Struggling with ROCD is hard and unfair, it can feel like some days are the last joys you'll ever experience with your loved ones and others are just high alert anxiety over when the other shoe will drop.
Take time to let yourself unwind and recover from the battles, okay? You're loved ones won't go anywhere or think harshly of you. Everyone has their days when the intrusive thoughts get too much, be kind to yourself bud.
it's good to give yourself space to shake off the false fear flags, just remember to eat and partake in something that makes you happy 💜

moderate to good day today! dropped my mom off at her volunteer hours today and stopped at a cute cafe for a scone (expensive but delicious). drove 3 total hours to get to the PP bc they couldn't see me telehealth and it would have been a month wait to see them closer to home, but the PA was super nice and helpful. it took her three tries to get blood out of me but i did get a sticker. also stopped at the best buy to return a hard drive id bought but don't need rn and the very nice staffer gave me a full refund instead of store credit even tho i was 2 days past the return window.

you and solomon were insufferable.
sometimes the brothers thought you both did it on purpose. they wouldnt put it past solomon to be so lovey dovey with you just to rub it in their face, but you would never! right? still every time they saw you and solomon being domestic together every one of them had to hold back the feeling that you were doing this to get under their skin.
they’d catch you cooking for solomon, humming to yourself while he sits nearby reading a book or working on something quietly. you would help solomon put on his jacket when he would leave and sometimes he’d tie your shoes for you. or you would feed him a bite of your desert from your spoon. you both ran errands for each other. you’d even write solomon little notes for him to find. it was like the two of you were an old married couple, domestic and in love, and it annoyed the brothers to no end.
they never said anything to you, but every now and then solomon would catch a glimpse of them scowling at him, and he was living for it.
