#periodical life updates #*lays in bed solemnly with my hands clasped like a corpse to be buried* so tomorrow im going to a deaf event for my asl class.#im very nervous since i can't even get through conversations in english right so idk how i'll do with a language i only know the basics of #im still pretty terrible at receptive interpreting. i already know i can't read signs from my classmates.#i see their hands move and i can't comprehend it even when they sign it again and again. oughh. wish i didnt have forgetting disorder.#i feel like im going to forget all the vocabulary i learned. i only know about 240 words more or less.#i know the people will likely be nice and hopefully be patient and i can write things down if i need to communicate but WAUHGH.#listen. i embarrassed myself in front of a coffeeshop employee because i didn't know how to order a drink and just left immediately.#and that was IN ENGLISH. i cant have normal conversations already!! I'm starting to question if I should even bother with the stupid paper.... I'm probably just gonna fail anyways lmao

#ive been running around stuck on Babysitter Duty for the past three days and the teacher only gave us any instructions on thursday yet #somehow expected a full paper done and edited by sunday. even if i wasnt stuck on babysitter duty she'd get a shitty paper just due to how #little TIME that is to get things done. but because i am on babysitter duty uhhh..... well so far there's no paper #ive been spending practically full days having to take care of my sister and i cant just Ignore Her so i havent done my paper while watchin #her because again: my focus needs to be on Her. and shes incredibly loud which makes it super hard to focus. fun combo /s #so i was like 'i'll just stay up Really Late and do it then' but that hasn't worked because my sister WONT GO TO BED if im awake. i was up #until 4am last night hoping she'd fall asleep and shut up and i could work but Nope!#and then i got too tired to even care anymore #i've tried explaining this to others and they're just like 'ok well you just need to find a way to make it work :/' which is very much #easier said than done! and im scared about this paper because this teacher doesnt accept late work at all for pretty much any reason #and im sure she wont understand my situation. because shes also the teacher that didnt understand that i didnt have the textbook on time #because it was still being shipped and i dont control the rate at which book ships and she was like #'..........okay well you still need to have the book by tomorrow at least <3' when i told her the book had Just shipped and idk when i'd ge #the dumb thing. so yknow i dont have high hopes about this #also just as extra 'make stuff more difficult' i have zero accommodations because my mom cant keep track of my fucking IEPs and they wont #let me have accommodations unless i have that and idk how to get a copy anymore. so i've also been running around with no help in that area #and it's not great </3 #idk im just stressed out and frustrated and i Want To Cry :)#vent

pact is so mean to me because blake (pre dying badly) should according to all natural laws of the universe piss himself and get suicidal about it at least once and he gets SOOO close one time even but he Doesnt. and then after he dies badly and it would be Even More Fun for him to piss himself because he's grimier and gives less of a fuck he doesn't even have a bladder. so i can't make up circumstances. :(.

i have so much fun with ffxiv bc like. me and my friends that play have a wol team and we roleplay tons when we're able to all be on at the same time

sure it takes forever to actually progress bc we're all having hours-long scenes after story events to work out the impact on everyone and, in some cases, who was impacted more than the others (like thorgeim being the one who got framed during that one incident, whereas the dragoon wol had a lot of specific stuff during heavensward, etc)

i'm told there's some shit later on that Complicates the wol-team idea but i don't want spoilers and i'm confident we can work it out when we get there so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

#we basically all rp together bc we don't want to get story spoilers from randos...can't even visit venues without that being an issue :(#but it's nice having a static party for basically every story dungeon and fight #we're at....early-mid stormblood now i think? after like...two years lol though part of that is just not having time to play #so many maxed out sidequests and lore things tho...it's great #stirring up trouble #we have another friend who doesn't roleplay but does have some fun insights from time to time and has many helpful tips #and their character is thorgeim's wifey lmfao. they're both so grossly over-the-top affectionate lolol #and then one more friend who basically never plays with us these days but when they do it's like. Top Tier Roleplay. i love...#currently trying to convert other friends to ffxiv (though realistically we're not gonna be on much for a bit but still)...join us...#become part of the wol team....lets get a whole sentai group going lmfao #that or join our all-viera side group bc that is. definitely a Thing. massive tonal shift from the wol team lol i love them sm #the bundie brigade!! their whole gimmick is doing all their fighting in their skivvies basically to show how tough and/or agile they are #they started out as just being silly side characters and became MUCH more than that...oops we gave them lore and trauma #ugh ok i need to stop yelling abt this now. it is Bed Time and i have shit to do tomorrow.#i should draw and post them at some point tho...i love them sm....
