Brian must be heartbroken about some of these items Mary is auctioning off, particularly his acoustic guitar. There’s a photo in the Queen in 3-D book of him and Freddie sitting in a couch, just the two of them, with Freddie holding the guitar, and he wrote: “It’s Freddie and myself in a quiet moment. Freddie played the guitar pretty well… That’s the Humming Bird, probably my favorite acoustic guitar of all time. Freddie is giving it a workout!” 💔

Yes, I remember this part. Brian always has such a wistful way of describing simple things, it makes my heart hurt.

I can't help but think Brian is upset to think that a lot of Freddie's things like that are going to go off to some random rich person, yeah. Brian has Freddie's touring piano, so I can definitely picture him wanting his acoustic guitar and--hello--the handwritten lyrics to "Bohemian Rhapsody." I really do wonder how he feels hearing the news, given that he's such a sentimental person, puts a lot of value into material objects (he was devastated when his house flooded and stuff got destroyed), and clearly tries to feel closer to Freddie in various ways that he can, such as having his Funko Pop on his nightstand, using a mug with Freddie's image on it, etc., and those are just cheap items that never belonged to Freddie. I'm sure Brian could afford to be the highest bidder at an auction if he really wants the guitar or something else that badly, but still, I doubt Mary asked if he (or any loved ones) wanted any of Freddie's stuff first, and it must suck if he had to find out all of Freddie's things are going to be sold the way we did.

The Lackadaisy Pilot reminded me of idea I had for a character in Rivals of Aether.  Meet "The Calico Crook", Mr. MaCavity! A gentleman thief from the steampunk island of Scattland. Inspired by Sly Cooper as he appeared in Playstation All-Stars: Battle Royal, he's got a hook-shaped staff for range and gadgets for traps and stage control. He even has the same quirk Sly had in PSAS:BR where instead of Blocking or Dodging, he turns near invisible allowing for sneaky attacks!

What if Scenarios: Dillon or Tenaya

What if Dillon wasn’t a human with robot parts but a robot with human parts?

D44 would be the ultimate merger of man and machine with Tenaya 7 built as a red herring

The idea of siblings would be inspired by vengix watching the boom twins in captivity and seeing how they reacted to tenaya 7’s lies

D44 would not free ziggy from prison leaving him to rot for his remaining days

Once D44 had the black morpher and Tenaya had also successfully gotten the green morpher the final attack would begin

The boom twins would find the ruins of corenth never any the wiser it once housed other rangers there

Since it’s always been implied that vengix has a certain reverence for his creator he would probably have Dillon and Tenaya bring her back after they defeat the rest of the rangers not really bothering to see the boom twins as a threat since they know sooner or later they’re not going to be able to find food anymore

Hunebedden zijn de oudste gebouwde monumenten van Nederland. Ongeveer 5000 jaar geleden werden ze gebouwd door de mensen van de Trechterbekercultuur. Om deze bijzondere grafkamers en hun omgeving nog beter te helpen beschermen, deelde Marjolein Verschuur, Hoofd regio Noord-Oost van de Rijksdienst voor het Cultureel Erfgoed, vandaag archeologische rijksmonumentenpaspoorten uit aan de eigenaren en beheerders van 49 van de 53 Nederlandse hunebedden. Dat deed ze bij hunebed D27, het grootste hunebed van Nederland, dat naast het Hunebedcentrum in Borger ligt. In het archeologisch rijksmonumentenpaspoort staat algemene informatie over het hunebed en informatie over het gebruik en beheer: wat kan en mag er wel en wat niet? De paspoorten zijn een hulpmiddel bij de bescherming van hunebedden. Nederland kent circa 1.500 archeologische rijksmonumenten. Om eigenaren beter te informeren over 'hun' monument geeft de Rijksdienst voor het Cultureel Erfgoed (RCE) per monument een archeologisch rijksmonumentenpaspoort uit. Eigenaren vinden in het archeologisch rijksmonumentenpaspoort hoe het monument eruitziet, wat het is, hoe oud het is en waar het ligt. Ook biedt het paspoort informatie over waarom we archeologische resten beschermen en willen behouden voor de toekomst. Dit kan alleen door er samen goed voor te zorgen. Hierin probeert de RCE eigenaren zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen. Samen streven we naar een goed rentmeesterschap. Grote betekenis monumenten Hunebedden vormen een onmisbaar onderdeel van het landschap en de cultuurhistorie van Drenthe. Ze zijn geladen met een grote cultuurhistorische en symbolische betekenis en ze zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van de identiteit van Drenthe. Ze vormen niet voor niets het begin van de Canon van Nederland. In totaal zijn er nog 53 zichtbare hunebedden in Nederland. Naast 52 Drentse hunebedden ligt er ook een in het Groningse Noordlaren. Op vier hunebedden na (D32, 34, 36, 37) zijn ze allemaal aangewezen als archeologisch rijksmonument. Zeer waarschijnlijk stonden er ook hunebedden in Friesland, Overijssel en mogelijk zelfs in de provincie Utrecht. Die zijn allemaal verdwenen. Er hebben vermoedelijk tussen de 80 en 100 hunebedden in Nederland gestaan. Zorg voor hunebedden In Drenthe is er een lange traditie van zorg voor de hunebedden. De huidige beheerders Het Drentse Landschap, Staatsbosbeheer en een particuliere eigenaar doen er alles aan om de hunebedden en andere archeologische waarden te behouden voor huidige en toekomstige generaties. Ongeveer de helft van de Drentse hunebedden is eigendom van de provincie en wordt beheerd door Het Drentse Landschap. De andere helft is eigendom van het rijk en wordt beheerd door Staatsbosbeheer. Hunebed D44 in Emmen is particulier eigendom. Hunebedden zijn individueel en door de jaren heen collectief onderwerp van veel studie geweest. In de huidige tijd is de wetenschappelijke aandacht vooral gericht op de sociale en ideologische betekenis in regionale en Noordwest-Europese context. Het Hunebedcentrum in Borger houdt op de website hunebednieuwscafe.nl de laatste ontwikkelingen van onderzoek naar hunebedden bij. Over hunebedden Vroeger dacht men dat hunebedden door reuzen waren gemaakt. Het woord hune betekent reus in het Nederduits. De hunebedden zijn de oudste, zichtbare archeologische monumenten van Nederland. Het zijn de collectieve grafmonumenten van een prehistorische boerencultuur. Deze dankt haar naam, 'Trechterbekercultuur', aan de karakteristieke vorm van het aardewerk dat in grote hoeveelheden in de hunebedden is aangetroffen. Hunebedden zijn in feite de oudste grafheuvels die we kennen. In acht van de twaalf Drentse gemeenten zijn hunebedden te vinden. Daarbij spant de gemeente Borger-Odoorn de kroon met niet alleen het grootste hunebed van Nederland (D27 bij het Hunebedcentrum in Borger) maar ook de meeste hunebedden van heel Drenthe, achttien in totaal.
