what other franchises are you into? i mean i figure a lotta people see you as a nintendo fan, but ofc i'm putting that aside for this question
also i hope you're ok!!!
I do like a lot of Nintendo-adjacent things but Im picky. I like Mario but mostly for RPGs, I used to be a huge Pokemon fan but rn i don't feel as passionate about the series anymore, love Mother series, adore Donkey Kong Country games and Wario games (both Land ans Ware), of course, also Kirby. Besides Nintendo series, I also really like Ace Attorney franchise, Sonic, Half-Life and Portal series, Cuphead (it's technically one game but there's a dlc, comics and tv show, so), Undertale/Deltarune. That's just what came to my mind first in the moment.
I'm mostly doing okay right now, thanks for asking

this isn't a meme question cause you did the wario voice but have you thought about streaming any of the wario series? (Land, Ware and World.)
I'd like to stream the platformers eventually, I think. No current plans, but I love those games, so I think it'd be fun.

Honestly between foreman spike in the Mario movie, the whole Kong scene with Diddy, Dixie, Swanky and Chunky in the background, and poochie being in Mario kart tour alongside a yoshis island stage, I really hope this means that more obscure bits of Mario lore are present in future games, movies, and tv shows.
Like imagine if they bring back the "chosen star children" plot from yoshis island into the second Mario movie,. they set up peach having a mysterious backstory and we already have 6/7 star children in the movie, the only one missing is Wario and Jack Black hinted at him being the villian of the second movie.
Speaking of Wario, imagine if they add some of the Wario Land/Ware charecters in the second movie. Imagine if the employees in the WarioWare series are Wario's cronies.
Imagine if we get more obscure charecters in the movies or games, like plum, fawful, koopa kid etc. I'd love if fawful becomes the main villian of the Mario movie at one point or gets to be in Mario kart.
Imagine a level In the next mainline Mario game where plum is the princess of the land and some other Camelot humans appear giving you quests. Imagine if they finally add wario ware charecters to Mario kart tour and make a new diamond city track (or remake the one from Mario kart GP)
And like imagine if we see the partners from Mario again. Or dimentio or count bleck/timpani. Or maybe even some Mario RPG stuff like geno. I'm sorry this is pure wishful thinking but I would love to see more obscure charecters in the Mario mythos to appear again.

Have you heard the news today that Charlie Martinet will be stepping down as Mario voice? :(
Yeah, a lot of people have pointed it out to me.
It's a little sad but I'll be honest and say I'm not that upset by it. I probably would be more upset if Mario actually, y'know... talked a little more. Like he's not exactly a silent protagonist on same level as Link but he's also never really said much more than a few words.
And really, I think it may have been time. The dude is in his sixties now and video game voice work is famously a lot more taxing than voicing your average TV sow character what with all the grunting and yelling. Mario's voice sounded very rough in Mario Odyssey, he was very gravelly compared to the last couple of 3D games... and then you have Luigi's Mansion 3, where Luigi sounded way too nasally even for Luigi.
I'm glad Charles still has a role with Nintendo though, and is involved with the Mario series, it sounds like he's doing something he loves, travelling around and meeting up with fans, spreading the joy of Mario. Also it's pretty poetic that his final voice role was a Mario-like figure that inspired the bros, and their literal father, watching over Mario and Luigi.
I think we already heard his replacement in Super Mario wonder, and he sounds fine enough. Sounds like Mario 64 era Mario to me... frankly I'm more worried about Wario because the new voice in the Wario Ware Move It trailer stinks. Martinet took Wario in a lot of different directions and most of them were good, but this new guy just sounds like "generic gruff tough guy"
Anyway, I wish Charles well, but I feel like this isn't nearly as big of a deal as some people will make it out to be.

imagine if mario + rabbids 3 focused on the spinoff games. luigi's mansion. wario land/ware. Super princess peach. captain toad. and last but not least Kong of donkeys
I love this idea! I don't know if Nintendo would allow all those different streams to cross over into the same game, but they've been allowing some pretty crazy stuff with the M+R series, so who knows!
My personal wish would be for them to travel around to different Odyssey kingdoms and we could explore them in a different setting than a platformer, and we could get rabbid versions of the different Odyssey species (although a Rabbid New Donker would just be like a fusion of a rabbid with a realistic human so maybe not). I wanted a similar thing for Paper Mario, which we ended up not getting (yet) where you went around and had partners again, who were Volbonans and Bonneters and Shiverians and stuff...
