Classic wooden nameplate! Readings for the left name, 平栗, are split pretty evenly between Hirakuri and Hiraguri, but in rare cases it may be read Heguri. The right name is 坂部 Sakabe.
平 means flat/even or peace. It's read たい.ら, たい.らげる, ひら, ヘイ, ビョウ, or ヒョウ.
栗, like we covered the other day, makes this a food name! It means chestnut, and it's read くり, おののく, リツ, or リ.
坂 means slope, incline, or hill. It’s read さか or ハン.
部 comes up a lot but we've never properly covered it. It means part/portion, section (bureau, class, department), or copy, and it's the counter for copies of newspapers, magazines, etc.* It's read べ or ブ.
*The number of pages comprising a document is counted with 枚 (マイ), while the number of copies is counted with 部 (ブ). To cite a page number, you use 頁 (ぺえじ).

こちらの喫茶で何かを戴くと会計時に小さなういろうをいただけます。抹茶のういろうかと思って選んだのですが、上部は抹茶ういろうで下部は白のういろうの2つを併せたものでした。更にひねりがあって、真ん中に美味しい栗が隠れてました。それぞれが美味しく、合わさって更に美味しい素敵なういろうです。
名古屋の雀おどり總本店の 抹茶と白のういろ です。

✿ 栗きんとん | Kuri Kinton
・栗を用いた和菓子。京都では似た形式の菓子を栗茶巾（くりちゃきん）とも呼ぶ。炊いた栗に砂糖を加え、茶巾で絞って形を整える。近年では平仮名表記の「栗きんとん」が多く用いられるが、漢字では一般的に「栗金飩」と表記する。
・地域ブランド「中津川栗きんとん」が認定されており、岐阜県・中津川市の名物として認知されている。江戸時代中期ごろに中津川宿で旅人に提供されていたという説があり、現在では中津川駅前には「発祥の地」の石碑があり中津川市が発祥の地として知られている。中津川市・恵那市などでは約30店舗が栗きんとんを販売しているが、元祖とされる元禄年間創業のすや、1864年（元治元年）創業の川上屋の2つの老舗が特に知られている。

栗きんとん1,814円（6個入り・税込）／すや（岐阜県）
ラジオでaikoがすやの栗きんとんを取り寄せていると言っていた。すやという言葉が妙で引っかかったものの、栗きんとんに全く興味がなくそのままスルーしていた。
ある日、会社に贈答品としてすやの栗きんとんがきた。ラジオでうっすら聞いたアレか。正月にあるべちゃっとした栗きんとんではない、思ってたんと違う！と食べてみると、ほの甘く栗そのものでおいしい。それ以来、今度は季節になったら自分で買おうと思っていた。栗きんとんは9月1日から材料がなくなる（だいたい1月）までの販売。写真は9月になってから髙島屋で購入したもの。すやの店舗以外では、都市部の髙島屋か阪神百貨店で取り扱いがある。
栗そのものの味なのはそれもそのはず。使われているのは栗と砂糖だけ。濾した栗のなめらかさのなかに小さな栗のかけらを感じられる。保存料は使われていないので、日持ちはしない。
「すや」という店名が妙に思っていたらHPによると、
「創業は元禄年間。江戸から下ってきた一人の武士が、この宿場町に住みつき、「十八屋」の屋号で酢の店を開いた」
とあるので、「酢屋」ということなんだろう。そこから、100年後に菓子屋へと変わったようで不思議。
栗きんとんってもっとクリーム状でおせちに入っているやつでは？と思っていたら、東濃地区（岐阜県南東部）あたりでは、すやのような形の和菓子を栗きんとんというそう。

An adorable and unusual nameplate, and a pretty name! The surname 栗津 can be read Kuritsu or Awazu.
栗, which is made up of 木 tree and 西 west, means chestnut. It can be read くり (the word for chestnut) or おののく, リツ, or リ.
It's easy to mistake for 粟 millet (which has 米 rice on the bottom) or 要 need (which has 女 woman on the bottom (about which I will refrain from comment at this time)).
津, as you might remember, means haven, port, harbor, or ferry. It's read つ or シン. It's made up of 氵 the water radical and 聿 the brush radical (yes, the top part of 書, meaning to write).
