thought the Force flows through every living thing, its power can be only harnessed by beings described as Force-sensitives. This Force-sensitivity is caused by a high count of microorganisms called midi-chlorians that are found in the Force-sensitives's blood. The higher the count, the greater the being's potential Force ability, though there are some exceptions to this rule.
Powers given by the use of the Force.
Common powers.
Force-sensitives are able to tap into the Force to perform acts of great skills and agility as well as control and shape the world around them. Sometimes this ability is described as having a strong Force aura. Most of the Force powers are mental and they include telepathy, psychokinesis, and enhanced physical and metaphysical perception. The Force can be used to bend the will of weak-minded beings and guide an adepts body. Force users who are very good at using the Force can cease merely reacting to their surroundings and predict events in the near future. In addition to enhancing their own skills, Force users are capable of channeling the energy of the Force directly into the world around them.
Light Side powers.
The Light Side of the Force gives the ability to heal and protect closing wounds and shielding others with barriers of Force energy. The Force can be also used to sedate. Light Side Force users can achieve near-immortality through the Force by existing as a Force ghost after death.
Dark Side powers.
The Dark Side gives its users the ability to conjure Force lightnings or to Force-choke enemies by constricting their windpipes. Dark Side Force users can learn how to tranfer their spirit into another body to continue living, but there is a small probability they loose their ability to touch the Force in the process of transference.
Weapons used combined with the Force.
The weapon most used by the Force users is the lightsaber. The Force plays a mayor part in the use of a lightsaber because the heightened awareness keep the Force users from accidentally injuring themselves while using the weapon in combat, as the blade has no relative weight, making it difficult to judge its position and allows them to deflect incoming blaster bolts. The Force also comes into play during the construction of the lightsaber, both in assembling its intricate innards and in the initial charging of the power cell.
The Jedi
When did they appeared?
In 25,793 BBY, several Thytan students began using their knowledge of the Force to pursue power, leading to the beginning of the Force Wars. The peace-minded monks who survived the destruction of Tython established the Jedi Order in 25,783 BBY.
Who are they?
The Jedi are a noble order of protectors unified by their ability to tap into the power of the Force and the guardians of peace and justice in the Galactic Republic. The Jedi train and study the Light Side of the Force in their Jedi Temple on Coruscant. They are governed by a High Council consisted of twelve Jedi Masters who contemplate the very nature of the Force.
The Jedi philosophy.
The strength of the Jedi Code and of the organization of the Order rests on the three core tenets of Force, Knowledge and Self-Discipline. The Jedi use the Light Side of the Force in the benefit of all the galaxy. They avoid the strong emotions such as rage because they can make a Jedi follow the dark Side of the force. They do not marry, it is banned to them, even if Anakin married Padme. The Jedi could only marry if they abandoned the Jedi order. After the Empire, many traditions and information of the Jedi order were lost. Luke disabled this prohibition when he married Mara, but he didn´t know the prohibition existed.
The Jedi Code.
There are different versions of the Jedi Code. “Emotion, yet peace. Ignorance, yet knowledge. Passion, yet serenity. Chaos, yet harmony. Death, yet the Force.” “There is no Emotion, there is only Peace. There is no Ignorance, there is only Knowledge. There is no Passion, there is only Serenity. There is no Chaos, there is only Harmony. There is no Death, there is only the Force. This is the way of the Jedi.”
The Dark Jedi
Dark Jedi, also known as “Fallen” Jedi, are Force-sensitives, frequently former Jedi, who choose to deny the Light Side of the Force or follow the Dark Side. Although "Dark Jedi" originally referred to a Jedi who had fallen to the dark Side, it can also refer to uninitiated Force-sensitives who received no Jedi trainingbut began their careers under another Dark Jedi. Others are simply dark-Side users who do not follow the teachings of the Sith or other dark Side organizations. In some cases, Dark Jedi also include "artificial" Force-sensitives who served the dark Side, such as the Rebornand the Shadowtroopers. The first Dark Jedi is believed to be Xendor, who was the first member of the Jedi Orderto fall. Other forerunners included Ajunta Palland others who, after the Hundred-Year Darkness, were exiled from Galactic Republicspace and became the ancient progenitors of the Sith Lords. Ultimately, the title become something of a blanket term for darkSiders who could not be classified as belonging to any specific Dark Side organization.
The Siths.
Who are they?
The Sith Order is a sect of Force-sensitives who use the Dark Side of the Force. They are characterized by their lust of power and their desire to destroy the Jedi Order.
Where do they come from?
The term “Sith” originally referred to a species of aliens native of the planets Korriban and Ziost, who were later enslaved and ruled by the exiled Dark Jedi who had escaped from the Jedi after being defeated at the end of the Hundred-Year Darkness. The Dark Jedi mixed with the Sith, who would no longer be identified by their race but by their dedication to the ancient Sith philosophy.
The Sith philosophy.
The sith use the Dark Side of the force in their own benefit. They only want to gain more and more power. They use strong emotions such as rage and fear to amplify their power. The only important thing for them is to gain more power, to become more powerful. The siths do not have this prohibition (not to marry), but no sith has ever married in history. They think love weakens power.
The Sith Code.
There are two versions of the Sith Code.
“Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me.”
“There is no peace, there is anger. There is no fear, there is power. There is no death, there is immortality. There is no weakness, there is the Dark Side. I am the heart of the darkness. I know no fear, and I instill it in my enemies. I am the destroyer of the worlds. I know the power of the Dark Side. I am the fire of hate, all the universe bows before me. I pledge myself to the Darkness, for I have found true life in the death of the light.”
Structure of the Sith Order.