Basically I just really really want SOME game to expand on all the stuff introduced in Odyssey lol

Since I’m starting to post Mario stuff might as well scream about how exciting that last Nintendo Direct was (spoilers under the cut)
- SUPER MARIO RPG IS GETTING REMASTERED !!!! I ACTUALLY HAVE A CHANCE TO PLAY THAT GAME !!! Also the Chibi artstyle is adorable ! Also also I love how Mario and Peach are clearly Chibi with bigger heads while Bowser has normal proportions. Also also also, to all the Geno fans out there, how are you guys feeling ?
- NEW PRINCESS PEACH GAME !!! AND THEY’RE IGNORING HER BUTCHERED MOVIE VERSION AND INSTEAD ARE KEEPING HER AS SWEET AND SOFT AND FIGHTING WITH MAGIC, HELL YEAH !!! Also I like how it doesn’t seem to be a platformer but instead a more adventure type of game, I like the diversity ! Plus it’s fitting for Peach.
(And also I have this headcanon that Peach has magic but doesn’t know how to use it, at least not without help (Starlow “triggering it for her” in Mario and Luigi for example) and considering the thing helping her use magic in this game seems sentient, the headcanon still stands ! And yes the reason for this headcanon is to justify Peach never using it outside of the RPGs + there’s angst potential, especially when taking into account how often villains use her for her powers)
- Also they joke about having a game for each main characters, with one Mario game, one Luigi game and one Peach game. Where's our Bowser game, Nintendo ? He's a main character too, when is his time under the spotlight ? /hj
- NEW WARIO WARE GAME HOLY SHIT AND IT’S SIMILAR TO SMOOTH MOOVES, ARGUABLY THE BEST OF THE SERIES !!!!!
- NEW SUPER MARIO BROS THAT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE A BRAND NEW GAME INSTEAD OF BEING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN !!! AND THE ARTSTYLE IS FANTASTIC !!! AND YOU CAN ACTUALLY PLAY AS DAISY HOLY SHIT !!!! Although I feel like this game will fuel even more “Mario takes drugs” jokes because…I mean come on, there’s no beating the drug allegations on this one. Also I’m low-key curious as to what Bowser’s plan is here since 1. Peach is playable so he didn’t capture her and 2. That one small moment with what appeared to be Junior with a strange mask ? (that character had Junior’s proportions, a spiked shell and bracelets without spikes) Are Bowser and his army brainwashed in this game maybe ? And now that I think about it doesn’t his ship have purple eyes or something, implying they're brainwashed ? Also is Yoshi going to be the new “easy mode” character since he can flutter and carry others ? That could also explain why four players can all be him
- Not the biggest when it comes to battle royal games but that one rhythm game seems wacky as all hell
- While not games I own or is that big of a fan of, feel happy for Luigi Mansion fans, Mario Kart fans who finally got Kamek into the rooster + Petey Piranha as many hoped (though I hope Wiggler being here won’t prevent other wanted characters in…), Pikmin fans who got a brand-new game, same for Sonic (I might actually get this one, seems pretty fun), and also happy for those who wanted more out of Mario + Rabbids.
- On a more negative note, GAME FREAK WILL YOU PLEASE LET YOUR TEAM GET SOME GODDAMN DESERVED REST ?!!! We can live a few years without a new Pokemon game, the world isn’t going to explode ! Hell look at Mario ! We haven’t had a new Mario Bros game in years (not counting the U remake) and look how amazing the new game looks ! Stop overworking your poor team, your fans aren’t going anywhere, they can wait !
Overall, the one I’m most excited for this year is Wario Ware while the most exciting overall is the Peach game. I don’t know if this is because she’s always been my favorite as a kid or because I’m still salty about how much positive reception her movie version got, but seeing Nintendo portray Peach as a magical girl makes me unbelievably happy (or relieved I guess ? One big fear I had about the movie was said movie causing Peach’s character to be completely revamped; so it’s good that at least Nintendo aren’t doing it. And it proves that this whole “Movie Peach is how I always viewed her” from Miyamoto was indeed marketing bullshit).
