I really don't think we appreciate how feral Renee is. Like, she puts on the front of a good Christian girl, and she is trying so hard, but the second anything goes slightly wrong she defaults to crime immediately.

nora going from writing an ace-spec main to a (probably allosexual) bi main, and the difference is so chef's kiss. they're both disasters don't get me wrong, but jean having attraction in his inner monologue even with the trauma he's been through implies to me that neil's demisexuality has absolutely nothing to do with his trauma. hilarious in retrospect because, if i remember correctly, neil in his inner monologue basically blames his lack of sexual attraction on his mother's abuse the few times he kissed girls when he was on the run, but he doesn't have a single sexual thought until andrew lets him in on his feelings in book three,,, meanwhile jean's out here actively fighting his bisexuality like his life depends on it (he thinks it does) (he'll learn it doesn't eventually)

If I had a nickel for every time a man in a mascot horror franchise named Henry had to return to the location of his former business to deal with the monstrous creations created by his former business partner containing the angry souls of his victims, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

A story titled "Divorce Arc" where the two main characters are in some sort of obligatory marriage (fantasy, mafia, political, etc.) but they hate each other, so the entire book is them trying to come up with ways to get out of it

Cat is giving Jean the opportunity to have a sister again, you guys don't understand—

something about jean dying in all the other drafts really gets me like wdym no one would ever have known how soft and caring he was underneath it all or how he had a sister or how he put away the leftovers without asking and cared enough to ask about the safety of someone he barely knew and how he was desperate to love and be loved all along. ofcourse kevin and renee and neil wouldn't have forgotten him but they did not know all the pieces of who he was and what he survived and what he was trying to be, in his heart of hearts. jeremy will know, eventually. but what if he never did? what if no one ever ended up truly knowing him and loving him and saving him? would they piece the deepest parts of his heart by the postcards and magnets and memories of a too soft boy in a too cruel world?

what are the trojans boba orders?? what will jean finally order when he caves to lailas peer pressure to buy one?? will he start by sipping his teammates boba?? who gets teased for having “basic” boba orders?? pls i need the sequel to show them going to a boba shop together

Neil has this man so fucking traumatized, lol

We really need to bring back webcam horror ARGs. I love analog horror as much as the next person, but there was just something special about some guy with a camera wandering around their house or the woods that made the experience.
