binged last night on the plane and in the airport. i had an edible and i basically only got the munchies and barely any high. shit. so i purged on the plane which resulted in a panic attack so i looked fucking crazy next to my family.

i ❤️ being sick so i have an excuse to not eat anything all day!
I lost 3lbs and passed my GW2 by 2lbs
I’ve been at such a plateau the last couple of days so i almost cried of happiness when I weighed up this morning.
So i’ve officially lost 12lbs from my starting weight which is NEARLY A STONE.
Small GW’s always make me more motivated- i’m the happiest i’ve been in the past miserable two weeks!

Me:
I go by ‘Stig’ online, I just turned 18 in January (cursed to be a capricorn sorry). If you are not 17+ I won’t be moots with you-nothing personal just duh. I’m a dude (he/him). I love musical theatre and hoping to go to drama school! I love boygenius, frank ocean and nick drake. my favourite show at the moment is Hannibal NBC, which is ironically all about food… I struggle with disordered eating episodes along with general symptoms of mental illness (depression and anxiety). Just not going great up in old noggin lol.

honestly- nikocado avocado is the GOAT at making me not want to eat- but i <3 Zach Choi because he actually gives the best asmr while making me not hungry 🤤
currently having wasabi seaweed thins which r my favs because they r really spicy (for me) and only 22 calories- they take me about 30 mins to eat lmaooooo.
i was forced to eat at school lunch so i went on a “mental health walk” (i speed walked off 250 calories 😙)

having an 3d with strict parents<<<<<
my mum knows what i look and act like when i have had these and it SUCKS because now i have to rethink all my old techniques because she is hyper aware. Objectively i know im very lucky to have someone like her but jesus i don’t want anyone to find out, whoever said we do this for attention i think is pretty mistaken….

OMG YAY MY FIRST ASK!! It can be hard but it’s definitely possible, I will make a list of tips for you :3 also please please ask me more questions this is so fun guys..
The first and most important tip: Save all of your calories for when you are in front of your parents, that means ⭐️ving at school, work, while your home alone, basically just take advantage of all the times that people aren’t monitoring what you eat.
The second suggestion I’d have would be to ask your parents for specific low cal foods if possible, i.e. cucumbers, watermelon, apples, pickles, or whatever you like (obviously don’t ask for a bunch at once or they might start to catch on). Also think about finding low cal things that u can use to bulk up your plate when you are forced to eat around them, salads and oven roasted vegetables are great for this since they are a really normal side dish that won’t draw attention.
That reminded me of my third tip, don’t draw attention. This means wearing baggier clothes and trying to wear your hair down to hide the sides of your face when you are around your parents, that way it hopefully will take them longer to notice you’re losing weight.
I doubt you’d be asking this question if you were allowed to eat in your room, but if there’s any way you could get away with eating in your room then the best tip I could give you is to just keep a garbage bin and put all the food in it. I know it’s wasteful so I try to take as little of a portion as I can while still making it apparent that I took some.

Speaking for myself here but my €d is more about control than weight of course weight plays a big part of it to but it's more so about control I can't control anything you just have to let things happen and deal with it sadly but it seems the only thing I can mostly control is food I get to choose when I eat if I eat what I eat how much I eat how little I eat and in turn that helps control how i feel and also will help control how my body is one day I'll master this and have at least one thing I can fully control that no one can take from me that's part of the goal
