Tomorrow is a new day...

July 31st 2021, Day 31 of 100 Days of Productivity
I have decided to throw in the towel AGAIN and start over tomorrow. Is it perfectionism? Anxiety? Depression? Fibromyalgia? The list can go on and on...
Not exactly. It's feeling the need to reboot and approach things differently. I have to be more proactive and active toward the pursuit of my goals.
I started an Instagram for this blog. I want to include more news about Fountain House, being a member, and what the VCH (Virtual Clubhouse) is about. It matters to me. Fountain House is a big part of my growth. So is a former shrink - Dr. Marrelli. Then there's Dr. Tung. All the little stops along the way that helped me listen to a different set of voices than the negative self-talk I overcame through exercise, journaling, meditation, and prayer.
What does that mean for the 100 Days Challenge?
In the spirit of self-growth and integrity, I have made a decision to take things more seriously and adapt to my current set of interests.
As such, my 100 Days will be broken down into five distinct arenas to better track my progress:
100 Days of Code
100 Days of Productivity
100 Days of Music
#100DaysOfMusic includes all the musical instruments, vocals, music synthesizing, DJs etc.
100 Days of Writing
#100DaysOfWriting includes writing, poetry, blogging, etc.
100 Days of Yoga

Two Main Rules For the Challenges
Most of the challenges fall under the category of 3 main rules:
Work on your habit for minimum an hour every day for the next 100 days*
Tweet your progress every day with the #100DaysOfX hashtag and the hashtag of your chosen challenge
Encourage/help at least 2 people in the challenge every day

100 Days of Code: Daily Free Code Camp + Projects
100 Days of Productivity: One outstanding item on To Do List
100 Days of Music: Piano + Voice (Scales, Warmups, 1 Song)
100 Days of Writing: Morning Pages + 1 Persuasive Writing Prompt or Haiku or Short Fiction
100 Days of Yoga: Solar Salutation (30 Mins) + Lunar Salutation (30 Mins)
My Skin Care Routine would fall under 100 Days of Health and well, I need to manage my health requirements separately from my work and art. Maybe next round?
Consistency is key! I must show up to those dates with myself.