The earliest incarnations of the Sith Order were similar to the Jedi Order in structure: there were Siths of various ranks and abilities and the order was controlled by a single Dark Lord. Later, two completely different structures appeared one after another: The Rule of Two and the One Sith.
The Rule of Two.
The Rule of Two states that there will be only two Sith at one time, a Master and an Apprentice, guaranteeing the Apprentice to take the title of Master when he becomes powerful enough in the ways of the Dark Side, only then would they be worthy of the title. This transfer of power can only take place when the Apprentice takes their Master's life and finds a worthy student to repeat the cycle. Both Master and Apprentice were considered to be Sith Lords and use the title “Darth”.
One Sith.
The One Sith follows the Rule of One. The “One” refers to the Sith Order itself, under which there would be many Sith, all trained to follow the Dark Lord of the Sith with blind obedience, even at the cost of their own lives. Eschewing the unisex usage of Lord by the Order of Darth Bane, the One Sith restored the title of Sith Lady for its female members, such as Lady Maladi, Lady Rauder or Lady Talon. Among the One Sith of both sexes, those who had proven both their power and loyalty were bestowed the title and rank of Darth.

On October 23rd two activists of the last generation threw mashed potatoes on the painting "Cornrick" from Claude Monet. The action was another one following similar actions againgst artworks: the pouring of tomato-soup against Van Gogh's "Sunflowers" or the throwing of cake against the "Mona Lisa". Subsequently, a strong discussion emerged, with the main focus on the actions themself instead the thematised climate crisis. Especially due to wrong or incomplete accounts, we emphasize that the activists informed themself about the protection of the paintings. Nonetheless, at least the Cornrick-painting was only protected by a thin layer of felt.
It is important to debate whether it is justified to put art in such a jeopardy. Several perspectives are emerging: One mentioned argument of the activists was that art will become worthless in a strongly changed world. From a personal perspective we cannot share this view: Art is nothing else than the expression of thinking entities, which is perceived as art, and is not dependent on a perfect world.
Instead it is a place – in a metaphorical sense, which helps to reveal a hidden layer in the understanding of the world and helps to bear the burden of life. In that regard, we can perceive the attack on art as an attack on a developed culture, which allows the exploration of newer and deeper perspectives on life, allowed to happen in public space with impact on communal life and the cultural development
On the other side, the main point of the attack is not attacking art but using it for a higher purpose at the expense of a certain risk of destruction. In addition, it must be emphasized that future distribution battles indeed may impact the peaceful curation of art.
Therefore, the main question should be, whether it is okay to use art of others, which gives so much to many. Especially, when the artists themselves cannot speak out anymore and are not able to give their allowance. From this perspective, we can combine the risk of destroying an artwork, discussed above, with the motif of the activists. A too fast change of world's climate, which doesn't allow to pertain the current standard of living, not allowing to adapt to it in time, in the best case lowering the standard of living, in the worst destroying everything like in regions becoming hot death-zones or being swallowed by the sea. A transformation, which cannot be stopped enough but is in parts even accelerated against better judgement.
This leads us to the final reason of the action: despair. And independent of the personal opinion it emphasizes the responsibility of everyone: as an individual and as a political body.
To show the despair, we used the program MasterPice PimageParser (from MasterPice) to show the action of the activists using pictures of the consequences of the climate crisis: droughts, burning forests, floods, storms, melting poles and burning heat.
Therefore, an action partly perceived against art is shown with it's true motif using art itself – creating art.

snsd, enhypen 💜
the epic highs ..... epic lows ......... love this for us
[ if i stan ] snsd
favorite member / bias line: taeyeon and hyoyeon
which member I’d fight (& why): yoona .... so she can fight me
favorite song(s): mr. mr. (no slander for this masterpice on my watch), goodbye, talk talk, promise, genie, i got a boy, into the new world, villain, you better run
favorite thing about the group: their longevity. even if they wouldn't have cb'ed this year (tho thank the lord they did), i can always go back to their music and have a good time. perfect blend between nostalgia and innovation. the sheer quality of their music / performance. also they're just great variety idols.
something i’d like to see from them: ANOTHER CB. A TOUR. ALL OF THEM IN THE SAME ROOM AGAIN BEFORE I AM 30. that's it for now. they could harmonize on singing the phone book and i'd be stoked.
[ if i’m unfamiliar / don't like] enhypen
I’ll listen to their top song on Spotify & tell you my thoughts: first of all i had to pull up youtube, because i have them blocked on spotify lmao. their top track is polaroid love. anyway, it's the one i have seen everyhwere aka the redundant ed sheeran tryout. obviously the song starts with autotune and doesn't leave us from the word go. it's clear maybe one of them can ....... sing. the rest of them need vocal correction singing up some scale a little, and i feel afifrmed they know as much about music as i do, if not less, because otherwise they might have had some word on that song or their entire musical catalogue. anyways, moving on. that chorus top line gets derivative the second time i had to endure it. there's also no actual moving on since this song just goes on in the same formulaic way and i would love to know how it has the entire world (or, well, tiktok) hooked. it's boring, there's not one moment of excitement or actual creativity or genius ... not even at least some hybe-staple shifted last chorus. it's bland and bleak and the opposite end of the hellscape spectrum of their music. at best this is elevator music i am happy to escape after one floor, at worst this is the most useless shit hybe ever put their name under. which says something bc future perfect by enhypen exists.
I’ll look up photos & tell you who stands out to me: no one. the high school senior year volley ball team meeting once a semester has no noteworthy person amidst them. i know there is one boy in the group who can actually sing and besides him the rest of these kids should have gone to college or learn a job where they actually do something productive and useful for humankind.
I’ll tell you if I’d look into them more: spare me.
💌 send me a kpop group and I’ll answer!
