Love From. fromis_9 Concert Day 3

The last day never disappoints. My voice is totally gone but I had so much fun.

Today was definitely the loudest out of all three days. I wasn’t a believer, but the final concert day hype is real. The closing comments at the end were wayyy longer, and everyone was in tears.

Here’s a dump of what happened and some of my thoughts. I’ll try to organize this better when I get back to the US:

Stay This Way takes the #2 spot on my title track list, bumping down LOVE BOMB and slightly edging out DKDK. I don’t think I’ll ever forget the roar from the crowd all three nights, with the last night being SO LOUD. The fanchant and feeling will forever be ingrained in me.

I didn’t need my voice anyway so I went all out for WE GO. It’s still my favorite song and if that ever changes, I will die so so happy

The set list was the same, but there were two sections of the concert that got me SO freaking hyped up.

WE GO => LOVE BOMB => Airplane Mode => FLY HIGH was crazy. Two killer titles, my favorite b-side WITH choreo, and then Hayoung/Jiwon singing with so much emotion and bringing back all the 2019 memories

Hush Hush => Cheese => Up And => Stay This Way was even crazier, and how could you top the first bullet point. Nakyung had her intro where she leaned in so we would make noise, shush us, the BGM would play, and then they’d start performing one of my favorite b-sides. Then the Love is Around subunit would come out with the selfie cameras for cheese and EVERYONE was singing the chorus. “웃어봐 더 예쁘게, 더 자연스럽게 장난스레 찡그린 건 okay“ and “하나씩, 하나씩, 하나씩, one, two, three, four“ parts. Then the cute Up And track would start playing and they had the cutest jumping/spinning choreo. And THEN the arena was just roaring because EVERYONE knew the Stay This Way fanchant and it holds all the memories of summer 2022.

They actually successfully baited us with the ending before they had another run of Think of You. When they said goodbye like twice before the actual ending, I don’t think a single person believed them lol

People were chanting “encore” the entire three minutes the curtain was down

When they were doing the 4행시 with Love From (러브프롬) and Jiheon called Saerom out for dancing cute, and then the crowd bullied rom with the 이새롬 chant until she did it

When they changed up the wave today. We went from Yeosu River to Haeundae to Venice Beach LMAO (left to right, right to left, and then front to back). Hayoung the captain of doing the weird stuff

When Nakko was talking about airplane mode being her favorite performance and then Hayoung danced a part, but Jiwon was like “unnie why are you tryharding” and the we all booed her. Hayoung was like “but it’s our first concert!!!!” so Jiwon apologized right away and Hayoung made her tryhard dance to airplane mode too lmao

When they were asking us what our favorite performance was and it dragged on for a few minutes, then Jiheon was like “every time we try listening for an answer, all we hear is “RNLGAMERALGRA!?!?!>!!?!?! EARNGAEGA” lol. It was worse when we did it section by section so they had to start picking raised hands

When Hayoung said we should be together forever and never get married and all the members (led by Jisun) were like “NONONONONO YOU HAVE TO GET MARRIED”

When Hayoung started addressing the crowd with “flover 🥺” and we would respond with “예” at full blast, so she kept doing it and then Rom caught on

When they were giving closing comments and Chaeyoung went down the line and talked about what she loved about each member. I was basically crying when she talked about Jiwon’s energy and how she was always the reason for the other members to smile

We actually didn’t grief the slogans tonight, and for the first time, we all took out our phones and made the ocean of lights. I hope the crowd looked amazing to them

When Nakko kept saying she wouldn’t cry but when Chaeyoung got to her, she was completely in tears

When they tried reading the letter in a fake crying tone, and when Jiheon read hers at the end, I’m pretty sure everyone almost cried at that exact moment. I can’t believe the order from left to right was Hayoung Jiwon Saerom Jisun Nakyung Seoyeon Jiheon Chaeyoung. You have the captain feels at the beginning and then the members that won’t cry, and then Jiheon/Chaeng have to bring out the feels all again

I feel so blessed this all happened. I was going to come anyways, but I had already planned this trip and the concert slotted into the one weekend I would be in Seoul. I was able to get tickets for all three days, and I didn’t run into any hiccups. And on the third day, I picked the lucky draw and got all the members photocards. If I had to remember one time I felt shocked, I wish I could record that one. When I saw the hole in my photocard and knew it was the lucky draw, I almost fell over and the staff lady was in the middle of saying “if you happen to get a lucky draw” but then she went 👀👀👀 and told me to exchange it. What a way to stick to ot8, not even having to pick and choose these rare concert photocards because I have them all.

After these 4.5 years with all the ups and downs, I can say I was with them for their first concert. It’s like the culmination of all our memories and experiences together from all this time feel even more real because we came together for this.

20대 플로버으로서는 살면서 후회 하나도 없다. 진심으로 행복합니다.
