Hii ! Sorry for not being here during the past week I had my period and didn't feel like listening to 4n4, I did do OMAD most of the week but with kinda high cal meals, hopefully I can return to not 3ating tomorrow ! I hope everyone is going well and losing what they want !

Reached my gw 1 !! Down 5 kilos in a bit less than 2 weeks 🥹 meaning i could lose around 10kg/month so indeed be my gw my middle of august ! If i continue like that I could be my ugw early july !! If i counted right

Btw I'm so upset about eating so much yesterday because i need to eat 400kcals/day to reach my ugw on august 15 !! That's already in so long so if I eat that much then when will i ever be skinny ?? I know that I don't count my spend calories because when I include the calories burned in my cal count them my brain goes "oh but you can eat, you burned 1000kcals yesterday" like ?? That's not how you form a deficit if you allow yourself to eat because you spent a lot . . .

a calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight
why do u think omad works? cuz ur cutting out the cals from your other 2 meals and snacks. calorie deficit
keto? you get fuller on fats quicker and youre cutting out carbs. calorie deficit
vegeterian? youre cutting out fatty meats, fish, a lot of junk food that isnt vegetarian. calorie deficit
fruit based vegan? literally no fat, and all very low calorie high volume food. calorie deficit
carnivore? protein and fats are very filling, you end up eating less and cutting out lots of food groups. calorie deficit
intermittent fasting? you have less time to snack and are cutting out extra calories from that window. calorie deficit
no sugar? cutting out literally all junk food. calorie deficit
the point is, everyone out there at the moment is trying to sell you a new fad diet promising youll lose 30 lbs like magic but the truth is the only reason they work is because youre in a calorie deficit
you could eat 1000 cals of fruit or 1000 cals of mcdonalds fries a day, and youd still lose weight because youre in a deficit. thats not to say you wont feel better eating the fruit, its more filling and contains more vitamins etc. but the point is you will be in a calorie deficit and still losing weight either way
there is no magic secret trick to weight loss, there is nothing complicated about it. you eat less than you burn you will lose weight
stop buying into fads and overcomplicating things. its really that simple

I bought fish for protein and i so badly want to eat it but it will be too much cals because i already ate 90kcals (so it will be above my cal limit) so idk.. because while the fish itself isn't much calories, what i cook with it might be

My 25 reasons for ana that do not involve a s/o
to wear skirts
to wear mini shorts !!
to finally be able to buy clothes in shops and find my size easily
to spend less money, i am poor and everything goes in groceries
to be pretty of course
to lose boob size !!!
to get rid of the love handles and get small hips
to eat less because of smaller appetite
to have my health issues be taken more seriously instead of just being told that it's because my bmi is too high or that i'm fat
to have thin legs and no more fat in my back obviously
to make my mom proud
to have smaller number on the scale, i hate the current ones
to have visible collarbones
to have the skinny long fingers I dream of
to have my hip bones pocking out again
to stop having that weird food 'addiction' / to unlearn coping trough food
to stop weighting myself 3 times a day
so my tighs don't brush and hurt for days when i wear any dress or skirt or shorts
so my family stop repeating that I'm fat
so i can prove myself that i can stick to things and form habits
so i can wear crop tops
so i can feel happier
so i use less skincare products
so i can stop counting calories for silly things that don't change anything
because maintaining is easier than losing
