004. Kiss on the hand

Sounds of flowing water orchestrate a quiet evening in the temple's bowel. Each catlike footfall leaves moist boards undisturbed, a faint passing of snow over their wood. The ponds reflect a stoic visage, a head of silver bouncing with each graceful motion as the spiritual leader opens the way with the golden gilding of his fan; a wide motion, as if he were presenting something to the world. At once, spikes of ice emerge from the water like a wave frozen in time, their intricate shapes & crystals mirrored in the oni's own gaze. Another swift motion has them spinning languidly in place, the fan's gilding guiding the frost into shape.

With practiced ease, flowers born from his flesh blossom & adorn the lilly ponds. Their shine is a sight to behold. But, for all his fleeting precision, it would seem that Dōma has accidentally spawned a couple mikos in the process. A soft hum of surprise escaped him when a certain kata brought his hand within the ice child's proximity, allowing them to peck it. At once, a boyish giggle spills from his lips; tender voice chiming in the hollowness of that room.

❝ Yah-yah, little children! ❞ Teeth pressed into a squeal, boney fingers reached for the decoy, wrapping around its waist & lifting it to eye level. ❝ You are such a cutie! Come here~ ❞ Icy lips would press into their cheek then, though his mouth was considerably disproportionate & thus, his kiss almost looked like he was about to shove the miko's entire head in his mouth ( it would fit easily, but the taste would probably be a little off ) He dragged out the noise, squishing them in his grip. ❝ Mmmmmwah! ❞

FABULA MISSION 004

SCHEDULE TYPE: TRIMESTER ( PART 1 OUT OF 1 ) SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS: cannot be paired with another trimester schedule, unless stated otherwise. for reference as to whether your muse is eligible for this event, please click over HERE.

( important note: this will be the first and only part for the fabula mission! the next part after this will be the year end ceremonies so that will be posted after this mission’s deadline has passed. )

on OCTOBER 9 after inkigayo has finished, EUNSOOK calls all of the FABULA members together in the room to tell them their recent schedules.

“congratulations to all of you! some of the staff members and i have been the music charts and i’m happy to say that ‘how you like that’ was ranked number 1 in the music charts a few hours after family con! while it didn’t last too long for us to win the first few music shows, we were really proud of the positive reactions we’ve received about fabula’s performances and i agree with them too. when all of you performed ‘illusion’ and ‘how you like that’, i saw how much improvement all of you have made since the announcement of the title track.” EUNSOOK smiles proudly at the girls before signaling all of them to one group hug. “we still have a few more things to do before we start preparing for the year end ceremonies, but i want all of you to keep up the good work! keep working on your acting skills and be on your best behavior, okay?” she reminds them before slowly transitioning to talking about their schedules.

( important note: as an early reminder, ic wise FABULA will be slowly be preparing for the year end ceremonies sometime around MID-NOVEMBER but for the sake of threads and events, there’s no need to write threads for that right now. )

FAN INTERACTIONS

“for this upcoming week, all of you will be meeting the fans during the fansign and then by FRIDAY, all of you will be partaking in the online video calls with your fans. many of your fans want to meet you in person and as a way of thanking them for all of their efforts, next SUNDAY ( OCTOBER 16 ) all of you will be talking to them in front of a food truck that the ‘TIME TO FABULA!’ staff members have rented for you and your fans.”

GROUP ACTIVITIES

EUNSOOK continues on as she goes through the list of schedules for the girls. “for MINJI and YEJIN, both of you will be featured in a spread of STAR1 MAGAZINE ( which will be for the DECEMBER 2022 issue ). after the photoshoot, you will sit down and participate in an interview.”

as for the interview portion, YEJIN and MINJI will be asked questions with theme of ‘throwback’. this means that they will get questions related to their debut experience and comparing it to now, what they really enjoyed when they were younger, trends they enjoyed back then, etc.

“as for HAYOUNG, ARIN, and EUNHYE, since all of you have your own individual schedules those will be your priority. however, all of you will be invited to guest in RADIO STAR with JANG DOYEON and CODE KUNST as the other guests for the OCTOBER 19TH episode.”

during RADIO STAR, the trio will be interviewed and asked about the previous projects they have taken before and after their debut along with any popular memes the fans have made for the members. at some point during the interview, the hosts will ask each of the girls to show off one of their special talents.

LGC CAFÉ PERFORMANCES

for this, only MINJI and YEJIN can participate in the event. more information can be found in the LGC CAFÉ PERFORMANCES post.

