In the year 2000 my grandpa got remarried, and his wedding theme was rock and roll from the 50s and 60s, so my mom made a One-Eyed One-Horned Flying Purple People Eater out of papier-mâché
Growing up I remember seeing this thing tucked away in our storage closet, and it always scared the crap out of me. I wish we still had it, but I think we lost it in 2005 when Hurricane Wilma destroyed our trailer

Return 2 Rock:
Curated playlist highlighting Black musicians actively making rock music as an act of reclamation. Rock is one of the many genres Black people pioneered but are often barred from, ridiculed, and belittled for listening to it. Without the contributions of Black musicians like Chuck Barry, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Little Richard and Tina Bell (to name the few pictured above) who laid the literal groundwork for this genre, rock wouldn’t be where it is today. Cheers to paving the way and continuing to make wonderful strides 🎉

EVERY SINGLE DAY there are MILLIONS of characters in their late 20s who get falsely accused of being father figures to teenagers when in reality the description of "weird older cousin" or "step-sibling that moved out before you were born" is 1000000x more apt

the cybergrind terminals having a custom music playlist that v1 can access implies all of the music that you, the player upload into the game is music that was not only produced in the world of ultrakill but also considered important enough by the terminals to keep around for the possibility of machines entering the cybergrind in order to keep them coming back and enriched, since machines have an appreciation of music that the terminals already use to lure them in and develop a symbiotic relationship with them
this means 100 gecs can be canon to the world of ultrakill along with neil ciceriga, should you upload their music into your cybergrind playlist.
