If you own a belt grinder you understand just what an investment replacement belts for that tool can be. @benchmarkabrasives sent me two products to test and I'm very pleased with the results. One of them is an eraser type material that cleans the build-up out of your belts and I would say it rejuvenates them so you get more life out of them. The other is a belt lubricant or almost like a belt Greece or belt butter. You apply it lightly to the belt before you grind with it it keeps the belt cool extendeding the life of the belt and also prevents buildup. On top of smelling good I prefer this method over water to cool my belts and work pieces.
