I am dreading my boyfriend coming home on Friday and losing all my progress.

Technically my fast has ended but I still don’t feel like eating lol
So I guess I will keep fasting? I’ve got a lot of body fat to sustain me lol
My plan was to switch to the cabbage soup diet and eat nothing but cabbage soup for the next 6 days but maybe I’ll fast for another day?