But seriously, I can already tell Super Mario RPG and Wario Ware are gonna take over my life. Also this song has been stuck in my head for hours now, help

Okay, here's my promised Pizza Tower boss tierlist and detailed explanations
Before we go through this, I have a confession to make though: I haven't actually played any of these bosses so this is just going to be based on what I like from watching them.
The reason I haven't played the bosses is kinda embarrassing. I... don't have the reflexes for this game at all. I struggled with the tutorial and couldn't beat Pizzascape.
So while I'm hiding in shame, have my tierlist and explanations under the cut. I AM SO SORRY.
Best Boss: The Vigilante
The reason I rank him so high is NOT because of bias, believe it or not. I enjoy watching people playing super-intense boss battles that throw a lot of shit at you (I like watching Cuphead and Mega Man playthroughs for that, and this boss has been compared to both), and on top of that, it references two of my favourite game series: Kirby and Worms. Yeah, it may surprise you to know considering what I just admitted, but I actually love a wide variety of games, and seeing them being referenced here just sold me on it lol.
Second Best: Pizzahead
Yes, really. Pizzahead is my second favourite of the bosses to watch. The reason is actually very simple: The boss rush. When I saw the other bosses being pulled out and refought, I thought that was the coolest thing ever. Even if my first exposure to it was (no, I'm not kidding,) an Ed Edd n Eddy sound effects meme. Seeing Peppino go absolutely apeshit on everyone and even Gustavo joining in was so cool and I can see why many people consider this their favourite.
Third Best: Pepperman
Pepperman looks just... fun. His boss battle manages to be goofier than The Noise's. How in the fresh hell is that possible? In addition, there's another load of references in the battle (some of which possibly unintentional) that earns it a few more points. His moveset is basically Wario, but if you combined his Land self with his Ware self. In fact I actually like joking that the bits where you have to make a statue to distract him as "Playing the chisel microgame from WarioWare and then slapping him on the ass". (Fun fact: WarioWare is actually my favourite game series of all time lol) In addition, something about the fact that he's an artist that fights with animated drawings in a medieval themed area brings the Painter from Castle Crashers to mind. Anyway, Pepperman is great.
Fourth Best: Fake Peppino
Fake Peppino is a bit of an interesting case. His boss battle looks really cool and intense the first time you see it, but becomes a bit less so on subsequent plays/watches. Don't get me wrong, I do still like him and his weirdness, but it just doesn't hit as hard as it did when my boyfriend first showed me. That being said, one thing does keep me coming back to watching it though: The music! I've already mentioned it but PIZZA TIME NEVER ENDS is my favourite boss music in the game, and I actually like it considerably more than the song it's remixing.
Least Best: The Noise
The Noise is... I like him as a character, but his boss fight, not gonna lie, looks like it's designed to piss you off as much as possible. Granted, it makes sense considering the character, but while I do still like watching it, I can't imagine myself enjoying playing at all. Hence why it's so low on the list. I do, however, like the presentation. Particularly the phase transition and the ending. Those are hilarious.

Do you think you would enjoy Wario Land more if not for the rabid fandom that insists on throwing Ware under the bus?
I don't think their opinion has any baring on how I feel. Like almost every fandom i'm a part of is shitty in some way.
I kind of understand them. Wario Land came first, suddenly a new series that is nothing like literally anything Wario is known for appears, Wario doesn't even wear his usual costume, and it's more of a mini game compilation than the action adventure games Wario is known for, and suddenly the series they love is getting less and less games. I would say they have every right to feel somewhat slighted.
I can relate to that as a person who loves Mario's platformer games but doesn't give a shit about any of the Mario Party or Sports games, and has very mixed feelings about Mario Kart and is rapidly losing interest in the RPGs. Also here I am wanting to see Wario as an antagonist in another Mario platformer more than another Wario Land game.
It's not that I don't like Wario Land because the fandom soured me on it, I just don't think collecting a ton of coins is very fun, and Wario is a lot more slow paced than the types of platformers I enjoy.

[Review] Wario: Master of Disguise (DS)
Tumblr media
Wario Land: Touched!
Between Wario Land games (World in 2003 and this in 2007) the Ware spinoff series exploded, with four whole entries utilising different hardware gimmicks to expand the microgame concept. Eventually it fell on Suzak to continue the parent series. They had previously done some F-Zero games on GBA for Nintendo and would later be known for their G.G Series of small-scale games on DSiWare. But for now, their goal was seemingly to take Wario Land and make it as much about the touchscreen as they possibly could.