ACTING AUDITION

“word has it that there will be auditions for an upcoming drama that will be released next year. the director has personally requested to extend the invitation to all of you, should you wish to participate in the drama. everyone but EUNHYE will be eligible to audition for this drama but due to future schedules, all of you can only audition for a GUEST role.” EUNSOOK briefly mentions the drama details before sending the girls via e-mail the information that was sent to everyone else who was invited to audition.

the info below is what would have happened on the day of the audition:

when the muse arrives at the audition, one of the judges from the panel ( the director, producer, and writer of the drama ) will be given a scenario where they are being blackmailed by a friend. the other individual tells them that if they don’t follow their demands ( which is to backstab someone that is close to the muse and break their trust ), they will tell everyone about this deep dark secret. will they follow the request so that their secret won’t be revealed or will they go against it and let the secret be known to everyone?

( important note: in the points form, there is a section that says “ROLE”. for that, the FABULA members can only audition for the guest role. as long as and as a reminder, if you plan to include or discuss any topics that might be sensitive to others for the audition, please add a trigger warning so that other people will be aware of it! also, feel free to expand further with the hypothetical scenario if it helps you with writing the acting scene since we want an idea of the type of character the muse is portraying and how they would handle a situation like this. )

BIRTHDAY VLIVE

“for HAYOUNG and MINJI, since both of your birthdays are on the 30TH and 31ST, you two will be hosting a birthday vlive for the fans! due to our schedules, we’ll be hosting the vlive on OCTOBER 31 for the fans to see.” EUNSOOK tells the two members but for YEJIN, ARIN, and EUNHYE they’re told at a different time a small birthday surprise.

after the meeting has concluded, EUNSOOK calls YEJIN, ARIN, and EUNHYE to the side and reveals additional details of the plan. on the morning of OCTOBER 31, EUNSOOK will lie that the three of them have a meeting with KIM HYUNCHEOL. while one of the manager assistants will take care of HAYOUNG and MINJI, the other three will be at the lgc kitchen decorating a cake and sending birthday greetings through a short video. then while HAYOUNG and MINJI are doing their vlive, the rest of the members and EUNSOOK will be singing ‘happy birthday’ and showing the decorated cake to the camera. soon after, they will show the birthday greetings and slowly end the vlive session.

sibéal ( labelle ) de'tarde, human fighter.

bastion ( labelle ) de'tarde, tiefling rogue.

bastion and sibéal are brother and sister, born eight years apart to the renowned sorceress manon labelle and her high society husband ignacio de'tarde. sibéal, the first-born, spent the first eight years of her life in the lavish labelle family estate, receiving the most sought after magical training as a birthright. the labelles were an ancient family of sorcerers who's influence on the community around them had been immense for several hundred years; for as long as anyone could remember there had been a labelle in the public eye, wielding their powers for the good of the people.

dark secret. a pact, made in a young city by a young man. every few years, a labelle child will be born sprouting horns and a tail. a child marked for sacrifice for the continuation of the pact.

when sibéal is eight years old, her younger brother is born. he is a screaming pink bundle, but the hue is not that of any human child. the baby boy is a shocking shade of pink, and two bulging nubs protrude from his forehead. bastion is marked for sacrifice.

manon tears her way through the birth-chamber only moments after having given birth. that night the little family escape the labelle estate, and vanish into faerun.

after a long journey, they eventually arrive in baldur's gate, where they live anonymous lives. for a short time they can keep bastion disguised, but one morning when manon casts the spell, it backfires and instead twists flames up her arms, wretching her in pain. with the pact unsatisfied, the magic has not only abandoned the labelle family, but as punishment the formerly famed sorcerers now suffer wild magic surges when in the proximity of spellcasting. the labelles have become allergic to the very thing they claimed as their birthright.

abandoned by her magic and irreversibly damaged by that first surge of wild magic, manon no longer feels able to protect her family on her own. instead, she turns to her daughter, and begins to raise a soldier capable of protecting them both in her place.

through the years in baldur's gate, sibéal hones her abilities and becomes a force to be reckoned with, while bastion spends most of his time trying to live a life as shrunken into himself as possible, being taught to fear what lurks around every corner.

when bastion is 23 and sibeal 31, they've grown into very different people. bastion is a well-manned, soft spoken young man with sloping shoulders. he grows his hair out to cover the horns, keeps his tail wrapped tightly around his leg as to avoid drawing attention, and spends his days solving other people's problems. sibéal on the other hand is a stoic, no-nonsense woman.

General Guidelines

001. We are a closed roleplay, do not add or interact with outsiders. remember to keep your friends list clean. If unsure if your friend list is up to date keep track of departure announcements or ask base to check for you.

002: We are a non-au roleplay, so please roleplay as your faceclaim and have at least some prior knowledge of your character. we accept all faceclaims in the entertainment industry. muses and muns must be at least 17 years of age internationally before applying. we do not allow any faceclaims who wish to not be roleplayed, are deceased, or are currently involved in scandals.

