hwy!!
2day I’m takin’ rest. i will do my workouts in evening,bcs i choosed sleep instead my sport.
I’m always wakes up in 6:55 AM,but 2day I’m waked up in 7:30,bcs i still was so sleep.
aaaaandddd i found a new workout for arms,and i do it for 2 days,there’s no difference between before and after,but I’m not give up