Tumblr media
Oddly enough, the premise here is pretty similar to Suzak's first game, Domokun's Strange TV on GBA. In that game, Domokun went into his TV and it was an excuse to change up gameplay styles and settings by swapping between programmes. Here, Wario invents a telly-helmet to enter the world of a drama about a master thief... then he stays in that one show the whole time. The plot kind of forgets that he's even in a TV world until the epilogue, although the game returns you to Wario's tiny Japanese-style apartment living room between stages. It feels like the concept is underused, and continues the stakes-lowering trend of Wario having adventures in pocket realities for no reason.
Tumblr media
This adventure plays out in a series of large, sprawling levels. A return to Wario Land 3's style of exploration was welcome for me, including unlocking abilities and an emphasis on puzzle-platforming. There's tons of treasures to find, and this time they're all logged with funny descriptions to read, which is nice. Getting around the levels can be a slog though, especially when backtracking is required. The game has fewer stages than Wario Land 4, but they're massive, many of them taking me over an hour to clear. More frequent save points or the addition of warp points would have been appreciated; this is a portable game after all.
Tumblr media
The elephant in the room is the touchscreen integration. You play the game one-handed, jumping with Up on the D-pad (left-handed controls are also available) while your stylus allows your transformations and their abilities. Wario has eight forms total, which get found and enhanced over the course of the game. They have distinct and obvious situational strengths, and it felt like eight was the right number to not be overwhelming but give plenty of variety. At any time you draw the appropriate symbol on Wario's body to take on that form, then tap or whatever to do their thing. They work well for the most part, although blowing into the microphone to fly as Wicked Wario, or drawing boxes and trying to recover hearts under pressure or time crunch as Arty Wario, can get frustrating.
Tumblr media
More egregious are the forced touchscreen minigames every time you open a chest. There's a lot of chests in the game and a surprisingly small pool of tasks, so you'll very quickly be repeating the exact same thing... it's a real drag. The minigames themselves aren't even good. I also found the boss fights a low point, as they demand precision transformations and inputs and drag on while draining your health. Yeah, MoD still has health as a mechanic. At least the ticking timer only exists to give you bonus money after a level.
Tumblr media
While I think the premise had unfulfilled potential, they do inject some welcome characterisation with cutscenes between and within levels. Wario is afforded many opportunities to display his brazen, oafish Wario-ness, while the villains are a bit bland but bumble along with some fun dialogue. The locations come to life with lovely detailed pixel art, and there are often cute and lavishly animated new enemies for each level. (One level has an enemy cast based around goofy dolphins, which I enjoyed.)
Tumblr media
My super-hot and spicy take is that I had a better time with this than the usually-beloved Wario Land 4. I think the touchscreen stuff turns people off, and rightly so, it's a bit overbearing. Naming the game the way they did (the Japanese title is Phantom Thief Wario the Seven, which along with interstitial screens when saving, etc. give the feel of a Japanese TV show) also can lead to it being dismissed. As far as I'm concerned, this is a very fitting Wario Land game in spirit and should have borne the name if only for the sake of legitimacy. Give it a chance!

Tumblr media Tumblr media
WarioWare Gold is my favorite game in the series so far.
Get It Together is looking to match it at minimum.
None of these statements are gonna be surprising to anyone that follows me, but there really is something to be said about how promising and just wonderful the current direction of the series is and many signs of it were already in Gold.
Gold feels like the ultimate traditional WarioWare. Some dismiss it as just a compilation title, which does a massive disservice to the new spins on returning microgames and how they were both reprogrammed and granted completely new art assets. While it does borrow from older titles, I feel they used the opportunity granted by this approach to flesh out every corner of the game.
- For the first time, we got several completely different control methods in one game, with several stages and modes even mixing them up.
- Remix stages are more fleshed out in how they actually get their own little stories and involve the cast.
- We got a wealth of challenge modes that experiment with the Ware gameplay. From the returning, altered Gamer, to the frantic Splitscreen, to the tricky Wario Interrupts, that forces you to account for Wario messing with you.
- Full voice acting and missions, that would reward you with coins for completing tasks and beating challenges.
