you know what? to make up for mike’s godawful monologue in 4x09, he should get the most ‘beautiful emotional gut turning falling to my knees sobbing into my hands’ monologue in season 5. i’m talking hop’s season 3 epilogue kinds of emotional. most of the ga is doubting mike’s (and finn’s for the matter) ability to be genuine and heartfelt, and i’m not gonna stand for that.

I know Byler is endgame because this season alone, not even counting the others, there were at least 5 tropes that serve a purpose of creating romantic tension between two characters that were used for Byler. They literally created romantic tension between Mike and Will this season. Why would they do that just to be like "ha sike Mike is straight and will reject Will" next season??? It doesn't make sense.
