what to do instead of binging
take a nap
brush your teeth
take a shower
do a skincare routine
try on some outfits
eat a balanced meal or snack (be careful, if you are in a binge mindset and food will trigger you, try some other distractions first.)
drink water (do this anyway!! go hydrate rn)
respond to the texts/snaps/dms you’ve been ignoring
text/snap/dm someone (a friend or a new person!)
work on class work/pick up an extra shift/get ahead of schedule
go for a walk
another form of exercise
browse social media (personally i like tumblr, instagram, and tiktok)
play a game on your phone
play a video game or board game
read
listen to music
watch music videos (personally i love kpop music videos)
watch a tv show or movie
go to sleep (if it’s late)
organize something (your room, desk, etc)
make a grocery list
go online shopping