- Funnily enough, the Wario Bowl, Wario taking the Pot of Luxville and Lulu even provide a far more fleshed out main story than is usual for WarioWare.
Gold doesn't replace any older WarioWare game, because even the returning content has gotten plenty work done to make it still fresh. Instead it makes for an incredibly meaty package, that cares about nothing more than to be a fun game and celebrate a fun series.
In addition, it marked a switch in how the cast was handled
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Ware crew still serve their usual function as stage hosts, but between the Remix stages using them & letting them interact more, voice acting helping to flesh them out more and challenge modes & minigames using them, there is a distinct feeling that the staff behind Gold was very interested in giving the cast more to do.
Get It Together fits well into this point, but before we get into that we gotta talk about the main man himself:
Tumblr media
Wario himself has always been perfectly fine and great in Ware to me, but the series currently has been doing stuff with him that I am especially happy with.
First off, the added attention brought to his history as a treasure hunter:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
All very appreciated and it brings him closer to his Land incernation. This is helped by the increased quantity of Wario Land references. You got stuff like the nest on his house, highly implying Hen is with him there and that one phone call that just screams Captain Syrup. We got plenty explicit stuff too:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And that's far from all of it, but point is that Gold has a lot of love for Wario Land as well and Get It Together giving Wario the Shoulder Charge, takes this even further:
Tumblr media
It’s made even better with how GIT is for the first time, a real adventure for the Ware crew, with them getting trapped in the game. A real return to form for Wario, to get some real action again.
Tumblr media
And then there is Wario Deluxe.
Tumblr media
Really, what do I even need to say? Martinet's performance is masterful and this is precisly what I want out of Wario as a villain. Fun as hell, creative and ultimately just out to not pay price money to the player. He's a greedy dick, not a supervillain.
This brings us to Get It Together proper.
As mentioned before, playing as the cast is the main attraction of this game:
Tumblr media
This obviously ties into the cast getting to do more, but even bigger, it shows a step forward I really like. Where as Gold was the ultimate traditional WarioWare package, GIT is a evolution of the formula.
With different playstyles for everyone come different ways to tackle different microgames. Everyone's got microgames they excell at or struggle with and it's up to the player to play to their strenghts or find ways to work around microgames they struggle in.
This creates a whole new dimension to how microgames are played and as the demo has shown already, it's masterful how naturally the crew slot into the microgame gameplay. It doesn't stray from the formula, while at the same time doing something truly new.
Helps that the game is loaded with content it seems. From neat bonus stuff like character customization options, to a really generous wealth of bonus modes. These range from Mega Party Game$ like multiplayer modes, to, much to my surprise, a bunch of non-microgame modes:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
All of which offer different means to play with the characters. The game is set to use it's big, new mechanic in any way it can think of and it's really incredible to see.
Get It Together simply put, feels very ambitious and it shows a level of confidence that this is a good direction for the series to take and that people would be excited for this kind of spin on the formula.
That confidence also shows in how Nintendo as a whole supports WarioWare now. After Gold came out we got the character trailers, Nintendo Dream in-character interviews, special christmas art for Mona & Ashley and a Band Brothers P x WarioWare collab contest. Get It Together meanwhile got a reveal at E3 and is also recieving pre-order bonuses, a first for Wario.
Long story short: this is an incredibly exciting direction for WarioWare to take. We are witnessing the series really expanding on what it and the cast can do. It is no longer just waiting for a new control method to come along. WarioWare is aiming high now and I couldn't be happier to see that.

Munday post
I figured maybe this week I’d do a different type of Munday.  Most of my long time roleplay partners already know me quite a bit and I also try to introduce myself to newer partners as well, however I figured this could be a good chance for everyone to really get to know me.  I’m including everything under a read more not because long post and also because I know not everyone likes seeing this type of thing.  It’s just a bunch of random facts about me and my favorite things along with a munday pic under the cut.  I didn’t want to just throw out a munday picture like most would do.  I’ve done that plenty of times before and there’s nothing wrong with it, I just felt like doing something a bit more unique and different this time that might really give people a chance to get to know me :D
So long post under the cut.
So, first off, my name is Derek.  I’m the mun.  I just recently turned 30 and I’m from Indiana.  I work in a preschool, essentially as a glorified baby sitter.  I help the teachers get their breaks.
