What to eat in a week 一週吃什麼：路易莎週 @vavapapaya 前一陣子腸胃變得很虛弱，回顧那時候的飲食，我發現自己跟食物的關係變得過於粗暴，以至於鮮少覺察自己的每天攝取了哪些不適合自己的東西。 當我再進一步仔細檢視，我發現不只是飲食，我讓很多不合適的事物進入到自己的生活中。當你急於做某些事時，反而可能忘記最初引起你啟程的那份感動是什麼。As I looked more closely, I realized that it wasn’t just my diet — I was letting many things that weren’t suitable for me into my life. When you’re in a rush to do something, you may forget what it was that originally inspired you to embark on that journey. 如果不時常省察自己的內在，很容易被這些不是的欲求反噬。 If you don’t regularly examine your inner self, it’s easy to be consumed by these false desires and have them turn against you. 然而，生命裡所有的足跡就像沙灘上的腳印，你隨時都可以讓生命的浪刷掉那些不是你的東西，只要你願意。However, all the footprints in life are like footprints on the beach, you can always let the waves of life wash away the things that are not yours, as long as you are willing. 就如同這禮拜的我，想記錄自己吃了什麼、接收了什麼，想讓哪些事進到我裡面。每一天、每一刻，都是一種練習。 Just like me this week, I want to keep track of what I eat, what I receive, and what I let in.