003: There is no dating ban, we just ask you to please take time to get to know people before getting into a relationship. there is a maximum of a six year age gap between partners. marriages are allowed after one month of dating, and pregnancies are allowed whenever you feel is the right time for your characters, but no single character pregnancies please. move-in couples are accepted, just please state in your application.

004: Members can temporarily character change (tcc) every two weeks, and character change (cc) once a month. all tcc's last for a period of five days! if your request to cc is denied, you are not allowed to leave the roleplay just to apply as your desired faceclaim.

005: Hiatuses last up to one month, while semi-hiatuses last up to two weeks. if you do not return at least 72 hours after the end date of your hiatus, you will be removed for inactivity. If an extension is needed please inform the base to prevent removal.

006: Indicate out of character (ooc) using a form of brackets if outside the designated group. no ooc drama will be tolerated, and please try to avoid in character (ic) drama as much as possible. psswrd: what is your favorite Studio Ghibli movie? if you are uncomfortable with anyone or anything please inform the base account so it may be addressed accordingly.

007: Face-chasing, otp chasing, and god-modding are not allowed. you are expected to try and interact with everyone, not just your significant other.

008: Keep all nsfw images off the general timeline. memes are acceptable as long as they do not contain any nudity or graphic images. everything else must be kept in the designated group.

009: Please avoid any form of cliques as much as possible. We want everyone to feel welcome here so remember to greet everyone any chance you get. If you want to encourage others by hosting a game please use the games group, you don’t need permission from the base as long as it’s not hosted during the time of an activity check.

010: Activity begins as soon as you arrive. if you are inactive for a period of four days or more, you will receive a warning. failure to respond to the warning within 24 hours will result in your removal. hiding in pm or just updating your profile photo does not count as activity. if you are removed from the roleplay you must wait five days before reapplying. if your account gets disabled you have three days to message the aff with your new information.

due to this being a side blog , i’ve opted to use posts for the important information rather than making a carrd for her just yet. i hope everyone understands! thanks for following and taking time to read my information.

001. ― as stated on my pinned post , this blog is mutuals only , which means that i will only interact with those who i follow ( from my main blog @vvithteeth ) and are also following me here. there are no exceptions to this rule. it can take anywhere from five minutes to five business days for me to follow back , but if i haven't by then ― chances are that i won't.

002. ― activity on this blog can be anywhere from medium to low depending on what's going on irl and how active my other blog(s) are. i have a full time job , i am a single mom , and sometimes life gets super overwhelming and i just kinda stick to discord. that username is available to mutuals , all you have to do is ask!

003. ― this muse was born to me personally after hearing a tiny story from a supporting character in season one of amazon’s the boys. i have taken that story from that character’s point of view and expanded on it to create the character you’ll meet here , noelle cross. so while technically ‘ ice princess ‘ is a canon character from the television show , we know nothing about her but this one thing so everything else is my own interpretation. i take a ton of inspiration from marvel’s white queen , but i put a boy’s twist on it.

004. ― since this isn't my only ( or main ) blog , plot driven threads , ships , and verses have priority over others. it is just easier for me when i know the general direction we're trying to go , especially if i can't be on for a few days it is easy to lose muse for something if i'm unsure where to go with it.

005. ― please do not interact with me either ic or ooc if you also interact with / follow siren ( hawkinsborn ) or any affiliated blog , claudia ( zomzed ) or any affiliated blog , or infinitelycomplexpuzzles or any affiliated blog. i have no problem with sharing what my issues are with these people if asked privately but i will not be posting things to the dash about it , thank you.

006. ― anon is ( almost ) permanently disabled and unlikely to be turned on for the foreseeable future. too often people take advantage of the feature and send childish things in a weird attempt to hurt someone's feelings. well ― we don't do that here. if i do turn it on , for a meme most likely , and get anon hate , i will immediately screenshot it and post it in my discord group chat and laugh about you with my mean girl friends. it will not be posted to the dash , i will not make a big deal about it , and you will not get your sick satisfaction so ― don't waste your time!

007. ― if you've made it this far , please know that I LOVE YOU! i go by Vee ( ꜰᴏʀ ᴠᴇɴᴅᴇᴛᴛᴀ ᴏꜰ ᴄᴏᴜʀꜱᴇ ) i am 21+ and i prefer she / her pronouns but won't take offense to they / their. i have gone by other aliases in the past , and several different urls. i don't broadcast but i have no problem sharing when asked. i live in the US ( sorry ) and am in the central time zone. i'm most often mobile bound during the daytime hours , and can be fully online in the evenings and on the weekends.