I’ve been interacting on here since November of 2013 and I’ve had this exact blog with this exact URL the entire time.  I wanted something really generic and not just a quote or something like that.  I first tried TheEleventhDoctor, but obviously that was taken so this ended up being what I went with.  As for the theme, it too was made a VERY long time ago.  The TARDIS theme with the opening doors on the TARDIS actually used to be quite popular when I first started interacting on here, particularly with the Doctor Who RP fandom.  Although I’m the only one I see with it these days, if you go looking for older Doctor Who blogs that have gone inactive you are actually likely to find a few other blogs with it.  As for the background picture, I found that one myself except for the part with Matt Smith/The Eleventh Doctor edited on.  That part was done by someone I used to interact with who just surprised me with it one day and unfortunately isn’t on Tumblr anymore :(  Having been on this platform for so long I’ve obviously seen a lot of blogs come and go and I miss every single last one of them :(  However I also enjoy everyone I currently interact with and would recommend almost any of them.  Seriously, if anyone is looking for new people to interact with, let me know you are looking for people and what fandoms you enjoy and I can probably recommend a few blogs!
Outside of Tumblr RP, I enjoy video games, yugioh, reading comics, general super hero related stuff, watching movies, playing Pokemon Go (I help run the local PoGo community) general board games, watching my shows, figure collecting, and cosplay, most of which I’m sure is stuff many of you also enjoy.  My fandoms include Doctor Who (obviously), DC, Star Wars, The Legend of Korra/ATLA (I’m one of the few that likes LoK more than ATLA), Marvel, Star Trek, Firefly, Power Rangers, The Walking Dead, Yugioh, Pokemon, Sherlock, general Nintendo fandom, Digimon and Harry Potter.
Here’s a few things about me in list form.
My favorite musician is Weird Al Yankovic.
My favorite book is Look Me in the Eye by John Elder Robbison.  As someone who’s been diagnosed with aspergers syndrome myself, this book really spoke to me in my original read through and since then I’ve purchased it multiple times.  I own at least three or four different copies of this book, partially because I kept loaning it out to people.
My favorite book series is the Harry Potter series.  Don’t ask me for a favorite book in the series, I love them all about equally.
As for comics, right now my favorite thing I’m reading is the Power Rangers series that Boom is putting out.  Some of my favorites of all time include Power Ranger Soul of the Dragon, the Star Trek TNG/Doctor Who crossover, the Power Rangers/Justice League Crossover, the original Spider-Gwen series, Poison Ivy Cycle of Life and Death, The Dark Knight Returns (I know anything Frank Miller related is a bit controversial but I enjoy it for what it is) and Batman: Hush.
Favorite movies include UHF, Scott Pilgrim VS the World, Captain America The Winter Soldier, Captain America the First Avenger, Avengers End Game, the Justice League movie, anything and everything DC animated, anything and everything Spider-Man related (yes, I even like Spider-Man 3 although it wasn’t as good as the others), anything Star Wars related although I’d say Force Awakens is my favorite one, the 2017 Power Rangers movie, Serenity, The Lego movie and it’s sequel, Yugioh Bonds Beyond Time, Mystery Men, Galaxy Quest, all the Star Trek movies, the corny 90′s Mario movie, the Doctor Who movie, and Detective Pikachu.  Really, any of the Marvel and DC movies could probably make this list as well, I’m not super picky when it comes to movies.
Favorite TV shows is something I am a bit pickier about.  Doctor Who is obviously on the list, and I’ve watched and enjoyed most of the Marvel and DC live action stuff although I have a huge preference for the arrowverse and 70′s Wonder Woman.  Animated stuff tends to vary but a lot of the older stuff from the early and mid 90′s seems to be best for that.  Power Rangers is obviously on the list as well, along with The Walking Dead, Digimon, Avatar the Last Airbender, The Legend of Korra, Sherlock, Yugioh, Firefly, and off the top of my head that’s about it.  Everyone always assumes I’m huge into anime as well, but I’m not actually that into it.  Just not my thing.
