New Year's Gift: 2t3 Deedee's Dress Silk Long & Short

Happy new year everyone! To celebrate, I thought I'd share a little something.

I absolutely love the silk dress from TS4's Moonlight Chic kit, and luckily it has been converted for TS3 by @xiasimla here. Then @deedee-sims made a long and short version for TS2, and while I've been using them for all my sims 2 ladies, I wanted needed them for my TS3 ladies as well.

I've used both Deedee's and Xiasimla's meshes and textures as a base for this, so many thanks to them both!

Info

For females, Young Adult/Adult only as of now (I plan on converting them for teens and elders in the future)

The long dress has 3 recolourable channels, short dress has 2

They can be found in formal, sleepwear and career. They are not enabled for random

They have all morphs and are maternity enabled

The dresses have custom thumbnails

Polycount is 5,6k for short, 6k for long

Retro Bodacious Loveseat / "Floral Fantasy" by Plastiqkue From The Sims 2, The Sims 2 Console and The Sims 2: Pets Console for The Sims 2, The Sims 3 and The Sims 4

Just a small conversion to check off the list! The Retro Bodacious Loveseat is from The Sims 2: University. In The Sims 2 console and The Sims 2: Pets console, it was renamed "Floral Fantasty" by Plastiqkue and given an exclusive blue swatch. I figured it was best to combine this conversion and use the PC version. This download includes a recolor for The Sims 2 and a full conversion of the model and Sims 2 PC swatches for The Sims 3 and The Sims 4. It is $450 in the console game, but I went with the PC price.

The Sims 2 to The Sims 3 - Simlish Hobby Posters | Fitness

It's been a long while, but they're back - here’s the next installment of the hobby posters conversions collection! Still a few more to go. 💾 Download: SFS

These are a bit different from the sports themed ones as these are more for general fitness as opposed to sports. These would be great for gyms, yoga studios, pools, and locker rooms!

These are converted from the TS2 originals by Spacey at simsinlowspace.tumblr.com

Since these are TS3 posters, there is just one catalog entry for all twelve, with their swatches included. They are fully shiftable and are not recolorable, though they have one recolorable channel just in case.

Tree Default Replacement 🌳

I have something a little bit different for you all today! As much as I love the gardening skill in the The Sims 3, I’ve always disliked how round the fruit trees are. In my opinion, the fruit trees (a.k.a. ambrosial trees) from The Sims 2: Seasons look much more realistic, so I converted the mesh and made a default replacement to bring them into the Sims 3! This project would not have been possible without Lyralei’s Default Replacement Tutorial.

There aren’t any growth states between planted and mature, but there are proper textures for Fall, Winter, Wilted, Dead, and the Money Tree. The mesh itself has 1794 Vertices and 1903 Faces.

Place this package file in your Mods -> Overrides folder.

Credit: meshes by EA/Maxis, The Sims 2, TSRW, Blender, Milkshape, and Gimp.

Bed WooHoo Music by hecklinn

"Miss the old (or current gen) music for WooHoo? Add some life to it with these sounds! What is this? When two sims engage in a Bed WooHoo, music will be played. The Sims 1 doesn't have WooHoo music, so what is its? Yes, Sims 1 didn't have WooHoo music, so I used the three different passionate First Kiss musical cues. It makes it very dramatic and a little funny. What are the four files? Simple, whichever Woohoo music you want, select the corresponding game. Want something Dramatic and Funny? TS1. Miss the raunchy WooHoo cutscene music from 2? Select TS2. Want to make your game feel like 4? Select TS4. Want music from all generations to be randomly played? Select Random. ONLY CHOOSE ONE FILE. The WooHoo music isn't a global sound, rather it comes from the bed itself. So if you zoom out, the music will get quieter, whereas if you zoom in, it will be louder."

Happy Simblreen Everyone!

I was pondering whether or not to officially partake in this year's Simblreen. I would have wanted to, but the complications of participating (answering asks, private posts, porchlight on/off etc.) gives me the chills (I might mess up during the process lol). However, I wouldn't pass the chance to do something Halloween-y and share, so here you go, a birthday-slash-simblreen gift for you all!
