A cut and etch I did a while back to test and see if my MIG welds were penetrating. It’s Interesting to see what the parent materials is doing under the weld bead. This was an inside and outside corner joint weld. It's one thing to make a good looking weld it's another thing to make a weld be solid and you just don't know if you don't look. I’m told that size matters. I completely agree. This tiny thing is awesome! @ckworldwide Micro Torch! The tungsten is almost as thin as my mig wire! That’s the business end of a standard Fronius mig gun for comparison.