Now video games has potential to be my longest list as it’s easily my favorite medium of story telling due to the interactivity.  First off, Nintendo and Playstation are my general consoles of choice.  Nothing against Xbox, I have a lot of respect for the brand but I can’t really afford to have three consoles (even though I wish I could) and Nintendo and Sony have more offerings for me personally.  I also do dabble on PC a bit, but I don’t really have a high end PC and it’s mostly just for Sims.  That being said, my favorite games and game series include Watch_Dogs, The Sims, Mario (mostly the “main series,” 3D games and 2D platformers but I do enjoy some of the off series stuff like Mario Kart and Mario Party as well) , Pokemon, Super Smash Brothers, The Force Unleashed series, Injustice, most of the Spider-Man games, The Last of Us, Tomb Raider, most of the Batman games, Wario Ware, The Last of Us (still haven’t played the sequel yet.  Waiting to get it for cheap after seeing reviews), Days Gone, Control, Horizon Zero Dawn, No Man’s Sky, 51 Worldwide Classics for Switch, No Man’s Sky, the Tony Hawk Games (still haven’t played the new one yet), Time Splitters, The Movies, Hulk Ultimate Destruction, Zombies Ate My Neighbhors, Kirby, The Legend of Korra game (the 3d one, not the really bad one for 3DS), Donkey Kong, Street Fighter 2, Punch Out, Metal Gear Solid 5 the Phantom Pain, Sonic Heroes, and the list could go on and on.
My favorite drink is root beer or chocolate milkshakes if that counts
My favorite alcoholic drink is probably just a basic screwdriver tbh
My favorite food is Cheeseburgers, although Chicken Pot Pie is also a top contender tbh
My favorite color is green
My favorite Doctor is Eleventh obviously, but Thirteen, Two and Twelve are tied for second
Favorite companions are Amy, River (if she counts), and Donna
Favorite New Who episode is The Eleventh Hour
Favorite Classic Who story is Genesis of the Daleks
Since I’ve mentioned super heroes a lot, my favorites are Batman, Wonder Woman and Spider-Man, although Supergirl, Batgirl, Captain America, Scarlet Witch and Black Widow are also pretty high on the list.
Favorite game in the Pokemon series is X and Y
Dragonite is my favorite Pokemon
Favorite 3D Mario game is Odyssey although Sunshine would be next up on the list.
This is my only Tumblr RP blog.  I also have an ask meme blog and I used to have a personal but I haven’t logged onto it in years.
I’m on discord and I do add people from Tumblr on there, but I mostly only use it for Pokemon Go tbh
I spend every Wednesday and Sunday at the local comic book shop playing Yugioh
For anyone wondering in relation to that last fact, my current competitive deck Barrier Stun.  Some of my favorite casual decks that I play or have played in the past are Lightsworn, Blue-Eyes, E-Heroes, Greed, Sacred Beasts, Penguins and Six Samurai.
In the last decade I’ve moved about 3 times
I own pets!  I have one dog and one cat currently, but a few years back when we lived in a more country like setting, we owned 7 cats and 2 dogs at maximum.  Most of them died of old age over the last few years.
Before my current job I used to work at Walmart.  Long time followers of the blog may remember that I hated it there.
I don’t have a whole lot of writing experience outside of Tumblr tbh.  While I do enjoy writing on here, it’s the interactions itself that makes it fun for me and while I’ve tried to write a few things myself, it’s just not the same as roleplay.
Anyway, I just sort of wanted to do something different for munday besides just posting pictures of myself so I hope anyone who read this enjoyed it.  Here’s a pic of the mun to go with it.

These are some snapshots I took with my phone for Wario Ware Gold.
Few things:
1. Love all the voice acting in this game. Each of Wario’s friends has a wonderful voice.
2. In the story, they talk about how much they like Wario (like they want to invite him to things) despite his greedy behavior. They do cherish him as a friend.
3. Mona seems to be attracted to Wario. Which makes that pairing canon...in a way.
4. Expecting those girls who are taking Jimmy T’s pictures to get some fan art of them. I just know that’s going to happen.
5. I know I talked about Mona in #3 but I also love her new design for this game. It’s basically feels like her original outfit from the first Wario Ware but without the helmet.
6. 5 Volt is voiced by Christina Vee (who happens to voice Shantae in the Shantae series starting with Pirate’s Curse). You can her Shantae in 5 Volt’s voice and it amazing!
7. We have Ashley smiling. Would protect that smile. Anyone agree?
8. Also, who thinks Nintendo should make a web toon series with this voice cast?
