a recent query has popped up in my comments and that is how do you cut idols in half ?? :3 (aka. HOW TO SPLIT AN IMAGE INTO TWO EVENLY 101)
i will show you how you can do it landscape and portrait -- and this is how i do it ! some people crop the image and and try to match up both images , but i like to do it this way because its easier for myself. just know how i do it isnt the only way.
i use a website called befunky to split my images as well as planning moodboards !!!
so youll start off like this , you can click/tap on every square (cell) and 'delete cell' until you have one left as you can see in the images above.
you will then notice theres a white line around the cell , please remove that by pressing on the icon circled and bringing the spacing down to 0%. on the same tab , change the width and height to 2000 x 1000 (for landscape) or 1000 x 2000 (for portrait). i will be sticking with portrait for this tutorial.
i will be using shin yuna and chopping her in half (im so sorry yuna.) -- and yeah i had to get it off reddit because i cant save off of instagram ๐๐๐ if youre on a mobile device , save the image and then add the image into the cell ; or if youre on a computer device , you can easily drag the photo into the cell.
so now we have silly yuna in the cell ! adjust to your liking (if you need to zoom , press on the image and press 'edit image') click/tap on the cell and press 'save to image manager'. now we have a cool cropped version of yuna sitting in the image manager !
change your dimensions to 1000 x 1000 and then add in your image (but the most recent one (which would be on the left-hand side)). once you have your image in , drag it to the very very top and then save it. do the same thing where you drag to the very very bottom and then save it. if youre doing landscape , pretty much follow those steps but drag left or right.
this will be your result !! i hope this has helped anybody. again , this isnt the only way you have to do it , there are several other ways you can split an image.
