I have this hilarious scene in my head where Gale/Professor Gale gestures to you in the library asking if the seat near you is taken, and you just gesture back that the space is free- so of course he takes a seat.
Then for the next several minutes on and off, Gale is rambling about some topic or book (maybe even throwing in a compliment), before you glance back at him and push your hair behind your ear exposing your earbuds, taking one out and saying “sorry, did you say something?”
I can’t tell if he’d just start over, or if he’d stumble over his words trying to act as if he wasn’t just basically talking to himself that whole time…

Okay so just imagine this -
Chuuya minding his own business and then one fine day Gin introduces him to Taylor Swift's Bad Blood.
For the first few seconds Chuuya is skeptic. He loves music, loves to sing even but it's mostly rock. He is not that interested in pop songs or such.
But then he focuses on the lyrics and boom... you've got a monster that one Dazai Osamu was soo not ready for.
Gin totally knew what she was doing and she is not one bit apologetic!
...
So then we have Chuuya totally relating to the lyrics of Bad Blood and then whenever he comes across Dazai, he just goes -
"'Cause baby, now we got bad blood, You know it used to be mad love, So take a look what you've done. 'Cause baby, now we got bad blood"
The first time it happens Dazai is stunned into silence. His brain taking time to process Chuuya looking straight in his eyes and calling him Baby!
And then it just keeps happening,
"Chuuuyaaaa - "
"I don't hate you, but I hate to critique, overrate you"
"What's wrong with you!"
"No, I don't fear no more. Better yet, respect ain't quite sincere no more"
"You are making no sense, Slug!"
"Oh, it's so sad to. Think about the good times, You and I"
...
"Did Chuuya shrink even more than last time"
"Remember when you tried to write me off? Remember when you thought I'd take a loss? Don't you remember? Oh, wait, you got amnesia"
"When did that happen!"
"Stabbed in the back. Still, all my life, I got money and power. And you gotta live with the bad blood now"
"Okay, i need you to stop right now! Let's talk like adults"
"Now we've got problems, and I don't think we can solve 'em. You made a really deep cut, And, baby, now we've got bad blood"
"WHAA-"
...
*After using corruption - in some distant future*
"You really are reckless Chibi, can't even take care of yourself. Now i have to take care of you! Bad dog!"
"Band-Aids don't fix bullet holes. You say sorry just for show. If you live like that, you live with ghosts"
"But i didn't say sorry and it wasn't my fault to begin with?" (it totally was)

And then one day Dazai finally figures out what all this months of torture were about while Chuuya is having the time of his life -
"You are sooo cruel!"
"You know it used to be mad love. So take a look what you've done"
"Yes, i get it! I messed up! Can you stop now!"
"Now we've got problems. And I don't think we can solve 'em"
"If you don't stop, i'll also start with something just a irritating. Then don't get mad"
"You made a really deep cut. And, baby, now we've got bad blood"
"Chuuuuyaaa, STOP!!!"

And this can be about literally anything Dazai had done till date and not just deflecting PM.
