Tonight’s pierogi pizza!
I wasn’t sure what to do with my leftover potatoes from last nights dinner, but was really craving the spicy pierogi pizza from BP so I decided to try and make my own, with a twist of course.
(Thin crust with a garlic olive oil drizzle, topped with infused mashed potatoes, bacon, infused fried onions, and bell peppers.)
YUM! I only had three slices, and was mellowed out in less than an hour. For reference, my husband (6’0, 175lbs) ate the remaining 5 slices and gave the following review:
“It was so good. I definitely got high. I don’t know how to go on. It’s still good.”
So I’m going ahead rating this an 8/10, would definitely enjoy again.

First things First...
Hi, I’m Mary and I am going to use this account like an actual blog.. woaaahhh that’s wild to me.  (I have a few different tumblr accounts, and this is the only one that feels like it will be a real blog space.)
I’m 26, living in small town Canada, and recently began to ‘medicate’ my cooking. I thought, “how can I kick this up a notch?” and followed my nose/heart to the dispensary and bought green to bring you all with me on my journey through “Bong Appétit” (by the Editors of Munchies).  Last night was my first recipe - Sour Cream and Onion Nachos. 
Let me preface by letting you all know I have a very, very high tolerance and a chronically hungry husband so I had to add to the recipe. It was awesome.  The recipe calls for infused butter and cream. I opted to only infuse the cream, but to then use a higher percentage of medicated cream than the recipe called for. I’ll reiterate, it was awesome. However, because I infused a bunch of cream I was left with a bunch of potent pulp. I’ve made infused goods before, but I’ve always thought it was such  waste when I’d throw it out. I figured good ol’ google could have a solution for me, and lo, there it was: a whole list of ways to use up the pulp! I decided to fry some up with the onions and beef that I was putting on the nachos. (This got some hate on my TikTok video of the recipe... I guess they were amateurs? I just gotta go for the high, you know?) It was a phenomenal recipe. 10/10, with a 10/10 high for sure. It is with much regret that I now have to let you know I forgot to take photos.
