Monthly -- body checks, 200k step goal per month, 1 "cheat day", BMI checks
Habits -- only eating around other people, throwing out food that i should not eat, drinking more water, using my diet trackers, updating my accountability threads on tumblr and twitter, actually purging, walking everyday, doing small routine exercises, not letting myself get thrown off my schedule.

I am 5'3"/160cm !
I use Lose It!, Life, and Apple Health! For any calculations, I have a physical journal and I use my calculator <33 Thank you for the question!!
