I have ADHD and POTS so please be patient with me if you have any requests or expecting a fic/headcanons to come out.
Btw ask box is always open!!
I write for fem and gender neutral readers, as I am not a male I wouldn’t feel comfortable writing fics that I can’t personally relate to. Especially not smut involving male x male. (It just feels.. idk fetishy to me if that makes sense? But that’s just me.)
I also wanna be very abundantly clear!! I do not write for dom! readers, I’m so sorry T_T I’m submissive so it’s hard for me to write stuff like that, I wouldn’t want to embarrass myself trying to write for a dominant reader and just come off as a sub acting dominant 💀

Hey fellow POTS haver! I too would love a story were the character has POTS. My friend and I actually discuss this sometimes. Where in most fictional universe Id be screwed due to not being able to run away from something. She insists that because she can fire fighter carry me. I’d be fine. 😂 I also announce when I’m having a problem to the people I’m close to. Stand up and my vision goes out “can’t see” Gets up and light head “going down” and proceed to sit on the floor. When it’s really bad my sight and hearing goes “passing out floor time” I’ve found it’s helpful to just let everyone know why I’ve frozen in place for a bit while everything settles. I don’t know about you.

But yes I totally understand what you mean! It kinda sucks though considering everyone I’ve told about my POTS they’ve never heard of it and its like :’) it gets repetitive and honestly kinda exhausting 😭

Honestly I need a fic or Headcanons that includes a reader with POTS, it’d be super comforting to see how characters would react to their s/o or their person of interest having POTS.
For those of that are unaware of what POTS is, it’s Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. Basically consisting of irregular heartbeats, fainting/passing out, light or sound sensitivity (I have both) etc.
Like I wanna see characters like Mike Schmidt, Smoke/Tomas, Bi-Han/Subzero, Johnny Cage, Mileena, Reptile/Syzoth etc. (all mk1), plus more characters and how they’d take care of their s/o when their having off days of their POTS getting the best of them (if that makes sense?)

Imagine you’re in a relationship with Mike and even before the incident at Freddy’s happened, you’d tell him how much you love him and how amazing he is with parenting Abby.
He literally does everything for her and you admire that.
You often lay with him in his bed, while he lays his head on your chest listening to your heartbeats as he attempts to stay awake just to talk to you, but his attempts are no good since your voice is so calming it puts him to sleep every time.
You also managed to gain Abby’s trust really quickly. Watching her while Mike went to work and baking with her, drawing with her (she admires your art so much) and putting on her favorite movies and watching them until you both fall asleep.
When Mike came back home, the sight made his heart swell. He saw you and Abby laying with each other on the couch, cuddled up in a big blanket with Abby’s head resting on your shoulder and left over popcorn sitting on the coffee table, plus the cute little drawings you both did many hours before on the table as well.
He didn’t wanna wake you or Abby but he couldn’t resist giving you a gentle kiss on your head before heading to bed.
Abby loved you. She often thanked you for sticking around. When you asked why, she says this.
“Mike smiles more when you’re around. I like when he’s happy, cause it makes me happy.”
You couldn’t ask for a better family.

This baby remained under the rubble for six hours. Read it again. By some miracle, he survived and he was rescued. But his mother who was holding him didn't. He looks like he's in shock, you can see tears coming out of his eyes but no expression or any sound to indicate his pain.
