my criticism of 16 types and their supposed sexual preferences

istj – least likely to vocalize what they want in bed?

istjs are si doms so they know what makes them feel good the best along with isfjs. they are traditionally-minded people, they are not interested with wierd stuff anyway. so there’s not much to vocalize for them. if you are able to keep it hard and continue pumping that should do.

infj – masturbates the least often?

they are ni doms and high fe users so they will definitely say that to be classier or something. but is it true? i don’t think so. intjs should be pretty much the same too, at least.

intj – favorite position is doggy style?

now that’s pure bullshit. intjs are actually fi secret agenda. they would open their hearts only if they really love somebody and they would desire a deep bond and doggy style is one of the least intimate positions.

enfj – second most willing to use toys?

enfjs are se users so they will have a healthy++ sex drive. then they are also one of the most progressive-minded people so i can see this.

istp – most willing to have threesome? most strongly prefers to be controlled in bed?

i mean maybe istp males, for the first part. i think “controlled in bed” is too much but i can see how (with inferior fe) they need a partner who take the lead, who initiate things (this would also apply to intps, therefore)

esfj – least willing to have a threesome and least willing to anal?

makes sense. sfjs are high si users so they will be very unwilling to try new wierd sensations, especially with the butt hole.

infp – most difficult to satisfy in bed? most likely to be mistaken about their sexual preferences?

i can see the second part because infps are sensitive souls and they tend to be shy so you may think they are gay or something, especially men. i can also see how first part can be true. not because they require some special sexuality shenanigans though. they would be hard to satisfy if emotional connection isn’t authentic, that would be the reason. a lot of foreplay and petting to warm them up does the trick.

esfp – least willing to experiment with the same gender.

bullshit. esfps are one of the most freaky and physically experimental types. i would expect the exact opposite. i would expect esfps to be openly gay and not giving shit.

enfp – most willing to experiment with the same gender.

ne is pretty much open-mindedness so they would experiment indeed. would they stick with, is another question. much like we will see with entp.

estp – least willing to try toys. least likely to be mistaken about their sexual preferences.

haha. wierd claim. maybe because estjs work hard and they tend to have money so they attract all the gold diggers and dependents and stuff.

entj – most willing to try sex toys, roleplay, participate in bondage. most strongly prefers to be in control in bed.

makes sense. enfj but harder.

intp – lowest average number of sexual partners.

they would rather fuck your brains.

isfj – least adventurous in bed.

yes, but not necessarily low on sex drive or anything. they will even initiate things. it’s just, much like esfjs, they won’t be into wierd sensations such as anal or bdsm stuff and whatever.

entp – most willing to have anal sex?

if you are all about possibilities that possibility also comes to mind. will they like it? maybe a little. in the end, it’s too much work for them. you can’t be just like alrighty let’s have anal sex tonight. you gotta prepare for it, which is disgusting, a lot of work and entps are lazy.

isfp – second most likely to be mistaken about sexual preferences.

makes sense. being an introverted feeling dominant as a male can be confusing for others. for example, i type kurt cobain an isfp and he has said things like he himself thought he was a gay.

Although this quote is referring to extraversion in general, if we apply it specifically to the functions (which Jung does in later chapters), we start to see the deeper meaning behind the tumblr stereotypes of the mbti types. I think it’s so interesting to go to the roots of MBTI and look at what these stigmas were based on; the “oh look there’s a butterfly !” of Ne, the “i am robot” of Te. When you look at the reasoning behind these typical representations of the types, you get to understand them on a whole other level. Also it’s kinda funny to see Jung describe these exact same stereotypes but in 1920’s speak (“He seizes hold of new objects and new ways with eager intensity, sometimes with extraordinary enthusiasm, only to abandon them cold- bloodedly, without regard and apparently without remembrance.”) Can you guess which function that’s referring to haha, clue: it’s probs what’s gonna happen to this blog eventually... Sorry this was long lol, i ramble when i’m excited.

PS. I’m thinking in my next few posts I might take some quotes from Carl’s book about the specific functions and show how they link to the stereotypes for each function in depth. If my Ne doesn’t stop me eek :)))
