To be very honest, the only thing I find genuinely interesting about jujutsu kaisen besides the art is the storyline at the beginning of Season 2.
I couldn't care less about what sukuna and kenjaku were up to. Literally the relationship and drama around gojo and geto is what kept me on the edge of my seat. Otherwise the manga for me feels pretty basic ? Itadori is supposed to be the main character but he's so sidelined in his own story ? Everybody else keeps dying too fast for me to care about it ?
Like I wish the manga was actually about early gojo, geto, nanami and co. I wish instead of a 2 episode flashback we had the entire manga dedicated to geto slow descent to madness and events that unfold. Can you imagine jujutsu kaisen as a psychological horror anime ? Waaahhh
And obviously this is just my personal opinion don't crucify me I'm not saying the manga is bad just ....

i so so sooo badly wanna show what imani and matthias look like when they were 11-12, 15-16, 18-19 but i don't wanna spoil the edits i'm making and it's Killing me
#river dipping#imani kinda has always had a baby face bc of her puffy gorgeous cheeks so the changes with her are subtle#like it's all about the way she dresses when she's finally free from her (and matthias's old) hellish boarding school#like i'm really proud of how she looks at 19 the switch up from 16 to 19 brings me so much joy!! you can see the change!!#the identity she's starting to build for herself!! the person she will become!!!!! and it's fun bc she's a fashion girlie#but it's kind of fumbling like she didn't have the chance to ever really dress herself before and she dresses young for sure#she wants to try everything she couldn't growing up yk... <3#and then with matthias you can tell he's a baby bc his face isn't as sharp and he didn't start gaining muscle until he was#living with imani those interim years when he was waiting for the estate to be his#i do think he got noticeably strong from 15-18 tho just by nature of having to defend himself so frequently... anyway

Baby’s first successful molt under our care ♥
#Spider#Nhandu Chromatus#I'm extremely relieved hhhh#There was a bit of a scare and I was kinda really stressed out for a solid hour or so afterwards#I love ma to bits but she's not someone who always thinks through her actions very well#So like I said before I knew Baby was in premolt and I fully intended to leave them alone outside of feeding and watering#Well turns out feeding day had to be incredibly postponed! I didn't even get a chance to see them during molt#Which tbh it probably a good thing I wouldn't want to have stressed them out#Unfortunately because of that tho I also didn't have a chance to let ma know that they'd molted and would look weird#She wasn't aware of how spiders look when they're freshly molted so she got worried - normally not a problem#Except that she then proceeds to Pick Up Baby's Enclosure and tilt it to try to get Baby to move to make sure they were still alive#Like! That!! Hhhhhphew I know she didn't know but of all the things she could've done in that moment hahaaa#Spiders do look kinda dead when they're in molt and I guess I should've sat her down to explain or come with her or Literally Anything#But - luckily - Baby was stressed but seems uninjured from the spook#I'm just glad this all happened /after/ the molt because Baby could've straight up died if she'd tried that while they were doing that#Hhhh anyway!! Baby looks to be in good health!!#Still soft as you can see from the red fangs hehe ♥ But an absolute beauty!#That's not a trick of photography either btw :D Those are actually blood-red fangs! They're currently see-through and will darken over time#Aren't they a gorgeous colour ♪ Once they harden up back to black I can finally feed them again they're surely super hungry#The molt is also in great quality! I accidentally tangled the abdomen and separated the thorax cap ouq But aside from that!#Baby did an amazing job I'm super proud <3

#kard hi touch was so startling#I thought we were just gonna pass by in a straight line from one end of the room to another but noooooo#we were all in line then we went into this room that had a divider & around the corner of the divider is where it was happening#so I didnt get any time to warm up to seeing them before getting in front of them#it was just turn the corner and BAM Matthew is right there perched on the table😭#as a short person im always a bit intimidated or just hyperconscious of tall ppl but he's like super tall & a rlly big guy#but not in the intimidating kinda way - more like in the friendly giant kinda way#he was super hyped up during the show but at the end he looked SO tired but he still smiled super warmly & seemed rlly nice BUT EVEN THO#I WAS SO NERVOUS like this is my PRESIDENT & I was overwhelmed by his presence & could barely process that he was in front of my face#then somin was there & OMFG I ofc knew she's rlly pretty but cameras do not do her justice cuz she's like so stunningly gorgeous in person#that I was thrown off guard but she seemed so sweet making an effort to make direct eye contact while greeting each person#eye contact makes my anxiety📈📉📈📉& it was already all over the place w how fast things were happening so when I came around to jiwoo#I was still recovering then Jseph started making EYE CONTACT w me and said 'thank u for coming' & I was so caught up mentally going#'wait a min is he talking to me??' & said thank u back THEN IT WAS OVER & I was like WTF WHY CANT I REMEMBER JIWOO?!?!#I spent a good hour b4 falling asleep tryna recall my moment w her until it finally resurfaced & even now its hazy#I cant recall if she said anything but I just remember her having a rlly warm & friendly smile#ahhhh anyway it went by sooo fast but I enjoyed all 20-30 secs of it & im so proud to be a hidden kard#kard#bm#somin#jiwoo#j.seph

actually changed my mind im gonna do laundry then sort my dolls first bc i realized a lot in my box (lady + kate / the jo copy / miriam unfortunately) will be given makeovers so why would i keep them with the rest of my dolls up here …. itll clear up space and help me prioritize what i need to take downstairs
#the one im nervous abt is miriam bc i was sooooo happy when i got her even if she was looking a bit rough bc i can never find black dolls at#thrift stores#*black porcelain dolls i mean lol#but in my excitement i ignored the fact she was like an ashy grey and its soooo bad so im wondering since its already bad if i can experimen#with painting the porcelain with acrylics or even using pastels….just to get her darker#and also she has dreads which will be sooooo fun to figure out how to do with yarn im so serious if it goes well shell be so gorgeous#everyone else will prob be fine tho im wondering if i should replace kate and ladys wigs to match the brunette of red …. things to consider
