Belonging to rare and protected species are the Beast Flowers, you can learn more about them in the book of Beast Herbarium. They may seem harmless creatures at first glance, but looks can be deceiving.
These creatures were real fun to make, a little bit of challenge to get back into creating.
It's really not unexpected or overstating that this creation of mine was inspired by my favorite and life changing magical beverage, coffee. I like every form of it, but really no suprising how much I enjoy the classic way of making it in the moka pot. It's truly a daily ceremony to me.
Oh, no the little stawberries are looking scared because they will be eaten 👁️🍓
(The story behind this animated illustration is that in Hungarian, ‘one piece of’ is actually translated to ‘an eye’. So if you eat a strawberry, you’re eating one eye of strawberry.)
Well, life is sometimes a bit mysterious if you look beneath the surface. Here's a little still life, but don't believe your ears, because it's not actually still. It's very much moving, noisy and filled with magic on the edges.
The drawing was done in Procreate, and a pinch of moving magic was added later in After Effects.
Don’t know who I am? Well, I used to be @highskygraden, but I haven’t really used for much my blog anymore, so I moved my sideblog to here. I am an animated illustration focused graphic designer. You can decide to unfollow me if you’re not interested about my work, but I’m happy if you stay with me!
I’m also planning a whole rebranding and new name for this site, but until then, I am just Space Mirager!
Tarot card reimagination of The Star with a water-bearer / aquarius girl. The inspiration behind this artwork was a fountain statue of a water-bearer girl located in Hungary, Veszprém.
The Element of Fire
“My heart is kissed by fire, I will melt you if you try to mess with me.”
I’m introducing you to the element of fire, this is the second stop in my four main element tour! This is a challenge I’m doing for myself to get better at character portayal. I will create an illustration for every main element in the future! I’ve already done the element of air.
The Element of Air
“My thoughts are in the clouds, my feet have left the ground.”
This time I’m introducing the four elements to you, our first stop goes up to the clouds. This is also a challenge I’m doing for myself to get better at character portayal. I will create an illustration for every main element in the future! 🌟
In these great winter times, the best thing you can do is to choose a hot beverage of your liking - but if you ask me, time is always perfect for a tea.🍵🫖
A sunny autumn morning brought a little surprise in a form of a small mushroom formation, which was a little wonder I wanted to keep for the future by creating this illustration. What is the point of life if not evolving constantly? Be a better version of yourself each day.
